I started using them when someone hit my parked motorhome and did a lot of body damage. Dave and team work with insurance and the results are excellent. Body work, paint and protective film all look perfect. While in the shop, I asked them to look into several other issues. They worked with my warranty company and fixed a slew of issues. Aaron gave me frequent updates, as the the pandemic really shook up the supply chain.I was stuck on the road. On a chance, I called them for help rather than Good Sam or Towing. Judas patiently helped me debug the issue over the phone and I was back on the road. Saved me time and $$$.
Gave good review first time.however turns out they didn’t even put the inverter in. Took it back price was more than quoted. Then first time out in coach and leak still there that “they couldn’t recreate”. Well turn on the heater and it recreates folks!😡and inverter they installed stopped working second day!!!called them and Paul -Said well it has a warranty” ya great! We are two states away. Seems like shoddy service and staff that is clueless that checks you in. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!
Arizona RV Service is a wonderful business! We inherited my parents older RV and it needed a few updates. We called around and, due to the age of it (1997) we were constantly getting turned down. When we reached out to AZ RV service to assist with a new propane tank they were willing to work with us. They were up front and honest with what they were not willing to work on and why. They installed the tank with no issue. A couple months later we were in the market for a new fridge, again they were able to help us out. The install was perfect - and they were even able to help replace our ceiling vent fans. We are so appreciative of their honesty and pricing - they are true to their word!We worked with Sutton, Dave, and Paul and each of them are stellar! They are knowledgeable and if they didn’t know the answer, they brought over someone who did.We have found a partner in this business willing to help us get this ol’ gal back up and running so that our children can create memories just as I did when I was younger.
Thankful for the owner who came out to our home to help us figure out why a problem we were having with our fridge could not be duplicated at their shop. I only took one star away because I did not appreciate how I was treated by the manager when we were having our issue and lack of understanding. I would have appreciated them being able to inform us more of how to properly prepare our fridge/motorhome as we are new owners and they are the experts. Very grateful for the owner of this company though!
Paul did a wonderful job of keeping us informed on the progress and work being done with the repairs to our coach! Best Service from a Service Department to date! Thank you Allie!
Wonderful staff always professional and happy to see you. Always there to answer any of my questions and kept me informed every step of the way. Definitely earned all my future business.
Edit: i got a transmission service and it was overfilled, but they corrected the issue and the owner Dave was very eager to help and made sure i left better then when i had come in. Only reason it’s 4 stars is because of the issue in the first place. But wanted to still give a good rating because of the good customer service. Thanks Dave
Cant thank Danny, Dave, Ally, & Jim, for all they do. Theyre professional attitude, personal attention, and willingness to go above & beyond has made me a customer for life. Thanks again guys
Great communication with owner and warranty company Service was professional and on time. Highly recommend them. Please note. Three months after some service work was performed I had an issue while I was visiting a different state. I called them and explained the situation, they were deeply concerned, and when the repair estimates was presented. They took immediate action to make things 100 percent right. This is one of the few organizations that I have dealt with in my 60+ years that truly stands behind there service. Great job!!
So I ran into some hiccups with my go to shop for RV repair. I started googling and that’s when I found Arizona RV service. I was in in a pinch and needed my RV fixed before an upcoming trip. They got me scheduled and assured me I would have my unit back in time for our trip. When I dropped off the coach Judas was very helpful and professional. We walked the unit and discussed the issue, completed paperwork and that was that. Low and behold they were true to their word, crazy I know. I picked my unit up a week before the trip. The majority of the work had been completed minus a part that was on order. We made our trip as planned. I received correspondence from Allie that the part had arrived and I could bring the unit back in. Allie communicated every step keeping me in the loop. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Judas and Allie. Glad I found this place. If your reading this you know how hard it is to find an honest RV service shop. Give these guys a shot. You won’t regret it. I never give 5 stars on the first experience. You gotta earn the 5th one.
I needed to purchase new leveling jacks for our companys food trailer. Allie at AZ RV service was very helpful in determining what I needed and ordered them for me. The shipment was fast as this was an immediate need. The whole team was polite and willing to help me. This was very refreshing as the three other companies I tried to purchase from didnt even answer their phones.
We had a mystery leak in our RV! To complicate matters, we are full time RVers… Allie was so polite and helpful on many phone calls, and while we couldn’t get in for a number of weeks she had suggestions to help us get by in the meantime. When you get great service. - name it! Thank you for being a great business!
Our teardrop had some light storm damage. It was fixed up better than new in a short time for a great price!
We had a great experience! Some slide issuesAnd Allie who is our point of contact was wonderful communicating with us all the way through. Mark who is our service tech was very professional and very knowledgeable, we will definitely use them again.
Parents brought their RV here. Asked shop to install solar system to a prewired switch, they ran solar internally to RV bypassing switch. Asked and charged for servicing a generator, they opened up the generator, refused to service it saying it would cost more to service and repair it than it was worth, still charged for the service, parents took it home, cleaned the generator, it ran fine. RV was brought here by my parents due to a tire blowout, blown tire was wheeled out of truck by my Dad who is elderly and has cancer, when they got the RV back the shop was asked to help him hook everything up as hes physically incapable of hooking it up or lifting the tire, the shop left the tire sitting on the generator and my parents unknowingly drove off not realizing tire was placed unsecured onto the generator. Shop took no liability for the unsecured tire saying thats how it was brought into the shop. When I pointed out my Dad was incapable of lifting the tire and it was wheeled in they said they misspoke but the tire was in their possession when they left so its their fault it was lost. All in all just a really piss poor job on the shops part. Solar not installed according to the way it was asked to be installed, charged for a service but didnt do a service because it would cost more to repair the generator than it was worth, yet generator ran fine with a clean filter and carbs, and leaving an unsecured tire sitting on a generator instead of wheeling it out like it was brought in.And then when my Mom complained they ignored her and left her sitting in the waiting area for an hour until she called me in tears. Take your business elsewhere, this place doesnt care about their customer at all...Only reason it gets a 1 star rating is because I cant leave a 0 star rating.
I brought my 2017 Stryker RV to their shop to get a damaged cross member repaired. The did a detailed inspection and showed be that the frame was damaged and the roof had small holes in it and the sky light was broken. They asked me if I had insurance, which I said yes, National General. They said the cost of these repairs could be in the 10s of thousands of dollars and suggested I put in two claims with my insurance company. One for the frame, which was caused by a tire blow-out, and one for the roof, which was caused by a tree branch scaping the roof, tearing holes and breaking the skylight.I submitted these claims on February 16, 2021, and that is when I experienced the worst Customer Support from the claims department at National General Insurance Company (NGIC). Thank god that Dave Buckellew (the Insurance Representative) at AZ RV Service was there to help me. It took almost 7 months, but with Dave fighting for me, I was able the get the RV totaled. Its basically a long story, to make it short, NGIC removed my RV from AZ RV Service lot, awaiting to get it further inspected. NGIC decided to repair the frame and some of the other damage, but not the roof. I arranged with NGIC and Dave to get the RV returned to their RV Service center. When it was returned, Every side, underbelly, and and roof was destroyed.Dave worked with NGIC for a couple of weeks showing them all the new damage caused by the location where NGIC stored the RV. NGIC was very slow to get an Inspector out to validate all the new damage. But thanks to his persistence, after 7 months, NGIC decided to total the RV, and we finally reached a settlement. This would have never happened if it wasnt for Dave Buckellew from the Service Center. I would highly recommend everyone that has a potential insurance claim, to bring your RV to AZ RV Service in Mesa, AZ for repair. They will fight for you. Also, if you are insured with NGIC (which is sold as Good Sam Insurance), you should run as fast as you can and find a new insurance company. They have ZERO customer service and could care less about taking 7 months to finalize a claim.
Sutton and Anthony were absolutely awesome! I was running on a super tight schedule and had to take in a work truck for some routine generator maintenance and an oil change. I also had to fly out of Phoenix the same day. They made sure to get me squared away in just a couple of hours so I could make it time for my flight. Much appreciated and thank you for going above and beyond to take care of me. Y’all are awesome! Definitely highly recommended!
Everybody that works there is friendly and knowledgeable. They changed my oil and diagnosed a propane problem. I also have an old sealant and old caulking problem. I felt comfortable enough to schedule all of the work to be done by Arizona RV.
Best place around, I cant say enough good things. Great customer service.
Good rv service very hard to find. Allie is a great service advisor. Listens well and goes out of her way to help. The work is then done well and prices are very fair. I’ve now used them 4 times. Love this kind of locally owned place that works hard to take care of customers
Could nit ask for a better service call. If you need RV service dont hesitate to call this company. They were in good communication, on time, and professional.
Staff was very helpful had some roof damage while on a work trip in the area and they got me the stuff in needed to get it taken care of so we could get on the road.
As full-time RVers, it was wonderful working with Allie and Mark! They gave us good honest work on time and were very knowledgeable and easy to work with. We recommend them very highly! We will use them again next time we are in the Mesa, Arizona area.
Both Allie and Mark were VERY personable, professional and helpful. Did what they said they would, when they said theyd do it. If I owned a businesses and all of my co-workers were of this caliber, I would dominate the market segment.
My husband and I bought an older motorhome that needed some work. We took it to Camping World but found that not only were their labor charges exorbitant but they were impossible to contact (and they were rude). We called around and found Arizona RV. They are simply amazing. Their rates are very the best and our consultant Allie kept us in the loop all the way. She seemed to REALLY care. I will sing the praises and recommend them to all our RV friends. Great Job guys!!! I’d give you 10 stars if they had that many on the reviews.
Arizona RV Service performed a complete 15k mile service as well as a generator fuel line diagnostic and repair. Everything was performed on time and within the scope initially stated and the rig is doing great! Thank you to Sutton for your professionalism and expertise! I will be back!!
This place actually answers their phone and really cares about giving good customer service. They kept us up to date on what was being done at all times. Allie, the customer rep we had, was the best. The work that was done was top notch. We will use them again!
Greg is always kind, professional and so helpful. Weve taken our 32 C Class motorhome several times and they always take great care of us!
Great communication and service from Sutton from the time we called until we picked up the RV and he showed us how the tow bar and steering stabilizer worked. I would highly recommend this company. Very open, honest, good workmanship and competitive in pricing.
This review is for Mark our technician but also Arizona RV and the service manager Anthony who was kind enough to call when the tech was held over on an earlier job and let us know he would be later than expected which we appreciated. We needed help with our can lights that are on a dimmer switch. We had bought a switch online ourselves but when it arrived it had an extra wire and we could not get it to work. Mark started working on the lights and was was not having any success. He asked if there were any bundles of wire near the slide. We mentioned there was a small cabinet that we thought housed some wires so he went to work looking for that and seeing where we did or did not have power. He was able to find the culprit amongst the wires in a cluster that had shorted and caused melting together of a group of wires. Once he found that he was able to correct the issue and get our lights working again. Mark was pleasant and easy to work with along with being diligent and thorough. We also had him re caulk our shower and he did a fantastic job. We were very pleased.
They are a pleasure to work with. So professional. They keep you up-to-date. We had some factory installed issues and they went to bat for us to be covered under warranty taking pictures and explaining what happened. Customer service is over the top. I would recommend this business for all your RV needs.
Best customer service! Sutton was in constant communication with us and provided service updates almost daily. The extra care & communication was very much appreciated.
Overpriced. I went for a water pump diagnostic and a warrantied battery replacement. I told them interstate would replace it but they did a $125 diagnostic that was unnecessary and would not reverse the charge despite the fact it held no value to me. Nice guys though, laid back personalities but unfortunately they are also laid back in their service completion too. I paid for an expensive bearing grease service and they didn’t even pump my tires up like they said they would. Will not be going back here, over priced and under delivered...
What great service after our generator failure as we were traveling through town. Not only did they squeeze us in for a generator repair immediately, they completed it in record time.Danny provided an accurate up front estimate, fast repair, our tech Chris even double checked to ensure all was running properly!! They even turned our coach around for easy exit for their service center. What great folks, great service....if you need help certainly call them!!
Great service and friendly staff Danny very knowledgeable and was able to get me in on a moments notice very helpful in getting me on my way thanks again for your help
I just had a bearing repack completed on my T@G trailer at Arizona RV Service. The level of professionalism from Allie, my service coordinator was next level, the work was done with high quality, and they were able to work with my tight schedule to get me back on the road. Highly recommended!
Just want to say Arizona RV Service totally impressed me with thier commitment to customer service. They went WAY beyond my expectations on an complicated issue that I had. Allie in customer service was outstanding in handling my needs. Glad to see there are still some businesses that care about their customers. Keep up the good work.Highly Recommended!
Excellent service. Tech (Mark) was extremely knowledgeable.
Very helpful with information I needed for the jack legs on my toyhauler.
If youre RV needs help stop in and say hi to Anthony and the guys. Very reasonable prices and quick as they can service. Always on top of what needs done.
I normally dont write a review, but this business deserves a very positive one. I had the Bigfoot leveling system installed on our 2017 Sprinter Motorhome. They also installed a Stay-In-Play Duo Supplemental Braking system in our 2016 Jeep Wrangler. Finally, they installed a Go Power Solar Power Kit on our Sprinter. Rob, the mechanic that did the installs was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was thorough and very conscientious in the manner he performed his work. Completely happy with all of his work. Sutton the service representative kept us informed all through the two day process. He is a very likable and knowledgeable representative for the company. I even had the pleasure of interfacing with the owner and found him very friendly and open. It is obvious that he cares about his workers, customers, and his business.I will not hesitate to use them again if I ever need to have any work performed on our Motorhome.
Great staff who makes you feel welcome and gives attention to detail. Sutton was who I worked with and he is knowledgeable and on top of things. I would highly recommend this shop!
I cannot say enough praises about ARIZONA RV SERVICE! The mobile service provided by this company is the best that we have experienced in the Valley in the past 14 years. Most RV repair facilities in the Valley do not provide mobile service, & the ones that do, lack PROFESSIONALISM and FOLLOW THROUGH and lets not forget HONESTY. Believe me you will love this company. They provide such terrific service through their staffing & company standards. The very 1st person that we dealt with was Anthony, his follow-up on each project, ordering of parts, tracking their arrival date, & most of all dealing with the warranty company was a real relief. These qualities are far & few between these days...so, KUDOS to ANTHONY!!! Repairs were made to the refrigerator with a new cooling unit, & the 2 front hydraulic jacks were replaced... so HATs off to ROB, MARK, & CHRIS (all of which were so polite & respectful...again something that you do experience these days). Thank you to all of you. Your company will be our number one and only choice in the future!!! VJ Boggs
Fixed body damage by replacing a light that covered the area...good work.
Called me to advise all service was done and I could come get my RV. I arrived to find that the oil change I requested was not done due to a mistake the service agent made on my invoice. They offered to do a quick oil change so I waited while it was completed. They did repeatedly say they were sorry and I have to agree. I will not be returning to this business and would not recommend them to anyone I know. High prices and their office help is clueless.
Great Customer Service from Allie. After calling several dealers, she was most helpful, professional, and pleasant. For this reason, I will be sure to use your company if ever needed. Barbie Smart
We read some reviews prior to having the RV repaired. We arrived at 11:00 AM. Allie and Dave were very friendly, plus the guys who found the issue. We were told that there was a total of 4-5 hours of work to do the next day since it was closing at 5:00 PM, so we had an idea of what the total cost would be. However, we were overcharged. Our RV spent hours not being worked on, Danny never looked us in the eye, which was a disappointment. A smile or hello would have been welcome, and we felt uncomfortable sitting indoors or outdoors. Danny didn’t want us to stay overnight but Dave convinced him to let us stay. Work was set to begin at 8:00 AM the next day and we waited around till they began around 10:00 AM. At around noon, Bernard said he would go for a test drive. Little did we know that a test drive was a duration of two hours and that we were being charged for whatever he was out doing. We’re glad they found the issue, but disappointed that as tourists, we were way overcharged. Couples I know love to travel to New Mexico and Arizona in groups and I will not recommend this place to any of them. Sorry Allie, we were asked to write a good review but I have to be truthful. Oh, and to end it all, we were offered a 10% discount since Danny thought we liked the outdoor chairs we had to sit on! No thanks, you should have given us chairs for our patience and kindness.
The staff are helpful and courteous. The suppliers they use for parts supply are very inefficient and slow. One part ordered for my repair has had to be reordered twice so far. This has extended the repair time to what in my mind is unreasonable .
Every once in a while you luck out......Arizona RV Service was that for me!! I called 7 outfits trying to find someone to replace my awning. Big name dealers were booked until August, some didn’t even bother to call back, not Arizona RV Service. They were prompt in returning my call, got me right in, and had me back on the road in less than 3 days. Talk about service!! They definitely under promise and over deliver!!! I am a customer for life!
Amazing work on my RV. I am especially impressed with the body shop. They did an amazing job fixing the corner molding and fascia. Mechanics were very thorough and gave recommendation on further items needing attention. I highly recommend Arizona RV, excellent service and very customer conscious.
We dropped our 1991 Fleetwood Flair RV off because this place had great reviews. Left it on July 23 and werent able to pick it up I til August 21. In that time, they replaced the roof a/c, front brakes, tested the rear brakes, replaced brake lines, changed two roof vents and broke the third. They ran diagnostics on the engine, but no repairs were done. We wanted them to fix the generator but it would have to go back to the end of the line. This work cost us $4,400 and a month! They really only communicated with my husband and ignored me. Also, Allie asked for my email address so we could get a preferred discount. We didnt get a discount. I would not recommend using them.
Mike is always professional and very helpful.
I had RV Services install a Cellular Boost system. The install was well thought out and neatly done. Everyone involved was friendly and professional. Thanks for a job well done.
I really feel the need to warn everyone about the horrible service we received at this business! Buyer be warned, this is not good or trustworthy!
I have used them a couple times and am always very satisfied with the quality of work and outstanding customer service. I would highly recommend them for any service they offer
Had a brand new Norcold refrigerator stop working ! Anthony fought for us regarding a new cooling unit twice and then fought with Norcold to give us a new unit. As all service- it didn’t happen over night but it did happen! Having been on the rv service business it was great to see that a service center with great communication and respect for their customer is still around. Thank you Arizona RV Service for outstanding service. Bob and Shirley Lewis
So far so good, they seam to be an honest group.
This Arizona RV Service place is the most professional RV shop I have found so far in the valley. Before I found those guys I went through quite a few other local RV shops with many disappointments and poor quality.I will definitely stay with them as they are always answer their phones, have great mechanics and customer service. Thank you!
RV REPAIR/FULL SERVICES
This is the best place to work for. Great atmosphere, which motivates me to give it 125%.
Arizona RV changed out a bad sewer hose on our Roadtrek van. Allie, who does the scheduling, worked to accommodate having the work done in a timely manner. Our experience with Arizona RV was positive.
A very pleasant experience. Had a tight time frame. Made an appointment and Az RV delivered. Allie communicated well every step of the process.Thank you!
Very friendly and helpful in every way! Put a new refrigerator in with a last minute call. Serviced my slides and generator too!!
Thank you Arizona RV Service,Dan & Dave have been taking great care of our RV toy hauler trailers for many years. When we upgraded to a larger 40’ trailer they were there to help guide us in what was important to look for. Their help and assistance with equipment, upgrades, services and camping needs has been vital to the positive results and a longstanding relationship. Even when we have been miles away or camping in another state, we have always been told to call with any concerns or questions; which in most cases was successfully and easily diagnosed over the phone. They have a great understanding of the RV industry and all the components that make up that business. Without hesitation, we go to Dan & Dave when we want to change or upgrade some element of our RV trailers; they never let us down. They always give us the best options and advise and in some cases, they have wisely advised us against doing something what could be a detriment to the RV. Their customer service and great attitudes are second to none and we do not trust our RV’s to any other business. In a day and age where dependability, loyalty and good customer service is lacking, it is reassuring to know that Arizona RV Service is always there and ready to assist in every way. Thanks again Dan & Dave for all your help and great service!Sally & Rex.
Wonderful shop! Excellent and detailed service. Prices are a little steep, especially the $30 “shop fee”, which seems like a high shop fee to me. Most I usually see with shop fees is $15. That the only reason it’s not 5-stars. A steep shop fee plus a flat rate diag fee that can’t be applied to the cost of repairs seems like a lot of double dipping for the same work.Otherwise, their communication and service (from Ryan Ford) is great! I will return here next time I need professional service on an advanced repair I can’t handle myself.
Great shop. Very professional. Quality work.
Great crew who are honest, knowledgeable, reasonable and reliable.Would highly recommend
The guys who work here are honest and trustworthy. That’s high praise. They followed through with every thing they promised in the estimate in a timely manner. It was a pleasure to wait in their company while the work was being done. Ryan, Dave and Judas in the front office ate there for their customers. I am so relieved to finally find a reasonably priced service with honest good people.
Friendly but didnt have the product I needed very busy
Ive used Arizona RV Service since the beginning of owning my Class C RV, and I always had ao great experience. Theyre not the cheapest, but I always walk out feeling like I got great service. Everyone is friendly and always willing to take the time to answer my questions and help me understand things I dont understand about my RV. They have always been on time in their repair estimates, and Ive never been pressured into an upsell. I highly recommend checking out Arizona RV Service for your RV
Very helpful. Hard to get out due to tight parking lot.
This is the second time for service of my diesel pusher at Arizona RV. While this time there were a couple challenges and the service took longer than expected, they made everything right and I left an extremely happy camper. I highly recommend this company for all your RV needs. Great company and awesome active owner! Thanks again!!!
Real people who know what theyre doing. Reasonable rates. Responsive service.
Highly recommend repairing and/or servicing your RV here. Dave and Allie were awesome, treated me fairly and finished up my repair and maintenance work quickly. Total professionals!
Very professional. Seem to know what they doing. But very pricey. I take it that comes with the territory of knowing what youre doing. I went elsewhere and got the same job done for 1200 less than quoted. Im satisfied with the result and glad Im smart enough to shop around.
This establishment is bar none the most ethical and trusting place I have Ever conducted business. They are straight shooters and their work is impeccable! They will always do what is best for their clients.
Super overpriced for thier work and parts, constantly felt like I was being lied to or given misinformation. Not really satisfied or impressed. they inspected my AC and said it was fine but 3 days into using it, it broke and they wont do anything about it.
Towbar bracket and supplemental braking system installed in my 2012 Honda Fit, for flat towing behind my motorhome.
These guys did great work fixing our rig on some warranty repair. All the work down (to our leveling jacks, slides and generator) was quality and well-done. The process was smooth and easy. Only thing is it did take quite awhile to get the work done, but the wait time is worth it when you know it will be fixed correctly. Thanks guys!
Good service. Not enough parking.
Being full time RVers its not always easy to find a place to get in right away when things go wrong. Fortunately Arizona RV was able to get us in. Other reviews stated they were expensive but know their stuff. That describes our experience also. I might also add that I felt as if I kept getting a sales pitch for something else. We have an older model A Class which does need some other things done but enough was enough. No problems with their work, just their prices.
Great group of people, very professional. Nice to have everything explained and advice given for a first time RV owner. Especially nice when the owner is hands on and not hiding in a office. Thanks guys and thanks Dave. You have a new customer
Friendly, great customer service, fair pricing. Has been a reliable.resiurce for our RV maintenance needs.
Very professional and courteous. Even the office staff dives right in and checks out work to be done. Reasonable prices on repairs.Ask for Ryan
I was in a Jam and they came through great place
I have used AZ RV Service several times on our Keystone Montana Fifth Wheel. Mark is courageous, knowledgeable, repaired our problem quickly and very friendly. He has made a negative experience much better. I highly recommend Mark and AZ RV Service.
I was visiting family in the area while living in our Motorhome. Decided to buy a new tow vehicle without really thinking about all the work getting it ready to safely tow. The dealer gave me these guys phone number. They were real understanding about how quick we needed the work done. Everything they promised was done when they promised it would be. I ended up getting my regular service work done on the engine and had them install a Steering Stabilizer, in addition to the work on the new Jeep. Unknown to these guys their work caused an issue with the coach that wasn’t detected until a couple weeks later. I contacted them and they agreed to pay for the work since they were responsible. That is the sign of a company that takes pride in their business and is in the business for the long haul. I will definitely get more work done here when I have occasion to be in the area again.
I have had service, on three defferent occasions. All three times, the service man was hard working, and knowledgeable. Price was fair, work done was of top quality!
Overall good service. Had some communication issues at first, but that was correct fairly quickly. I know RV repairs can be expensive, but an oil change on a class c motorhome costing $180 seems a bit much. I will look into doing it myself next time and probably will cost me about $60!Will return as they did get the work done on a timely manner.
Allie is great at communicating the status of the repair process. I have used AZ RV Service twice in the last 6 months and have been very satisfied with their work and time to repair.
Looking for furnace parts since they are a dealer but didnt have any in stock so ended up ordering them on line .
Dave, Ryan and the crew did a great job on my slide out! They are the BEST! We will be back 😊
Great work and keeping us informed
We took our motorhome to have several things worked on. They were very professional and worked hard to have it ready so we could go on our vacation. There was a little problem with the steps that they worked on. They had a technician come to our home and work on it until it was fixed. Ryan was great about returning our texts/calls and followed through until everything was good. We finally found a reputable repair place for our motorhome. Everyone was friendly and they did the repairs at close to the quoted estimate. Thanks to everyone at Arizona RV Service!
Great service. I want to thank Ryan and the staff for all their support and knowledge to get the work done right on my RV.
Mr Sanchez got us right in for the oil change we needed. Dave did a great job giving our RV a good check up. They found some damage on our roof that was from before we bought it and patched it in order to save our trip. They took pictures of everthing and helped us to make an insurance claim for some significant problems. Great customer service!
In the time of intense heat (110*+) and a pandemic, they took phenomenal care of us. I would highly recommend to anybody.
The team here at AZ RV Service has gone so far above and beyond what a 5 star rating can give them justice for. We brought in our gutted RV and they helped us throughout every step of the way with a multitude of areas including mechanics and aesthetics. This business shows they truly care about people and the quality workmanship that leaves their lot. If you have a choice in RV repair shop, this is the right choice.
Quality work at a fair price.Had our annual chassis maintenance done there. Danny, the owner, went over exactly what work they did and how things looked during their inspection. Gave recommendations on maintenance items to consider in upcoming years.
