Customer service was great. Marcus went above and beyond what anyone else has done. I needed a part that only this store had in stock. Just as I was checking out, the computers went down. He called the next closest store and set it up for me to pay there and get my part. He could of easily said, sorry the computers are down. I will be back.

They had the parts I needed in stock, a battery and positive battery cable repair splice piece. Staff was friendly and helpful and prices were competitive.

Superior service at this Advance Auto Parts location. Battery check and no hard sell. As it turned out, I needed a battery and not a charge. In and out in under 20 minutes! Went back the next day and bought wiper blades and they refined the process down to a few items for me to select. They offered to install them for me. Once again, helpful and friendly!

If this is the merritt island advance aka the car quest store. Its alright but wierd because they are not on the same system the other advances are on.

Had to buy wipers while on vacation. Took the advice of the associate; I no longer have the streaks I had put up with for months and have wipers that have a year warranty-never had wipers with a warranty DO NOW!

I keep getting the same guy every time who doesn’t listen well. Everything you say he says “huuuh”. Even the Kia dealer across the street orders parts from the Melbourne dealer.Repeating everything you say is totally annoying. If this bothers you not the store for you. And no I don’t want anything else.

Bad Experience. Was helped by someone named JC.Inquired about steering fluid and he produced for me only one brand and one size. I asked if there were any other options and he said no.I dont know much about cars and just kinda trusted him (assumed he was a decent person), but i come to find out that he gave me the most expensive brand in the biggest size.I can see on their website all the other options they have in stock.So I basically got scammed, didnt expect this from a reputable store such as AAP.

I will never return to this location. The first time I went it was for a battery check and the lady working said it’s free, but they only provide the machine....I have to do it myself. Mind blown. I’ve gone to other AAPs for years and I know that’s not the case, she was just lazy. I waked out and went to the other location around the corner.This second time I took it in to get the battery checked and they checked it for me as normal. I was prompted get it checked because the car dealership said it was low when I recently went there. Since I bought my battery through Advanced I figured I would go back there to check incase it was still under warranty. They tested and said that it’s not 100% but not low enough to be of concern. They don’t have the ability to look through the system to see if it’s still under warranty unless I bought it at that location, which is a fairly new location. I would have to go to the other location around the corner that has access to look though the whole system no matter where it was purchased.I didn’t have time that day and he said my battery was fine so I just went home. 2 weeks later.....dead battery.I see no reason to continue going to this location when there are more knowledgeable and fully equipped stores are only 3 miles further away.

Tried to buy some blinker fluid and they told me I could not find any and that someone was playing a prank on me. Guess what, I found some. They find other stuff alright though.

Worst auto parts store I have ever been to. Went there this morning and didnt get any assistance for 20 minutes when there was only one other person in there plus about 5 employees talking in the back not doing anything. Finally got help, ended up taking evem longer to find the part. Ended up walkinh out and going to a much better business.

I have a car that is just like a computer. Hard to figure out and I pulled in and my husband and his friend were trying to figure it all out. JC an employee jumped in to help. He had a great theory what could have been wrong and I ordered the part then he also made sure that the part would be delivered closer to the house. Well cone to find out that wasnt the problem but thats not what I want to say......JC went above and beyond to help. He jumped in and me being a manager myself, I know when someone is passionate and loves their job. This may not be the dream job but he still takes pride. He is truly amazing. I cant thank him enough for all his hard work and help. Advanced Auto, take care of this employee because he is very valuable to your company. I could use people like him on my team.
