I have had more than one custom piece made by Allan, their design goldsmith. His work is second to none. We had a less than pleasant experience at Simmons today. To start, we had a hard time getting service to begin with. Perhaps because we look too normal, in our mid 20s and middle class. When we were finally helped, my fiancé tried on several watches. When he went to remove a watch, the owner, Jay, aggressively grabbed my Fiancés wrist and forcefully flipped it over to remove the watch. A simple verbal correction on how to remove the watch would have sufficed, there was no need for physical aggression from Jay. In addition, considering the current health crisis, physical involvement should be avoided at all cost. This is just one of several instances where we felt disrespected and insulted. We simply wanted to shop for something nice for each other and were met with aggression, disrespect, and belittlement. I will not support this business due to these actions and advise anyone reading this to do the same. After reading other reviews, it is clear we are not the only ones who have experienced extremely inappropriate interactions from Jay and the staff and Simmons. Only giving one star because zero was not an option.

Allison is just who you want to help you during for your jewelry finding experience- knowledgeable, not at all pushy, helpful and great customer service (even offering to drive to my house to deliver my ring so my mom could see it before she flew out of town). My overall experience at Simmons was bad at first because of the older blonde lady who was slightly mean (not very friendly). I went to there to get my 3-set bridal rings separated. Not knowing that the turnaround was going to be a month plus long to receive my rings back (which seemed like an eternity). I give 1 star for the older blonde woman (due to her attitude).However, when I returned there (a month and days later to pick up) Anjel was the most sweetest person ever!
