Upon driving to the quick lane entrance we were greeted and checked in promptly. We were invited to wait in the very nice waiting room. We were updated periodically as to what is going on with our car. The work was accomplished quickly and the checkout handled professionally.
Quick and excellent service. They also had a nice waiting area to work in.
I called them up early in the day to schedule an oil change. They told me to come into the quick lane. I showed up two hours later, only to wait in an empty office for about 8 minutes. I then poke my head out the service door to find someone. They said it would be over 2 hours before they could service my vehicle. This was contradictory to the quick lane advertising.
As usual, they delivered their top notch service. My car was serviced in a very timely manner. It was returned to me washed and vacuumed. A consistently great dealership with which to do business!

Always a great experience. Never a disappointment. Although they where very busy, they managed to finish by required maintenance in short order. And I was able to relax upstairs in the Tiki Lounge and catchup on some internet business. Thanks again!

The day before Christmas, my MK-Z would not start. It started with a jump,, but this was the second time in two weeks. I took it into Island, they found that the battery faile the test, and replaced it under warranty.Good quick analysis and fixed the problem, but the battery went bad in about 3 years. Maybe I just got a bad battery? It was Made in Mexico! I look forward to the Made in the USA lable!!!!
