I recently moved to Merritt island area, I’ve only been here 7 months and already have had to have 3 tire repairs and 2 tires replaced. Every time I have come to this location I have got excellent service, and services done in a timely manner more importantly I have never felt like I was being ripped off. If they can patch my tire they will they don’t try to sell me a néw one if it’s not needed. I appreciate honesty and I will continue to be a repeat customer.

Driving home down Courtenay Pkwy during rush hour and I hear my tire start thump, thump, thumping. I pulled into a parking lot to inspect and voila, a massive bolt in my tire. I immediately went to the nearest tire place and was greeted warmly by Kalil and Tony. They were able to patch the tire since the bolt was dead center in the tread. Fast, professional and honest service. Kalil and Tony made the whole experience pleasant. I will return here for service in the future. Its a well-run business and its nice to see all of the employees take great pride in their work. Well done!

On a busy day, they fit me in quickly and repaired a tire that another shop said could not be repaired. I was more than willing to buy a new tire and they saved me the expense....repair has held up for weeks now. I buy my tires from Tire Kingdom and I recommend this location. Knowledgeable and fun guys working the counter as well.

Jack is the kindest most patient man on earth. He made my challenging day so much easier. He literally deserves a raise! It was the greatest customer service I have ever experienced. Let me tell you that these guys are amazing!!! I had aftermarket wheels and tires installed on my 2020 Santa Fe and 2 of the tpms sensors weren’t working they tried and tried to get them to work but to no avail they took the time out of their busy day to take the other tpms sensors out of my stock wheels and switched them out. they were definitely going the extra mile to help me out. I now have a new shop to bring my and families car too. Alex tony and the rest of they guys are awesome don’t bring you car anywhere else this place is phenomenal

After waiting for an oil change and 4 tires installed (4 hours with an appt), they forgot the tire pressure sensors, which I specifically mentioned. Finally got my car, but no tpms sensors. The fact that these professionals missed it, costs me more time. They were even trying to charge me more that the cost of four sensors for one! My business will not be with tire kingdom anymore.UPDATE: I got in touch like requested. They offered to install the sensors for free, theyd just charge for the sensors themselves. I was always willing to pay for them! I agreed through email. And that was the last Ive heard about it. And still no sensors or email back from them

My wife and I were trying to get back to orlando from Melbourne on 95. We heard a noise from under our car. Pulled off the highway and went way out of our way to go to tire kingdom. The winter park store bailed us out years ago on a Sunday when no one else would on a tire issue. It was closing time for others. Our splash guard had broken loose this time and was about to come off on the highway. This store was packed and very busy. Jack Figary took our car in and had us back on our way home in 20 minutes. Way to go, again tire kingdom!!! Our business is yours for many years to come. Thanks to Jack.

I got new tires,put on my car, I got an alignment, and an oil change. So far my car seems to be doing better so I have no complaints. And my car is no longer drifting to the right so great job!✌🏾

Brought my truck in to have U joints put on the drive shaft, started down the road 60 miles an hour drive shaft came off my transmission head it towed back to Tire Kingdom my only vehicle to get back and forth to work. Tony said no problem well take care of you we got your rental car 1 to 2 days. End up having it for 2 weeks I had to keep calling them to find out what was going on Tony kept reassuring me he would take care of me got a bill for $795 for the U-joints and $1,500 for two week car rental needless to say I got stuck with the whole bill thanks Tony do not go to Merritt Island Tire Kingdom store Tony will not take care of you. Lets see how he replies to this review. Well here we are 6 months later. I go to have my oil change somewhere else and this is what I find transmission hanging on with two bolts broken casing Tire Kingdom assured me before I drove off in it that they went through the transmission to make sure everything is fine.Tire Kingdom you can call me if you want to fix the problem, its a principle and integrity issue I dont have the time or money to fight with you.

Just got home after breaking down and being towed following a brake job at Tire Kingdom, Merritt Island, FL. Incredibly, they returned my vehicle to me (after spending hundreds for new disc rotors, pads and fluid) with a stuck caliper! Come to find out it was a condition that they knew about but did not repair and did not inform the customer!! Whoa.Twenty miles down the interstate the brakes began to shutter and slow the vehicle. By the time I got off I-95 at W. New Haven (192), and limped into a parking lot, the brake had completely seized. I couldnt move the vehicle an inch to position it for the tow truck.What astounds me is that the allegedly ASE certified technician released a customers vehicle with a known unsafe condition that he either caused or, at least, should have repaired. Worse, the sales associate was advised of the condition by the tech, and that sales associate failed to tell the customer about it. The vehicle never should have left the parking lot.I will be fighting for my money to be refunded, and I will be filing a formal complaint with the State of Florida under Chapter 570.544(3) F.S. An automotive repair shop that damages and returns to the customer a vehicle with a known and emerging unsafe condition is a danger to the motoring public and should be shut down.Sadly, this used to be a good shop where I have done business for several years.Update: My vehicle was towed to a different store than the one that performed the defective.work The brakes and rotors were destroyed by the stuck calipers that were known to the first shop. The brake job was redone, this time with new calipers, for which I refused to pay given my experience having new brakes lock up on an interstate highway. Dont tolerate incompetent, indifferent automotive service chains.

Went there to have my brakes checked. The guy Tony was a bit rude when I brought it in. Called me later to tell me it would be $280 to replace my rear brakes becausw they were metal on metal. I told him no I could not do it today. When I went to pick up my car he totally ignored me and took the paying customers before me. Took my car for a second opinion the next day and my brakes are actually fine. Only wanted them looked at because previously tire kingdom had said they were needing to be replaced soon. Scammers.

Have used them for years. Then, today I go in to see if they will plug a leaking tire for me. Takes a look and says he cant do anything, tread is too worn. On a set of tires I bought from them 10,000 miles ago at the most. They will never see a dime from me again.

We were out of town and had a tire go bad, we went to tire kingdom in Merritt island and they were extremely busy but said they would fit us in asap. We ended up getting 2 new tires and an alignment done in less than 2 hours. We were very happy as they were so busy. Tony Canha was, I think the manager, and treated us great. I recommend them to anyone in the area.

I’ve dealt with Tire Kingdom several times with different cars over the years. My current location I take my car to is Merritt Island, Florida. The service manger, Robert Saweress, is a joy to deal with. Him and his staff are always trying their best to go above and beyond. Robert is kind, professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I always feel I am in good hands there. Customer service is top notch and I definitely recommend them!

I scheduled an appointment to get my brakes done, went in and the poor guy was alone up front and busy, but made sure to get me checked in on time. I stayed to wait while the service was done and it was a little longer than I thought it would be, but the service was terrific and the gentleman was very polite. He took the time to explain any other suggested services I needed, explained the costs clearly, and didnt push me to buy anything I didnt want.

Horrible customer service and support. Angry staff. We brought 4 new Porsche wheels and tires to install and balance tires and they damaged two of the tires. They only want to replace one tire and have had us waiting for it for more than two weeks and every time we call we get a different excuse. Steve is supposedly the store manager and has treated the situation really unprofessionally. Do not recommend at all. Stay away from this shop.

Amazing! A word often heard when talking about car maintenance facilities. The best place in Merritt Island!! Customer service is top-notch. Service is fast, clean, and done right the first time. They wont try to upsale items that you dont need. Most highly recommend.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! We had emergency tire loosing air, from a nail...we were traveling...called ahead asking for help, guy on phone said theyre busy but come on over we probably be 45 min.wait. we checked in with front desk, sitting in our car we can see men working in the garage...we waited for 1 hr then husband went in and asked how much longer? The guy said youre next. We waited and watched the workers who for another 30 minutes, they did very little work...watching them walking around slowly as possible !!! we needed to get back on the road traveling ... so husband went in again to ask whats taking them so long we have a 10 min job fix leaking tire??? He was told theyre working as fast as possible...well we watched them working as little as possible!!! We left, without any help fixing our tire with nail leaky air ..very dissatisfied with the lack of caring...

If you have a modified car go hit up Jack at Tire Kingdom. He helped me out with my 2016 GTI and was very knowledgable. This was the only shop around that didnt turn me away after looking at the car. He told me they would try to get it on the rack and he would call me if they could not get it done. He assured me that they would not damage the car in any way just to get the job done. Very friendly as well!

Great service. The employees are the most friendly helpful and knowledgeable. Prices average for the area but they dont try to upsell or overcharge. Will definitely make all my service appointments here from now on.

My family and I always go to Tire Kingdom for anything our cars need. The technicians are always incredibly helpful and speak to me (I know NOTHING about cars) in a way I can easily understand. I cannot recommend these guys enough.

Took my Honda in and had a few issues with my tires, I thought it was something else come to find out they were able to pinpoint the problem and replaced 2 of my tires. A little pricey I thought but my car feels a lot better now. They were all really cool.

They damaged my wheels while putting new tires on and blamed me for it. There were gouges all along the outter edge clearly where they were using a screwdriver/crowbar to take off the old tire. Don’t waste your time here, or money.

I specifically asked if they plug or patch tires, we only patch because its the best. Pay 32.00 to find out that they plugged my tire. I could have done that for less than 10.00 myself.

Because of my “lifetime rotate and balance” I tried three times to have them service my Range Rover. All three times I was met with incompetence including wants needing to teach their “master technician“ why he was diagnosing a problem that he was then ordering the wrong part to fix. Interestingly the part he was ordering was part of a entire assembly when all I needed was one part of that. He knew that but was still ordering the entire assembly on my dime. At one point he even admitted that the only piece that needed to be replaced was telling him. As you can imagine the cost difference was significant from what needed to be done to my car and what they wanted me to pay. Buyer beware. Every time I brought it there was some “issue” that required a bigger investment yet that mysterious issue disappeared when I left and took it elsewhere.

Had an appointment at 5, waited until 6:20 and was told they couldn’t get to me tonight. But the day before I was told I would be looked at and my appointment would be held. I’m never coming back her I would suggest you go and spend a little extra money elsewhere.

If I could rate this place less than 1 star, I would. I went there for a simple tire rotation. I drive a Mercedes and appear well dressed, so I guess they thought I was a pretty easy target. When I arrived, Zach at tire kingdom first tells me that the oil change is not included even though he told me that it was included on the phone the day prior when I made my appointment. Unassuming, I confirm with Zach when I arrived that it was $19.99 for the rotation, including the oil change. Ha, no, he says its $80 for an oil change. About 20 minutes later, after I decline the oil change, he calls me and tells me that my front 2 tires are the wrong tires and in order to rotate them they have to be the same size and its going to be $460 to do it…ummm, clearly, you know the rest, no thank you!!! I would not recommend this place! These guys are out to get your money!

If i could give one star I could. Damaged my property and then asked me to pay $400 to fix it. Absolute scammers. I have proof that they did it, but of course they deny it.

Had a 1030am appointment for a oil change and tire rotation. At 1150 I finally asked to be checked out since my car was parked outside. The gentleman was apologetic about my wait time, blaming too many questions from other customers. Im not asking for nascar pit time, but almost an hour and half with appointment is ridiculous! May go back to having my 17 y/o complete this for me as I feel he can do it faster with a manual jack and tire iron. And he would gladly accept my money!

DO NOT BUY TIRES HERE. I went in to get a set a tires that were on sale. The guy in the shop lies to me and tells me they’re not on sale. Sells me another set of tires even after I show him the online add that says my tires are on sale. Come to find out, he didn’t have them in the store and wanted to get a set sold that day. Then it takes me MONTHS to hear back from his supervisor with no explanation of why they were unable to provide me the tires and if any action was going to be taken for the event. On top of that, they wouldn’t give me the rebate on the tires I bought. Here I am now with 29,000 miles on the tires and my new shop is telling me they need to be replaced already. I take excellent care of my car and have never had to replace tires this early. Go somewhere else that will be honest with you.Reply to their “reply” trying to rectify this. I tried to contact you for over 4 months attempting to fix the situation, with countless unreturned phone calls and emails. I’m cutting my losses and using another company. Hopefully other people won’t have to endure the same situation that I had to.

Im ocd about who works on my vehicles. That being said, the wait was a bit longer than was told but I dont have a problem waiting for good service..they beat price from down the road on a set of tires and done a four wheel alignment. They also found a defaulted pressure sensor and replaced it. Great service! Great guys! Would go back if in the area again.

Never have I been dissatisfied with this crew. Tony and his guys are tops in my book. Worth the wait, and if there is something wrong with your vehicle other than what you brought it in for...they will let you know, thats a great thing to do, especially when it comes to preventative maintenance.

I went to get a tire patched and they said it is unrepairable and i need two new tires. I agree and waited for 1 and a half hours AFTER they told me it was unrepairable. This was to put two tires on, I am capable of this in 10 mins and I have zero training. While waiting I saw the same rep get coffee 4/5 times. I should have bought the tires and put them on myself in the parking lot. If you want reasonably quick service, do not come here.

I ask the guy in the front desk Indian looking guy in the computers upfront how much longer and he said your waiting on breaks ? I said noo confused He said well your car been ready and acted as I was the one slacking but this whole time he never moved the the car.. next day called about being charged a service that wasn’t done and the gentleman that was there that morning name jack was very helpful and honest and and gave me a refund..careful Indian guy will tel you you need breaks rotors all kind of things that are not wrong.. scam artist... he is bad for business

I had a quote and appt for new tires from their online site. When my mother in law which is an older lady showed up for the appointment I feel like their tried to take advantage of her, the price they gave her was twice the price that was quoted and they tried to include services that were not needed. We had to step up and talk to them to make sure they didnt take advantage of her.

The Merritt Island Tire Kingdom did a Great job on my 2013 Nissan Frontier.Hurb knows his stuff, is conscientious with his work plus he is a GREAT guy.I had the oul changed, my Michelin tires rotated and added new top of the line windshield wipers and I was outta there in 45 minutes.And guess what? Hurb resets the tire monitors so you dont have to keep going back because they forget to do that.

Company had special for a buy 2 get 2 but the catch is you have to buy do tire pressure sensors When my truck is only 2 years old you have to buy a new alignment Which I just had them do a few months ago but they say have to buy another one you have to pay installation.. 150 per tire With by 2 tires get 2 tires came out almost $800

I took Pops Toyota here for 4 new tires & an alignment after calling several shops around Merritt Island - these guys had the best price and Tony (the manager) just struck me as a good guy (over the phone). My initial impression of Tony was confirmed when I met him in person - he gave me a further discount when I showed-up that same day. The guys were fast and finished the 4 tires while I waited. My nephew also had 4 tires done by Tony and his Team - he too was very happy with their prices and work. After discussing with Tony the fact that many local businesses (including some of the larger ones) continuously take advantage of our Senior Citizens, he mentioned to me that he has been focused on building a strong and honest team at this Tire Kingdom - my family and I highly recommend these guys for your tire needs in Merritt Island! These guys listen to your concerns,help you by giving you options, and are so friendly and professional you really wont go anywhere else! I had my breaks and rotors and breaks replaced, and really could not be happier to spend my money here! From the moment my wife and I walked in Tony and his team greeted us and made us feel apart of the team! Im in an interracial marriage in Merritt island,so needless to say Im used to looks of hate even if it is for a second. Both Tony and Jack always take the time to explain the actual conditon of your vehicle. I never feel like Im being oversold. They explain what is problematic, solutions and viable options to choose from that fit your condition. They also address potential timelines if it is something that you need awareness of but is not a critical repair today.

We have always used Tire Kingdom .But after having a very bad experience last summer I didnt want to go back . Tony the manager tried to resolve my issues and he made me feel better last summer about my treatment by an employee. But I have not been back till yesterday. Although we were quoted a cheaper price this week at another place . We wanted to try Tire kingdom again. Because cheaper is not always better :-/ and we have always felt Tony was an honest person . Had my tires rotated, service was fast, Location is good, Prices are reasonable...

NOT HAPPY with my experience. Late December 2017 right before Christmas, I was in bind needing to get my son back and forth to school. I had one tire flat and the other three were about due so i Ended up spending $1200.00 on four tires for my SUV.... Which is probably the most expensive tires but they didnt give me any other options. The gentleman made it seem like that was the best price he could do for me, Although they have deals advertised all over. He didnt give me any other options, no other cheaper tires. HE GAVE ME ONE OPTION AND THAT WAS IT. The gentle man that helped me was very short and just seemed like all he wanted to do was take my money instead of actually work with me, he just wanted me in and out. Now it is February, only two months of having these tires, a tire pops while im driving so i call to see what i can do and once again very short and rude with me and wants another $250.00 for ONE tire.

At first he told me they only had one of the tires that i needed, but i wanted two. I was going to have to get the other tomorrow at another store. Reluctantly i agreed. So when i went to pay, he told me he made a mistake. They didnt have even one tire so one of the guys drove to the other store got BOTH tires and hooked me up totally. Quite aggravated with the service. Its apparent they dont particularly care about the needs of their customers. I do alot of work on cars and while waiting for my tires and alignment I overheard them giving poor advice to three different customers who admitted that they know nothing about cars. Doesnt seem trustworthy to me.I went in for an alignment and tire install. It took about an hour just to mount and balance the tires and only 20 minutes to complete the alignment. I had requested a printout as I am quite concerned about the geometry of camber, caster, and toe. Apparently they have not had the ability to print out an alignment for 6 months!!!! What? I was told it was only out 1/10th of a degree. Although I had recently changed the suspension setup on my car. This doesnt even make sense and shows a complete lack of knowledge.1000 miles later my tires are starting show extreme wear on the inner portion, which is worse then before my alignment on a quarter inch ride height drop. The tires I purchased were not cheap.Bottom line dont trust these guys. Your better off taking your money and throwing it in a fire pit.

The guys here are fantastic! I had troubles this past weekend, where my car wouldnt recognize that I was trying to reverse or drive, and was expecting to get a tow back to my hometown, plus the cost of a potential repair. However, I noticed that I was parked right behind these guys and asked them to look at my car. Within an hour later, they had my car fixed and ready to go!! Absolutely amazing
