Went thru 98% of process with purchasing a car then tells me I am not approved. Have me waste gas driving an hour away twice could have just told me when I was there the first time, do not recommend ...

The latch broke again in bottom larger section of the console in Ram Big Horn so I couldn’t open it. I needed to start carrying meds with me in a cooler bag that I needed to put in console. I try not leaving out to avoid theft. They opened it so I could use it & ordered a new latch. That’s where the difference between dealerships came to light. Tony in service stated a $40 part may be available & Nicole in parts verified it. Other dealerships stated that I needed the entire console for over $600! Of course there were labor charges. I was kept informed of status while waiting & all were friendly & helpful. This is the 2nd time I’ve had the service department above board & honest. I can’t list all of the names but the entire service and parts department is wonderful. The savings now can go to vet bills for 12 yo dog & her cat that I rescued and my med bills for cancer. Who wouldn’t be grateful?

They seem to be out of business. I just returned to Merritt Island from Indiana, and they appear to be permanently closed.

My opinion continues to go down with each visit. Charged $300 for 1 hour of service work. Labor only, parts were prepaid. Then they sit on the finished job for another 30 minutes before delivering the vehicle back. Staff did not clean up interior after their work. With the exception of warranty or recall work, I dont see myself going back to their service department. And if there are any Coronavirus protocols in place, I saw no evidence of them being posted or enforced.

I made appt. And my ram 3500 diesel was not running at all right no car available and they went out of their way to find me a car. Of course this is on my warranty coverage and plus I was so impressed by the mask that all I ran into every employee was safe and well and I felt we were safe. Very good service and a call updated. Back order on part no worries this is how Dealership is supposed to be updated in a few days on turn out up fix of end results I am definitely happy at this point. Needs some stairs for service for sure

Terrible service, took my money and didn’t fix my vehicle. They took it back in to fix it and after having me wait for a few hours told me try discount tire in rockledge🙄. Thanks for the help guys, it was really so much fun having my grandpa on hospice sitting in your waiting room for hours for no reason because we had to come back for your company to waste our time and money. Again like I said if I could give 0stars I would lol these people are a joke! They like to play with the numbers and rob you out of unnecessary money in fees! There’s no way a car that is 17k should come out to 21,500 with taxes and fees! (Not to mention there was damage to the vehicle on the car fax) Then turn around and lie saying the vehicle was sold.... I had a friend call about the same car after they told me it was sold and found that to be a lie! I ended up finding the same exact car with less miles and paid less elsewhere! DONT BUY HERE PERIOD!!!!!!

I had a terrible service experience, my first time out. My recommendation, especially for oil changes is for you to go somewhere else. I recommend Solar Lube. They are local and work hard to earn your hard earned dollars. Additionally, the guys at Solar Lube are friendly and professional. They get you in and out fast. If you are one of my 180,000 followers, heed this warning. Stay away from Boniface-Heirs Automotive group Merritt Island.

Friendly staff but do not follow through ordering parts and fixing the problem. They did order a part and fix one problem but they were supposed to order a trim part to fix another problem but never did. The vehicle is under warranty so I will take it to another dealership that actually cares about making an effort to fix the problem and take care of their customers. My first experience was very good here with their service but my second experience was a disaster.

Was hired to work in their internet department. On my first day the manager called out sick. I was told he has a CVS illness and I can understand that however, some of the other employees stated he uses that to get out of work a lot. The asst. manager stated she didnt know what to do with me as she had know idea what my job title would be. She had me watch some training videos for about 1 1/2 hours other then that no more training other then some questions I asked. Never got a lunch while everyone else did. Felt very uncomfortable as like I should not be there. Then I watch a lady come in for an interview at 2pm. She looked really happy until the asst. manager told her the manager was out sick again. The lady stated but I have an interview for a job? She was told by the asst. manager I dont know what to tell you I do not do interviews, All I can say is try calling him back tomorrow. She left looking upset and sad. Next, I was really surprised when a customer called in and was upset over their car battery went dead and they thought it was covered under the warranty. I watch the asst. manger take over the call and Instead of explaining to the customer it was not covered and try to clam them down she basic told them off. Then after the call made fun of this customer with the other employees. Really bad customer service in this department by management. I bet this customer will think twice about using them again. The next day the manager called out again, the asst. manager stated she does not know what to train me on or what to do with me. I felt very uncomfortable and when she stated you can go home if you like and come back tomorrow I stated thats fine. The 3rd day again there was no manager and the asst.manager stated you can sit and see if he comes in, if not I do not know what to do with you. I was very upset and stated to her I think it is better I look somewhere else for a job. I hope the owner looks into this and takes care of the problems.

My experience with the express oil change is outstanding. I go there expecting to wait, especially if Im not first in line. I treat the staff with respect and get the same back. If you think there are 20 lanes and being 10 cars back will get you in and out in five minutes, go back to your planet, or California! The sales staff are 3 star. Theyre okay until you dont show a wad of cash up front. But, who can blame them. They should sell vehicles that everyone can afford, and not just ugly pint sized cars.
