It was a pleasure to take my jewelry to a place that was so knowledgeable. I didnt have any fear that my jewelry would be handled with care, and processed exactly as they had discussed with me. We went over my jewelry, piece by piece, and discussed what could be done with each one. They were even a couple of pieces of my jewelry that were questionable, in terms of whether they would be able to do anything, due to the specificity of that piece. But much to my surprise, they were able to complete the changes and repairs as we had outlined, and with no extra cost to me over what had originally been quoted. As for their prices, I found that they are comparable in most ways, and even better in all the rest. With 18 rings having to be addressed, you can imagine that cost would be one of my primary concerns. I would highly suggest this particular jewelry repair / creation outfit to anyone who asked.

Neil at Diamonds by Appointment was outstanding! After going to several jewelers in the Meridian/Eagle area a friend referred us to Neil. During our first meeting we immediately knew we found “our” jeweler. After hearing the ring design we were looking for, he showed us several “similar” rings that he had in his case to ensure he had a rough idea of what he would need to design for us. By the next day, Neil sent us a realistic 3D computerized drawings of what he designed for us. Two follow up meetings and a few revisions later, we had the design of ring. We had high expectations and high hopes for the finish product....and somehow he exceeded both! The ring turned out BETTER than we could have imagined.In addition, Neil was more than competitive with the other jewelers. Their quotes were $1k to $3k higher than what we ended up paying Diamonds by Appointment...and the service and attention to detail was impeccable!

10/10 recommend! I couldn’t be any more pleased with my experience! I sent a photo of the ring I wanted and it was absolutely perfect. Very easy process and was helped one on one throughout the whole thing.

Neal walked us through every step, followed through on helping us with what we loved and didn’t love and advised us to make decisions we were ultimately thrilled with ... his pricing is by far the Best in town and the level of customer service we received is what we hope for anywhere we shop or eat; but rarely get. He did his job great enough for me to want to write a review if that says anything ;) I’d do business with Neal any day of the week !!!

Neal did an amazing job! We loved working with him. We described what we were looking for and he found exactly what we said, for an amazing price. We were getting a new center stone for my mom’s ring as well as refurbishing the ring itself and the finished product looks amazing, like a brand new ring! Not only did he get it done super fast, but he also was so knowledgeable and helpful the whole time!
