I had to replace windshield wipers on two cars today. The young man helped me select the correct wipers for each car. (requiring 4 different wiper blades) after the purchase he offered to install them on my cars. Not only did he accomplish this far faster than I would have struggled with. He was very friendly and Courteous. Great customer service. Thanks.

I had bought an item here before not but a month or two prior. I return to buy it again only this time a different salesperson was there. The last time the salesperson had got the item for me so I asked this person where they were located. She didnt know. Sage said she had never heard of them there before. She didnt bother to look them up or anything. I went to OReilly Auto Parts. They too at first had never heard of them, BUT they looked them up in their computer and found the item for me. Sometimes you just have to go a little further. Btw, the hall who didnt follow through at AutoZone claimed she had worked there quite some time.

AutoZone said it had good voltage so the battery is good. I asked what about cranking amps. To which the manager in training replied. It is a good battery. It has good voltage 😕Advanced tested cranking amps. Which were low. Battery needs to be replaced.

Good parts at a reasonable price but as with most chain stores try to have an idea of what youre looking for and dont ask for too much advice because most of these guys dont really have any real experience in repairs so when you ask them their opinion about it theyre telling you things theyve heard not things theyve experienced which is really not a good thing when it comes to getting advice and spending money on expensive parts all in all its a good place so theyve got a lot in stock being that it is a hub store or warehouse store as they call it

Love going to autozone! They have everything I need and I only have to spend 20% extra and get to wait in line behind two people for 35 minutes. Also, they have air fresheners, who doesnt like air fresheners!? Get in the zone, just make sure you have 45+ mins to spend

NEVER AGAIN. I just spent nearly $40 on wiper blades. When I went out to the lot to install them, an adapter on one of the blades was broken and would not allow for a snug connection. Thinking they would replace the defective blade adapter, I was shocked when the technician accused me of breaking the adapter. Even after I explained that it was defective in the package, he stuck to his claim that I broke it and refused to replace the defective part. I should have just asked for a refund. Instead I was falsely accused and now have a broken wiper blade. Simply terrible customer service and business practices. Word of warning: if you buy anything there, empty the contents on the counter before leaving the store. Unbelievable.

They had everything I needed and the service was quick. But employees need more experience because i had bought everything for a oil change. Then had to go back and get everything again for a oil change. Cause they didnt realize that mustangs only used one certain oil filter and oil.

One of the best out of the rest imo. They are very helpful and parts prices are reasonable. Obviously they can be cheaper online. But youll have to wait for part to arrive. They try the best to give advice and parts with sometimes the limited info a customer has to give them. If people would be better informed about their vehicle things will go much smoother.

I was having troubles with starting my truck and the entire team here was super helpful. They were able to test my starter (which I originally thought was the problem), and the starter was actually good. They helped me troubleshoot and we narrowed down the problem to a simple battery replacement. This was way easier than what I envisioned and I owe it to them because they helped me figure out where the problem was from. Roger went above and beyond to make sure my truck was fixed and running like it should. By the time we found the solution, it was about 10 minutes after closing time. Even so, he helped me in the parking lot and even took time to clean my battery terminals and help with a loose connection. By the time we were done, it was 35 minutes past closing time. Never once did he complain or make me feel rushed. Roger is the reason I will keep coming back. Kudos and thanks to the entire staff for your help!!

Very friendly knowledgeable staff. I had a check engine light. The woman that helped me (I didnt get her name) came right out, hooked up the diagnostic tool and was able to tell me what i needed to know.

Bought the headlight bulb I needed head clerk in the store and install it for me but it didnt work and then when I was getting ready to leave he shut the hood of my car for me but it didnt latch right so I have a ball that doesnt work and the hood of my car doesnt latch so Im driving home with my car hood not latched properly good customer service but I needed a bulb that work and I need it installed I cant drive around with no headlights

I have a 1977 boat with a Ford 460 in it. They always have time to find the right part for me. If they are out of stock most time I can get it around 8:30 the next morning. Great Job Guys!

This is my go to place for my automotive parts and questions. Koty is a great guy has helped me solve a numerous problems, in the past. I would definitely recommend stopping there for automotive needs. Needs which you may not need to go to the dealership about.

Been to autozone several times. Always had the parts I needed. Never had any problems with them. Surprisingly the parts are cheap for our car. Overall good service. Also had them check out charging system, and even looked at other issues we had with our car at no charge. Awesome!

Generally never have a problem at this location, it tends to be quite popular every time I go. The most recent visit I asked for my military discount as always and the manner walked up saying hes been in here write a bit and never said he was military. Other than that this is my second favor auto zone lol

I waited in this store for 15 minutes while three different employees told me they were busy and would get someone to help me, I was the only person in the store. I went across the street to advanced and they helped me right away.

We got the wrong belt when we ordered online but when we went in they fixed it no questions asked.

Staff was rude to my wife then refused to install the battery they told her they would install when they did it to her. Also, unlike every other store Ive been to including the far superior one across the street, they require you to wait for an attendant and take your personal information before depositing used oil.

We had some battery problem and stopped by to get it checked out. After getting a free battery inspection, we found that we needed a new battery. Free battery installation and disposal of the bad battery. Customer service was outstanding! In and out in less than 15 minutes!!

Went to Autozone for a new battery and the installer hooked the connections up backwards. Fried one of the electrical components. The manager was kind enough to take care of the repairs and the replacement parts but the bott line is that it never should have happened in the first place. I will NEVER go back to Autozone. The insult to injury is that I cant get them to stop emailing promotional garbage on a daily basis.

Needs to carry motorcycle and scooter oil. Needs people with better knowledge of this.
