7 days after making an order I had no tracking info. I called only to find out items I ordered, that showed in stock online, were not in stock. Instead of contacting me, they had allowed payment to go through, but did not internally push my order because parts were not in stock. No call or email to tell me.Was given busy excuses but at the end of the day I had a deadline to receive parts by, and this companys lack of dedication put its customers in bad positions.Avoid ordering here unless you really dont care about your actual purchase. I assure you, they dont care about it.

I would give them zero stars if that were possible. Their website displayed my order was shipped. (I paid for 2 day shipping). A week later still no show so i contact support. Also, when i purchased the item, their website listed the item as *in stock ships next day. I was told the item would ship 5 days from then. Almost every piece of information i was given was inaccurate. The item was not in stock, did not ship next day, and was not shipped when i was told it was. Mind blowing this company has been around 18 years. I cant wait for the childish response from the owner as proof this company is poorly ran.

DANGEROUS. That is the word I would use when describing these parts. Its obvious that they have lied about their Guerrilla Arms being properly tested because I have multiple friends who have had them snap. Luckily it was all at low speed, or someone could have been killed.BAD FOR YOUR ENGINE. I have MANY friends who used their injector seals on their vehicles. All of them failed. There is nothing else to say about these, obviously they were not researched or tested properly.TREATING CUSTOMERS LIKE GARBAGE. All of these fails I have mentioned, not even 1 person got his or her money back without having to scratch and claw for weeks about it. They still wont even completely refund someone if they have the Guerrilla Arms, they would obviously rather just let that person crash their car. They also wont answer your email, and when you call, you will feel more like a big pain in the butt to them rather than a loved customer.You make your choice, but there are plenty of other great companies out there. Absolutely no point in taking the risk with your life or your cars life. The only thing SURE about this company, is their track record of poor R&D, poor customer service, and fancy boxes.

Buyer beware! Make sure to read all reviews and do your research about street unit in the forums. Wish I would have read the reviews and did my research before I bought from them. Well, lesson learned. I won’t be buying from them again nor will I ever recommend them.

Unfortunately this company has been caught doing some shady things multiple times now. Which is too bad because I really like their products. But when multiple products started to fail, including one that is potentially life threatening, SURE blamed the customers for install error. Thing is, there were no instructions for installation and it turns out the design/production was actually the problem. After months of customers emailing SURE, the owner, Cullen, still put up a fight.He said they were recalling a failed product, but really all they did was send upgraded bolts out. Problem is, those bolts werent even tested to CONFIRM they wouldnt fail as well. And it did not address the issue of the camber arms hitting other hard parts of the suspension. In other words, its a completely wrong design that SURE is still trying to sell.Halos started leaking on multiple cars and once again SURE blamed install error. But there were no instructions, and still, to this day, no one knows the appropriate torque specs. Cullen said the UK testers were fine, so it has to be user error. So when the UK testers were reached out to by the community, they told everyone 40 ft-lbs of torque. Problem is, when that was tested on the Halos sold in the US, it caused them to break! Which makes it seem as though the prototypes the UK testers have are different than what was produced in the US.Point is, I was a SURE customer but after all the BS, I can no longer recommend them. It all started with the shady 626 manifold issue and now this whole thing. Cullen needs to realize Mark was the best thing he had going for him. And that he needs to actually TEST his products over a period of several months. Because if he had, he would have seen the failure. Im sure hell claim they tested for months, but no one is buying it. And if they DID, then why the hell are all the prototypes working while the production units are failing? That would be a major issue too and they would need to find out what is causing it.Until there is a public apology from SURE, with an explanation of how they plan to change, I would go another route.

STAY WITH EDGE AUTOSPORTS OR CORKSPORT. I spent nearly $1000 on a south bend clutch from them. It came without a release bearing, or pilot bearing as advertised. They shipped it to the wrong address. The clutch itself said Exedy on it, the pressure plate said SACHS, and the only thing made by south bend was the flywheel. When they found out how unhappy I was they removed the option to review the part from there site.

HORRIBLE COMPANY! I wouldnt recommend doing business with this company. Their BBB Rating speaks for itself. If thats not enough Street Unit has been banned as a Vendor from some of the best Mazda Forums such as Mazda Speed Forums and Mazda24/7. Theyve been banned for selling junkyard parts as well as other parts that are flawed from design. When confronted with these issues Cullen the CEO of SURE has stated its installer error. Essentially telling people Youre holding it wrong.

Sure Motorsports has its fans on Facebook and other sites, but many Mazda enthusiasts, including myself have had difficulty getting Sure to stand behind their in house products.The owner of Sure has blamed installer error on 3 performance parts 2 of which were design flaws and none of which included instructions, although instructions have been promised for over 1 yr.
