I took my car in without an appointment they said it would take a few days, so I left it knowing in a few days it would be done.Today is day 3 and they haven’t worked on it, so 3 days they let it sit and not until I came in and complained did they say they would get it in.I understand being backed up, I also understand that they can call me and communicate that to me. Which is the professional thing to do!Then they tried to tell me it could be something that I’m 99.9% sure it’s not. I will not take my car back I’ll either drive to Orlando or Melbourne.I gave them 2 stars because the lady who drove me to get my truck was incredibly nice.

I spent 4 days shopping for a car. I was comparing Honda Odyssey and Chrysler Pacifica. Because of the dearth of new cars I was looking for a used car. I went to 4 dealerships and looked at 4 cars all of which would have worked for me. I bought at Mike Erdman Cadillac because Harry Moore and the other people there were professional, honest and treated me with respect. I got a good deal on a great car.

I will add pictures later but long story short, I have a 2004 Cadillac Deville that I am in love with. At about a 140000 miles I bought it from a gentleman who had owned it since new and taken very good care of it.There was no problems with the car until a girlfriend of mine blew the spare tire on the vehicle. When this happens A chain reaction occurred causing wires to be completely severed behind the rear quarter panel and under the vehicle.Now this fix was supposed to be a simple fix of putting wires back together and the car would be able to Start right backup and go.......about 2 weeks later and $1400 I left Mike Erdmans with A running Cadillac thank God and was so excited to get back on the road. Little did I know my Cadillac would now stutter and shake so hard now that it threatens to cut off the throttle every time I stop or idle for too long which has never happened in the past. The brakes when receiving the car were completely inoperable and I almost caused a major wreck immediately as They said all brake lines were changed and the car was in complete working order.Full check out done everything had been taken care of besides a tire sensor in one of the tires leaving the service engine soon light on. The work they did was terrible $1400 worth of work with $950 Roughly in labour. I cannot believe this ...as the wires are simply Taped together with black electrical tape. And it is not even like they tried to make it look good or cover up a bad job, they simply did not care about their work! I bought a Cadillac and took it straight to the dealership so that it would be worked on by people who cared about cadillacs as much as I do and am saddened and very angry that after spending so much money and effort And time that my Cadillac is in worse shape than it was before the tire had ever been blown.I know there are residual effects and permanent damage caused by major accidents but this was not a major accident and I have been assured that it had been fixed Completely!!! now who do I tell That I am afraid to even let my own mother Drive the vehicle by herself just in case something they did fails or was done incorrectly and God forbid the worst happens. I thought mechanics took pride in their work but obviously they saw a young man that They could take advantage of. A 27 year old mayenne a young boy in their eyes And his mother a widow who knows nothing about cars but where to put the key and how to get up to the speed limit lol. These are the little people the little guys me and my mother just like you, Just trying to make it and the big fish as always take advantage of us Just like they always have. Just because I am young and drive a Cadillac does not mean I cannot afford it, I chose the vehicle for a reason and I chose your dealership because I trusted the Cadillac brand and your word that you would fix it. Instead you did a patch up job Just like one I could have gotten from a 2bit mechanic anywhere else in BREVARD. In the pictures, I have not used photo shop at all and I will try to get them in the best light possible So you can see the great work they did for $1400EVERY DIME I HAD.My mother is gone now and has been for about 10 minutes and I am getting worried once again I have to worry about her driving an unsafe vehicle because Somebody I trusted took my kindness for weakness.Shame on you you should be ashamed of yourself.WOULD you let your Wife DRIVE this car the way that you fixed it? What about your mother?or your daughter?When I asked you if the car was ready to go I saw the look in your eyes as if you are already ashamed now these pictures will prove it to the whole world that Mike Erdmans Cadillac is a place That no Cadillac should be worked on, just look at the pictures and tell me what you think.I honestly think the junkyard would have done a better job. I am sorry to sound like a broken record but come on I bought a Cadillac for a reason and it was for the safety I feel when I drive it and the stability of having a nice car. Glenn Painter was amazing! Very proactive but not pushy (hate pushy salespeople) with providing info regarding pre-owned inventory and guiding me in the direction that result in me becoming and proud and excited SRX owner! The technology tutorial and other vehicle features was great too.I will add I don’t buy cars the first day of “shopping” but I can no longer say that thanks to the team @ Mike Erdman Cadillac.Had a visit w parts and service departments day after my purchase and those gentlemen were fantastic too. I look forward to a good and long term relationship w Mike Erdman Cadillac.

First integrity and honesty are fundamentals of a trusted dealership. Mike Erdman Cadillac gave me that. and for those reasons I was always comfortable when dealing with the dealership. Harry Moore was my salesman and Greg was the manager who got the ball rolling for me when I told him I built my Cadillac on the company website and had Greg order it for me. after a reasonable time my car was delivered to me and I was amassed to see such a beautiful car there for me. Even the dealer loved my car. Long story short...after a couple of hrs when I got to the dealership to take my new car home I was on my way...Harry was the kindest and considerate salesman you would ever meet, Please ask for Harry or Greg to help you purchase your next new or used car because you wont spend alot of wasted time and money searching effortlessly when they will do all the work and find you that car that says hello...Im your car. I bought my 2012 Mitsubishi out lander on 6/06/2017 and had some minorcommunication problems between service and dealer. They corrected this, howeverwhen I requested the service document for the safety inspection they told methey do on every car because I asked on 3 different occasions for this documentand never received it. When I finally pressed for that document I learned thatthe safety inspection wasnt done until 6/14/17 so if they had done theinspection they would have found the German Cockroach infestation which was notevident during the day when I inspected the vehicle before purchase. I took thevehicle back after I found 6 roaches crawling around in my center console. Ihad found one person willing to clean it the right way which involves takingseats carpets and panels out. They refused, so for 4 days in 100 degree weatherI tore my car apart. I lost work, my massage table and sheets because Icouldnt take the chance of spreading them to my home or others. So I did itmyself. I sometimes do mobile massage for the company Im contracted for sothats why I bought the car. Now Im without a table and Im still having totreat the car as well because this is a problem that is going to take at least6 months of regularly bombing and baiting to be %100 sure they are gone. In themean time Im loosing money and work. When they tried to work with me theytried to sell me a brand new car that they knew was way out of my price rangeand when I said that the sales manager told me to work more to make thepayments. This was very unprofessional not to mention they falsely representedthis vehicle by telling me that it was inspected. They still refuse to doanything so I have retained a lawyer. My loss of income, equipment and my sanity is my biggest issue with this horrible situation and NO ONE should EVER go through this. ThisDealership should be ashamed of themselves.12/12/2017 Still trying to reconcile outside of court, but the new sales manager is complete jerk and boldly displayed his distain for me. I asked for 4 new tires they only offered two tires which would cost them hundreds to my thousands I have lost due to the hundreds of roaches that were in my car. They lie about everything and there customer service is appalling. They even lied about my tire tread and I have been to 4 different tire people telling me they are bad. The new Sales manager Jonathan Reese who is a very rude man and lied to my face,,, yes he said it on the phone to his technician while I was standing in front of him The gist Im getting is shes telling me Im lying to her face, and he was right.. He did lie to my face.. I dont care if I bought as is this dealership has no moral bone running it. Maybe if they treated there customers and employees right they for once they wouldnt have a high turn over rate, because every time I go in there I see someone new. Oh BTW did you know that German cockroaches cary over 50 known diseases they can cary?

Mike Erdman called offered a pit stop service. They checked and topped all fluids and washed the car at no charge. They noticed a bit of uneven tire wear. They ended up doing a 4 wheel alignment. The alignment was billable but the cost was reasonable.

Such a friendly and great team at Mike Erdman Cadillac. Richard from the start was extremely accommodating even before meeting me in person. He spent time to ask me questions via email to understand the type of vehicle I was searching for.When I arrived at the dealership, Richard greeted me and spent time to take me through the various trim levels of the XT5 vehicles. After the test ride, the process forward was extremely easy and straight forward. Everything was explained well in detail and Richard took time to walk through all of my questions.Fast forward two weeks after purchase and we are extremely grateful for the service Richard and team provided at Mike Erdman Cadillac. The XT5 we purchased was exactly what we were looking for. I am definitely returning in the future.

All Ive had is outstanding service with a group of professionals that do the right thing and make the experience of bring your ride in for service a first rate experience. My GMC truck had an ignition problem. The coilpack on No.6 cylinder had failed. I have an extended warranty on the truck which would only pay for replacement of the coil pack. I was charged an additional $65 for a spark plug, spark plug wire and miscellaneous charges that were unspecified the warranty would not cover. I feel these charges were excessive being that a spark plug cost $9 and a wire around $10. It will definitely be a consideration when we trade in our 2020 Mike Erdman Toyota.

Today I came in for a simple oil change and wheel balance. Mike Erdman seems to misunderstand that an oil change and tire balance are indeed simple. First, 1.5 hours to complete the work . . . seriously? Then the bill, $162 with a discount.There was no high tech computer issues, body panel replacement or valve gaskets to replace. GM parts are over rated. Buy the parts from a reliable parts store, or on line and do it yourself. Otherwise go to a AAA approved garage and save some coin.

She checked with a tech that was standing at her work area and (not sure) Mike. All three understood what I needed and after about an hour I was happily on my way home with a big smile. When I brought my car in she checked me in in a timely fashion and kept me informed of the progress. When the work was completed she inspected the car to insure it was in pristine condition. Whenever I bring my car in Vicki makes it seem like a family visit and that my car will receive excellent care. I used Mike Erdman Collision Center to repair my 3 week old car after I was rear ended. Long story short, after taking 3 weeks to fix the damage, I have been back four times. Each time, I have come back with a new issue stemming from the repairs they made. First, the emblem was glued on to my car upside down (very obvious). Next, the jack in the trunk was loose. Finally (hopefully), a piece of the car was rubbing into the tire causing a very loud noise. This leads me to believe that they fixed the physical damage and had no care to do a full inspection of the whole car afterwards. They didnt even take the time to step back and look at the emblem they had just glued on upside down. I hope I dont discover any more damage that should have been fixed the first time. Negligence at its most obvious...

I am a new customer to this dealership today.First off.. my greeting was a hello, nothing after I introduced myself, no welcome we are glad you choose our dealership.I scheduled an appointment (0930 I arrived on time) for an oil change, because I have had a message, “change oil soon”. The person who made the appointment made it for “Check engine light”The service person, did not ask about my warranty, nothing... he got Vin number and got service records.Then he says I have no warranty... but I do, bought at the time I purchased my car in 2015. Still had some factory warranty plus extended warrantySorry, can’t find it, you pay for the oil change, which took one and a half to do.... $75.00 for the oil change.Excuse after excuse, we don’t do this, we don’t do that...my business was not important enough for him to check on the warranty, through my prior dealership.The service person came to me to give me the “inspection” report, but no offer to rotate tires, or any info about belts, etc.I found the “Cashier area”, dirty, old newspapers from prior days still on the table, floors needed cleaning, dead “lovebugs” all over. The “service area” was the same, dirty, spider webs and bugs debris on the walls No offer to have coffee, water etc while I had to wait, no offer of a ride or if I needed anything.TV blasting ...No staff at the cashier desk, to ask to turn channel or lower the sound.I paid for my high dollar oil change, will find a more courteous, cleaner and more friendly dealership.

I was acknowledged and greeted at my arrival time. I had a slow leak in my rear drivers side tire and upon investigation noticed there was a screw embedded between the treads. It was 2 hours before my car was ready, but the tire was covered under warranty and the car had been washed. All in all, I was very satisfied.

I had a great experience at this dealerships service department. Vickie was exceptionally helpful as well as others I encountered. I did not purchase my vehicle at this location however they treated me like one of their own. I brought my vehicle in for preventative maintenance and they went out of their way to do a full inspection, check for recalls, and see if my vehicle was still under warranty to cover any costs. After the oil change they checked tire pressure, fluid levels, and WASHED MY VEHICLE! Will be returning to purchase my next vehicle here. Thank you VICKIEShaun J

Worst place to take your car for bodywork, John ball has no work ethics and doesn’t care how your car looks like after they do the repairs, running paint, paint on all if the interior parts, and they didn’t install all the trims they were supposed to, didn’t take responsibility for their job, and there was more damage to my car that they didn’t fix, but for sure they took all the money from the insurance, I wish someone above him meet with me to solve my car issues, still waiting for a call to take my car back, WO 501018. Stay away from this place hope they go out of business that way people don’t go trough bad experiences

Our 2014 SRX Cadillac would not start due to an apparent dead battery. We called a representative from a towing company who finally arrived after several delays. He was unable to start the car. I then called Mike Erdman Cadillac and described the situation to Rick Marks the service manager. He said I can start it... give me your address. Sure enough he arrived in short order, started the car, and replaced the battery at the dealership! He then arranged for the car to be washed. Excellent service!

We went to this dealership based on distance, availability of pre-owned vehicles and their rating. In addition, I spoke to two different people who thought very highly of this place. The pre-owned vehicles were way over priced for the condition they were in. We test drove both, and the one that I drove the brakes were very spongy, and this usually means it is time to get new ones. That, and aesthetic problems existed which did not even pass the eye test. The other one didnt perform well. So, we sat down and decided to get a value for our trade-ins. Without one verbal approval, they ran a credit check on us. They had us filling out a handful of forms before they would even scribble numbers on a piece of paper. That seriously rubbed me the wrong way. I have a respectful score for a reason, and that is I do not like anyone running a credit check on me for no good reason. When they came back with out trade-in values, they put both of them together and did not separate them out. We asked them to do this and they refused. They said we could get a brand new vehicle that they were running a special (scam, really) for $10K off the sticker. LOL So we waited and waited and they came back with a staggering number that was greater than the monthly payments we currently have for both cars. Oh, and then they were also coercing us into an extended warranty because if the computer in the car needed to be replaced it would cost us $4,500 just to replace that. Now, we are up to almost $1K for a monthly payment. I dont think so. They pushed us and pushed us to get our business, only they just pushed us right out the door. We anticipate seeing these vehicles back to the dealership in 3-4 years for people getting rid of them because they didnt have the warranty. If you cant back up a brand new vehicle, it isnt worth buying in the first place. We will not be back and we do not want to further discuss this with the GM.

I bought my Altima from Mike Erdman after leaving twice dealing with multiple salesman and other staff. It got so ridiculous that my brother came with me because they acted like because I was a women I was naive and they could over sell this car to me. The guy running my info repeatedly lied to me I later found out. I asked him to run my info through a particular bank that I e always financed through. He told me that bank denied me! I couldn’t believe it as I have several different accounts with them. After going through a process that didn’t need to be anywhere near as aggravating as it was we finally agreed to buy the car. So to complete my paper work I went to the gap guy. He instructs me that I should buy blah blah blah I agree and he then proceeds to tell me to wait 6 months before I refinance because the “house” would lose money! WHAT!? The next day I was refinanced with the bank I originally asked to be financed through with a much lower payment. I asked why they lied to me and I was told it was because they don’t make enough money from that particular bank so they went behind my back and lied to me to make more money. So with me refinancing I bought gap through my new bank which sent me all the paper work to cancel the gap with mike erdman. Btw 895 through mike erdman and 499 through my bank. I couldn’t believe it I felt taken advantage of! So I go back to give them the paper work and the gap guy got angry and said I thought I told you not to refinance for 6 months! Now I’m gonna lose $300 on this deal! I said are you kidding me!? I asked him are you telling me I’m supposed to pay more so you can make money???? He grew angrier and told me he couldn’t process my paper work it would take a couple weeks for everything to go through. So after checking back and checking back it finally got taken care of. I was also given a paper with answers on how I was supposed to answer the survey Nissan sends to new buyers. I honestly feel like this place is nothing but a lie and scam!

Having come in from out of town for a wedding, on Thursday the 30th prior to Labor Day our 05 SRX 71K, battery failed in the Port Canaveral terminal, called AAA and they arrived within 40 minutes, jump the car inspected the battery and alternator and said all was working well. As the wknd progressed the battery issue worsened. Having to be on the road Saturday early to arrive back in Orlando for another commitment at 10am I was concerned that the battery would fail on the road or worse I found your dealership, having called Friday and located my battery Saturday morning I pulled into the dealership at 8:30 am spoke with service desk associate Ms VICKIE FINDER who remembered me from Fridays call I explained to her briefly my problem in that I needed to be in Orlando before 10am she said I will do my best having been in retail and customer service industry I knew what that could mean, there were two other customers before me so my hopes of arriving keeping our engagement looked very slim, this was my 3rd experience with Cadillac dealers truth be told my first was rated about an 80+, my second about a 35, ( with a estimate total of just under 3k for repairs I had come in for a remote reprogram and a noise in the front wheel well, I had just purchased the car 6wks prior at sister dealership NOT YOURS ) so I was borderline about what to expect at roughly 9:15 Vickie came to me with my total well within my ballpark estimate and would be ready to go in just a few minutes, and offered to wash our vehicle, I declined because of time constraint, I was ecstatic and made the drive effortlessly and with 5 minutes to spare, not sure what anyone who reads this belief are, but I and my family stand on this GOD orchestrates people and things in perspective for those He love and love HIM Ms Vickie is and was a blessing at the right place and time, unfortunately for me you are a bit out of my service area but I highly recommended your dealership, the other two customers were taken care of efficiently also concluding Mr Erdman thank you for have people who care.

Enjoyed the buying experience at Mike Erdman Cadillac. Harry Moore was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in selecting my SRX. In addition, the sales manager Greg Kyzer was very helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciated the fact that neither Harry nor Greg were high pressure which made for a comfortable buying experience. They go the extra mile to provide service after the sale as well. Harry stopped by to go over all the vehicle features a few days after the sell just to make sure I had everything setup the way I wanted and that I was comfortable in knowing how to use all the new features/function of the vehicle. Many thanks for making my first Cadillac buying experience a five star one!

I was a BMW owner for many years. Ive bought four over the last ten years. After my 2008 M5 was totaled I went looking for another car to replace it. Among other cars I was interested in the CTS-V so I went looking for one. I had a bad experience at Murphy Cadillac in Melbourne so I wasnt thrilled at going to a Cadillac dealer or even buying a Cadillac. I stopped in at Mike Erdman and within 5 minutes my impression of Cadillac was changed. I first spoke with Greg Kyzer, who turned out to be the manager, and he was very courteous and professional. I asked him about CTS-Vs and he said he didnt have any but would let me know if he got any. He said while I was there I should look at the new CTS-VSport. I agreed and he assigned a salesman named Harry Moore to help me. Harry was very professional and new everything about the car, which was refreshing. The car turned out to be fantastic and I decided to buy it. I am very pleased with it so far. I would say the two main reasons I bought the car was 1: the courtesy and professionalism of Greg and Harry, and 2: The new Cadillac CTS is a fantastic product. Because of them I will probably be buying another Cadillac in the future.
