My fiancé was looking for a specific type of engagement ring and hoping to use some diamonds from one of my grandma’s rings to have it custom-made. He had looked at a few jewelry shops but hadn’t found what he wanted. He came to Prestige, and they allowed him to self-design the exact ring he wanted with materials that made it affordable and within his budget. They customized the design, used the stones from my grandma’s ring (and bought the leftovers, which saved a bunch of money), and engraved the messages we wanted in a timely manner. BEST home-made, hand-crafted jewelry shop in Boise. If you’re looking for any jewelry or custom work, don’t waste your time anywhere else and COME HERE! This place is owned and run by a brother and sister who are very nice and helpful. Sergie was absolutely great when we were picking out a diamond. He showed me the 3D images of different diamonds in my price range and pointed out things he liked and didnt like. It was really a fun process.

A relaxed, no pressure sales, jewelry store with lots of fun pieces to look at. Ive brought in my ring to have a diamond replaced, bridge repaired, wedding ring welded, watch batteries installed and the pearl of my ring reglued. All very reasonably priced. Its a better bid than the jewelry store around the corner with a faster turn around time. Highly recommended. To make it better a brother and sister are working the store and really aim to please, plus dont mind my endless questions.

Extremely impressed with the watches sold here and happy to see they are hosting an event this week with an Oris and Breitling rep who brought their specialist knowledge & interesting models.

Went in today to Prestige Diamonds & Jewelry with my father’s watch who recently passed away. Serge was very nice a respectful. He reattached the back of the watch for me. And wouldn’t take any payment for it. I will definitely be going there again and I will be recommending them to all my friends and family.

We purchased my wedding ring here and I have purchased jewelry for my wife. Service has always been friendly and excellent. Very nice selection including unique items you wont find other places. They also do great service polishing and changing watch batteries, etc. I highly recommend this place.

I can’t speak more highly of prestige. I searched several piercing shops for a rose gold hoop to go in my conch piercing, which isn’t a piercing you’d expect to find something for at a jeweler but within 24 hours they had multiple options for me, they let me try things on, answered my questions and sold me a pair of rose gold hoops for a great price. I’m thrilled with the service and the product. And I can’t wait to buy many more things from them!

A few months ago I walked into Prestige Diamonds to ask if they could make a wedding ring for me. With a huge amount of support and guidance, Sarah helped me design my wedding ring. I gave her my idea and she created a beautiful ring and kept me in the loop every step of the way. She explained the process to me, told me how long it would take and gave me an estimate on the cost. Creating your own ring is very daunting. Sarah made me feel like I was her only customer and took great care until she knew I was satisfied. We will return to Prestige Diamonds for all our future jewelry needs.

I called several jewelry stores for a quote on getting an engagement ring re-sized and this was easily the most reasonable. When I went in, the lady remembered me from the call. She then showed me that the ring was already the size I wanted, cleaned it while I waites, and even gave me a box. We ended up getting it re-sized later and it was done very well and quickly. I recently had a ring made and diamond sourced from Prestige and it was INCREDIBLE! The color, design, brilliance and the price beat everywhere else I compared them too. I had recommended a friend there after receiving great service from Sergio and he had an awesome experience there as well. The customer service that I experienced here was breathtaking! I am about to have my 3 year anniversary of Sobriety and have a ring that is the symbol of my accomplishment! The ring was too small and as a gift for this occasion my father gave me my great great grandmother’s wedding band to add to my ring for sizing! This would add so much meaning and emotional value to the diamond ring. There are 3 diamonds, one for every year of Sobriety. To have my family heirloom added to this special ring would be a difficult task but a dream come true! Prestige made it possible! Erin even came in on her day off to finish it just so I could have it on my anniversary date (which was 10 days earlier than the original set pick up date) They also put a collage of pictures together of the process of adding my grandmother’s ring! Being a recovering addict I am very often judged negatively and they treated me the exact opposite of that. They treated me With such respect and kindness that I was left speechless! Prestige EARNED our business! My wedding ring needed repair because the jewels were loose. My husband and I went to various jewelery stores trying to find a place that could fix my ring for a reasonable price. Everyone was quoting us from $60-$70 just to tighten the jewels. On top of that they were just trying to upsell us on all these other repairs they thought it should need. Then we came to Prestige and they were AMAZING! They took a look at my ring and said they would tighten the jewels for free! They gave us a reasonable quote to get it repaired, but to think that these other places were going to charge us so much for something he did in a few minutes just goes to show how dishonest some of these places can be. I am never one to write reviews, but I had to share my experience because they EARNED a great review. They were great people and were very honest. I knew that they wanted to invest their time for long term customers and not just for a quick profit. We highly recommend them! Sergi was the best!

I had a unique situation of having my fiancé’s grandmother’s old rings. We wanted to incorporate something special and Prestige D&J was able to make that happen! A lot of other jewelers just wanted to make a sale, but with Prestige that wasn’t the case. They invested time and personal input to help create exactly what I envisioned.
