Bought tires on Amazon and this was one of the choices to have the tires installed. Took forever to get them installedand immediately when I left two of the tire pressure fault sensors were on and zero were on when I came in. Turns out that they were damaged by the guys installing the tires since they are inside the rim. They refused to fix them. The cost to fix each one is higher than the amount charged to install all four tires. Sears refuses to make it right.The tires make a really weird noise ever since the day I drove away from Sears. Im going to check and see if the tires are the type that r directional. Its been months now and the noise has not stopped.One tire was also leaking air immediately after leaving the shop. Had to go somewhere else to get it resolved. Actually took the vehicle back in and they did not fix the problem.Very very very disappointed in Sears Auto service. And their customer service sucked also. This is one of the very few bad reviews I have given but unfortunately its well deserved. :(

DO NOT GO TO AUTOMOTIVE!! these people are THIEVES. I had a gift card so ordered 4 tires (would not have gone there otherwise) and all they had to do was install the tires. well, upon driving it home, the front left tire would shake and vibrate. We took it back the next day thinking it was a bad balancing job. I then get a call that we need major brake work. never mind that we had the brakes done 3 weeks prior. when I protested, Phil, the manager, never broke character once, never changed voice inflection once, never veered off script once. years of practice pay off I guess. anyway, I told them to put the car together, I am picking it up and will not pay anything. Phil, coward that he is, had his assistant waiting for me as he no doubt cowered in the back somewhere, to scared to face me. even though their sorry company is going down the drain, they are going to try and rip you off to the very end. pathetic people working for a pathetic company. their death spiral is well earned and deserved.UPDATE: as soon as we picked the car up, we drove straight to our regular mechanic to check it out. after all this is the wifes car and I didnt want to take any chances. when we told him the story he was not surprised. he said the other tire place located at the mall was the same kind of criminal operation. anyway, our mechanic kept the car and removed all the tires checking the calipers and rotors, and said all was fine. AND he did not charge us anything. the total opposite of these Sears crooks. Looks like they deliberately damaged the car so we would bring it back so they could gouge us for phantom repairs. how do I know? because on the drive to our mechanic, the car drove smoothly.These people are crooks. I wouldnt let them empty my ashtray. Stay away from these clowns.

Have been having my battery replaced by Sears since I started driving. I have been a regular customer at the Auto center on Merritt Island for the last 12 years, never had a problem. I had trouble with my car this morning not being able to start. I took it in to be checked by them, they found nothing wrong with the battery BUT when they tried to charge my battery for me, they noticed the walls of the battery started bulging out, indicating an internal short. despite what the computer read out said, they went ahead and replaced it, even though I would have been out of warranty in a couple of months. In theory, the old battery would have lasted another 6 months, if they chose not to tell me, I might have been out of warranty by the next time I had trouble. That is what I call Integrity. Thank you for being Sears I have grown to know.

I had a small nail embedded in my right rear tire. I was told by a competitor that the nail could not be fixed due to it being located in the outside tread of the tire. From there they told me my only options were to replace the tire or continue driving on it. I took it to Sears Auto Center for a second opinion.After the mechanics at Sears assessed it, they informed me it would be no problem to fix it as it was not located too close to the side wall. They were in no hurry to get me to buy a tire, or two tires, or any assortment of things I wouldnt need.Based on my experience at this Sears Auto Center, I would definitely recommend it. The staff were courteous, friendly, and most importantly honest, the latter of which seems difficult to find in the car repair industry.

If I could give Sears zero stars, I would. I needed two tires for my car. I ordered them online, had them shipped to the location. When my appointment arrived, I called to make sure the tires were there - hadnt even shipped them. They didnt even call me to tell me. Sears charged me extra fees to order the tires AGAIN even though it was their fault. After three weeks, I had my tires installed. Driving home, my alignment was WAY off - not just a little. The next day I drive back to ask them. Dawn, the manager, was rude and did not give me the information I needed nor tried to help me or give me reasons why that might be. She was not friendly either. They even left the stickers on the tires so my car smelled like burning paper, didnt lock my car in the parking lot, and made a mess on my rims with the sealant they used.
