What a great business.I grew up in an automotive shop with a mechanic father. I know the ins and outs of vehicles and how shops run. For this reason it is tough for me to trust a shop to work on my vehicles. But as I get older I simply don’t have it in me to do certain repairs.I was recommended to Triangle Auto to repair my Tahoe and am happy to say they are amazing. Ive never been a customer there, but I can tell you for a fact the owner and the company are golden. I was running late for a doctors appointment in Jacksonville with my mom, and there was a weird noise coming from the car. Living close to the shop, I decided to stop in and express the concern and the urgency. The owner immediately came out and listened to me and hopped into the car to diagnose the problem. The team quickly addressed the issue and asked nothing in return. Good-hearted people exist and they exist at Triangle Auto. In the future as long as I am here on the Island or the county, I will get my vehicle serviced here! Folks around me waiting on their car said the same!

I’ve brought our jeep in a few times and these guys are amazing! They help with all the big and super small things down to tire stems. They listen to what I have to say and are super honest back! Nothing better than good ole guys you can trust.

Usseless drop car off to be looked at 6hours later thers noting wrong with your car took it to another shop and they found the issue

My car had been at the Ford dealership where they wanted to do over 2000.00 worth of work. I called Louis right away and explained everything to him (as I was out of town) and what they wanted to do. Louis & Mandy made arrangement for me and picked up my car, fixed the problem and saved me a money. But!! was honest upfront and just didn’t fix things or take a guess at what he thought might be the problem to make money. My car was fixed within less time he stated.It definitely pays to keep our small business owners in business. It’s a pleasure doing business with all of you at Triangle Auto.

I had six people in a big Dodge truck and we blew a tire on the way to the beach. The shop was about to close and AAA was nowhere to be found. The owner contacted coastal towing and had them come out within 10 minutes. My family is very grateful for this business especially after such a scary event!!! The price was very affordable to change a big tire and to tow the truck to them in the first place. The tow truck driver made sure my family was safe and the friendly staff at triangle Auto could not have been more helpful and kind.

I had taken my auto to a dealer twice to find out why it would jerk sometimes when I was driving. They put it on their machine and told me they couldnt find anything. I took it to Triangle Auto and they figured out the problem by test driving it. I highly recommend them and especially Mandy.

Brought my 15 Silverado in with trashed ball joints and lower control arms. Then after being told it would take 24 hrs, dumped a spray job on suspension parts, brake flush, and 2 tires on them. STILL had it back in 24 hrs and couldn’t be happier. They truly went above and beyond all whilst providing great service and work.

Friendly staff, accurate diagnostics, quick services & repairs; I couldnt ask for a better car repair shop! They were able to fix issues with my vehicle that multiple repair shops (dealership included) could not detect. Dont waste your time with other companies because they have a chain name, this is the place to go for knowledgeable techs and great services.

My steering column had issues, so I dropped it off. Triangle auto called the Hyundai dealership and got them to extend my mileage warranty so that the repair is now absolutely free. They went out of the way and passed up an opportunity to make money for my best interest. You cant beat that!

Came in with a 2006 chevy uplander, for water pump replacement. They tried to charge me 240 for a one hour job. Didnt even bother to look up the hours, looks like a attempted RIP OFF!

Ive got a Durango with high miles and was experiencing some new noises, in the front end. I was fearful it was really bad news. But I took it to Triangle, got a diagnosis and estimate and they fixed my problem. Great service, good price and I waited 6 months or so to post this...so I know 10,000 miles later they really did fix my car!
