Bought some 2002 P38 Range Rover Gen3 bags in 2008. They included a lifetime warranty to the original owner/purchaser. The trick is most people sell their cars. I kept mine and it was 2019. I called them and they shipped me a new set without any hassle. Honestly, amazing how easy it was and friendly. You had option to either send the old back with pre-paid shipping or pay for them and then get credited when old arrive back. I took the buy them and get credited later for faster service. As you know air bags will not last forever....it is a replaceable part. But this 5-star needs to be written and noted they honor their warranty. Note: I am not giving my P38 Rover a 5-star :)
Replaced all of the struts / airbags on my L322 Range Rover with new Arnott parts. Cannot beat the price (replaced everything for less than the price of ONE OEM strut), and now they have a lifetime warranty. One of the new struts was missing the accessory package which included the damper assembly. I contacted Arnott, received an immediate reply, and they shipped me the missing part the same day without question. When I was done installing everything, I got a fault code on both damper sensors. I emailed them again and once more, received an immediate reply with troubleshooting tips which helped me fix the problem. The parts are obviously of very high quality, and thus far, Im incredibly impressed with their customer service. They respond quickly, provide advice, and will go the extra mile to make sure theyve helped you appropriately (my advisor contacted a lead technician within Arnott to make sure he hadnt missed anything when responding to my fault code inquiry). Highly recommend Arnott without reservation. Thank you Marvin & Robert! Kudos to you both for exemplary customer service!
They are the best company that I have ever worked for
Deliverd a load. Everyone always helpful
Our company has been dealing with Arnott for many years. Never any issues with parts or warranty issues. Although we have never had to return any item for warranty. Always friendly and fast service. Thank you for the many years of great service. I seen all of the Trolls on the Reviews, I can say from many years of service. Their reviews are not accurate.
Arnotts Motorcycle products are top notch. the quality of the adjustable system for the V-ROD is truly a customization piece for the ride but also for the looks. The technical service staff was very helpful too as was their commitment as they shipped a replacement part in a day that was damaged during shipping. Worth the extra $.
Edit - Had to change my review after they didnt stand behind it. Will change my review back when they make it right.Excellent company that stands behind their product.
Bad quality control, will not warranty defective spring with multiple pictures and measurements sent. Giving me the run around and asking for more pictures of items and measurements I already sent. Asked for measurements without repeatable results vs measuring from a solid ground. Said my concrete was slanted even when sent with a level on the ground Will not do business again
Purchased a Arnott conversion coil kit with electronic module. First the module was defective and had to be exchanged. Then 5 months later the rear shocks failed (cross bolt broke leaving it hanging free) . Repaired urgently as i needed the car. Called Arnott to ask for refund of the parts, they only offered to replace the rears. Seems too high a failure rate
Over the past 6 months, I have purchased 2 struts (AS-2450) for my 2007 Mercedes GL directly from Arnott Inc.. The buying process is easy and the customer service is top-notch. A sincere pleasure talking to Maggie and kudos for the support she has provided. Their struts are of excellent quality, fit flawlessly, and are less expensive than factory originals.
Excellent
Even though I was mostly happy with my coil conversion kit, I cannot recommend Arnott because of their dishonesty. I paid the premium for their kit over the various ones sold on eBay because it clearly states that the kit comes with instructions on how to disarm the dash warning lights. I called them to ensure they would be completely gone and an error-free operation would be possible and they assured me it would. The shop ordered the kit and installed it but it still made a ding noise at each startup and flashed suspension fault. Both my shop and I were upset but when the shop called Arnott to ensure they did everything correctly, they were told this is normal. Arnott clearly knew this was the outcome but lied to me about it. Then, an Arnott rep contacted me about a forum post I made that gave my impressions of the product and said he would change the website to reflect what buyers could expect. He did not. Overall its still a good kit and to me was worth the hassle over constantly fixing my aging EAS system but I would buy from a different company next time because not only do they not offer a fix to the warning on startup, they blatantly lie about it--not impressed, Arnott.
Private brand, there is no own production, packaging items in its box.
I have bought 1 strut and 2 shocks from Arnott trough Autoparts Warehouse and always have been a pleasure. Excellent quality, perfect fitment, works better than the factory ones and cheaper than those.
Nice place gr8 service and parts real classy
I called Arnott this morning to order an Electronic Bypass Module (EBM) for my 2004 Audi Allroad. Arnott Inc categorically will not sell an EBM separate from the entire coil spring replacement kit. I get it that Arnott wants customers to buy their kit over competitors but they dont need to punish those that have not bought their kit. In my case, my father in law bought me a coil spring replacement kit from another company as a present. After installation it became obvious one needs an EBM as the check engine light stays on and thus you cant pass a smog check. I cant believe Arnott reuses to sell an EBM separate from their entire kit. Charge me double or triple or quadruple for the EBM, but to refuse to sell one is just bad business.
As a consumer you can call the sales line but they will not sell you anything. I don’t understand the point of having a sales line or a company that won’t sell to the general public. In addition to that you can’t buy pieces, only whole kits. First and last call to this company.
Great parts and service.
