I lucked up on Platinum Collision and so glad I did. I had a crack on both sides of my tailgate. They fixed it AND repainted that area. Looks great! I went to them on another occasion. I bought some rear wheel liners and needed someone to put on. They did a fantastic job. The owner showed genuine concern and take pride in his work and very reasonable. His staff is very polite too. I will recommend him to family and friends.

Great customer and collision services! My first accident I had to deal with myself, and I am glad I contacted Platinum Collision.The collision places my insurance gave me within distance were booked through the end of the year, but Platinum Collision had availability the next week.The establishment is welcoming, and the employees are nice! They take their time with each customer and assures the customer they will contact them with any issues they have. They did the same with me and I was on my way.I took it in on a Wednesday. Less than a week later they called me to confirm all is on schedule, they ordered the parts and will have it to me by the following Wednesday. It all took around two weeks to get parts and fix my car, with COVID I was surprised at the turn around.The front of my car looked like nothing happen to it!! They did an awesome job!! The inside of my car was cleaner than I left it. It was nice to finally have my car back. Thank you for an awesome job, worth the drive to get it fixed!

I was hit from behind and my car had dents. But most important it had damage underneath. The opposing insurance wanted to pay very little but. Platinum did a thorough inspection found I had way more damage. Took pictures and kept in contact with me and insurance. The car looks great you can’t even tell it had been hit. They did excellent job. And it was ready quick.But I would like to say besides that they are very nice people I had a tragedy happen and they were very sincere and offered prayers for my family.In a time when I needed. Had my Rogue fixed here. They went through several different lift gates to make sure the one picked was my exact one that was damaged. They wanted nothing different about it. My lift gate, bumper and window were all replaced and the job looks amazing! Just like new!

Took my Honda Civiv SI here after it was t- boned and these guys really helped me out here. Not only did they paint it with the same paint and repaired the spot to make it look as though it never got into an accident, they also did all of this in pretty good time so I can get my car back soon. Platinum collision is a really good shop to go to, to get your car fixed. They are really fast do and they do an awesome job. I sent my car in on Friday and got it back on Thursday. They also have really good prices. My insurance company didn’t want to pay for my car to get fixed, so I ended up paying out of pocket. And because my insurance didn’t want to pay for it they worked out a deal with me. Thank you guys again. I definitely recommend them.

The entire staff at Platinum is awesome. I was referred by a friend and because of that referral they went ahead and took my car in for repairs even though they were booked for the week. They kept me up to date about everything, always willing to assist in any way, very professional and got my vehicle back to me in a timely manner and it looked brand spanking new. Not too mention they cleaned and washed our truck for us! Overall I would recommend them to anyone because they will do their best to be honest and work with you and your insurance company. I never get on google and rate anything whether I like the service or not but they truly deserved this review!

This place is awesome!!! I needed to have a door handle replaced on my car. I googled searched body shops and came across this business. Upon calling I spoke with Myra and she was very pleasant! I was quoted a very reasonable price, and given a same day appointment. The work was done extremely well in a timely fashion. Jose showed superb customer service!! I had an amazing experience with Alex Suarez at Platinum Collision of Merrillville Indiana. Alex was very professional from beginning to end. I had gotten into a car accident and I had a very short window of time to get it fixed. I was referred to this shop by a friend but live in Schaumburg, IL and I couldnt find the time to drop the car off. I spoke with Alex and he went above and beyond to help me by driving all the way to Schaumburg and picking the car up. I’ve now had 3 cars repaired here, the prices are awesome and the work is simply next to a miracle and amazing, I’d banged my vehicle up pretty bad, so I was pretty nervous about full restoration especially with them being newer vehicles. My vehicles were restored to new without so much as a blemish. The staff is very friendly and definitely without that pushy sales Pressure and experience. I’d highly recommend you will not be disappointed!!!
