My wife and I stopped by to test drive a model 3. Mark took excellent care of us. He was very professional and able to answer all of our questions. We enjoyed the experience and look forward to getting our new Tesla.

I purchased a Tesla Model 3 a couple months ago. Recently when I was running the air conditioner, it started to smell like feet. I thought that was strange considering the owners manual recommends changing the air filter every two years. I contacted the service department and scheduled an appointment. They took excellent care of me. They replaced the air filter and sanitized the condenser. Since my car is less than 6 months old, I wasnt charged for it. I highly recommend the service team at Tesla in Merritt Island, FL!

Great service. Entrance is by the side doors. Service window is inside the main building just past the bathrooms.

Made an appointment for a test drive. Love the cars just not sure I can afford one yet.

Really nice service center there in Merritt Island. I will be going there for my delivery when my vehicle is ready. Come on people EVs are the way to go of the future, and right now Tesla leads the pack and Technology by about 8 years

Consultant Alex is a top notch guy. I test drove a Model 3 Standard. I did not use Service or any other dealership features.

The sales department is open now. Tested the Y and prefer it to my m3. So if youre in Brevard save some time not going to Orlando.

Despite the facility still under construction, Gahni (sp?) and Jarred were great and provided excellent service on my Model 3. They had me in and out in one afternoon and gave me a car to drive while they waited for parts and made the repairs. I will definitely be taking my Tesla here again when it needs service.

I thought that tesla customer service and service was horrible. Then I came here Eatonville tesla can learn from here.

So grateful they have opened shop on the Space Coast! Easy all weather dropoff tunnel, great service, although they never seem to have Tesla loaners, enterprise is right next door and they bring their cars to you!
