Diamonds Fine Jewelry is amazing! I went in needing my wedding ring resized. I hadn’t been able to wear it for a year and was hoping to have it back in time for my 10 year wedding anniversary. They told me it would take about a week. Imagine my surprise when I got a call the next morning and it was ready for pick-up!! It fits perfectly and in plenty of time for my anniversary! The level of customer service is outstanding. They are the only store I will trust my ring with from here on out.

Okay Im going to write a long review, but in short I have had amazing experiences in custom made product, minor and major jewelery repair.Custom: without getting into nerdy specifics, my husband knew he needed to propose with a blue feather. What I didnt expect was for him to make a custom necklace. White gold in a perfect feather shape that he worked with the team until he was satisfied with the shape. Then a bunch of tiny diamond and sapphires. The gems actually didnt cost much at all. It was amazing and I love it and wear it wherever I can. I cant wear it at my work, so I got a tattoo of the exact shape of my necklace when I cant wear it.Minor repair: Over eight years ago, I had inherited my grandmothers wedding and engagement ring to use as my own. It was a platinum ring set. Because it was so old, I had it looked at in the mall at one of the jewelery shops. The stones were loose, and on the wedding band two of the small diamonds were cracked. They (the mall) told me they would have to replace the diamonds, send it out of building for repair, and the white gold touch up would need to be removed and replaced with platinum because it would bubble in the repair process. They(the mall) quoted me over $800. Since Daimonds was where my necklace was made, I thought to get their second opinion. They told me you dont have to replace the white gold because it would only bubble if you did it wrong, and only one of the diamonds needed to be replaced. The quote? $115.Major repair: recently my family member with a similar ring to mine just in white gold was in an accident where they had to cut off their ring. It looked like a horseshoe. When their hand had healed, it needed a size increase. I knew where to go. There was a significant size increase due to the injury so that would take more material. Only $110 and they quoted a week but was done in two days.

I went in to Diamonds Fine Jewelry at a friends recommendation to have my too small stuck wedding ring cut off. After the removal we discussed having it resized. I mentioned the design issues I had with my ring that was purchased in a different state 11 years previous. I jokingly said maybe we should just pull all the diamonds make a whole new ring. Todd confidently said that would be no problem and that could certainly be done. Nobody wants to look at their wedding ring because theyre checking it for lost diamonds. They want to look at it because of the symbolism of their marriage and love. The redesign process was smooth and personalized. My new ring has all of the design I loved of my original ring but with beautiful upgrades and attention to detail that really made it stunning. Todd and his team really went above and beyond what I could have ever imagined. Highly recommended!

I entered Diamonds Fine Jewelry with two repairs (stone replacements) my wedding ring was missing a diamond and I had an antique cluster ring from my mother that also was missing a blue topaz. Both rings were matched with beautiful stones and repaired. They also combined two rings that my parents left me and created a beautiful diamond ring that I had longed to have made so I could keep both my parents close. I have used Diamonds on a custom piece in the Past, a very small pendant of a pineapple, using different types of stones, showing the shape, color and leaves... it turned out great! To be honest when I went back to Diamonds to have 4 more custom pieces made for my sons and I, they took it to the next level!! I went in with a very short time before Christmas to have 4 dogtag style pendents made that showed my company logo. I talked to Todd for 5 min, and from that pointe he took it and created magic! Omgosh! I apparently have a complicated ring set to resize. It has an invisible setting on the four center diamonds. My husband inquired at several places, with no luck. Within just a few minutes, the jeweler at your store was making a work order to resize my rings. The price was also the lowest price to resize, Ive ever seen. Her customer service was amazing. These guys were awesome, they brought in multiple diamonds for me to look at multiple times, until we found the right one. They did an excellent job at sticking to the budget that I gave them and made sure I got everything I wanted. I had very specific details I wanted, such as the look of the prongs, engraving, etc and made it exactly how I wanted. They were very honest, they made sure the ring looked correct, even if it didn’t make them as much money to select a certain band or stone. They took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted, which I appreciate. I inherited a family diamond ring dating back to 1908 and was my great, great aunt’s engagement ring. My grandmother always wore it and reminds me of her. I ordered my diamond from an online retailer before discovering this store, but Diamonds was happy to build a custom engagement ring around it. I walked in, told them what I wanted and showed them pictures of rings online to give them some ideas, gave them a budget, and they walked me through the process. It was very friendly, easy to understand, and fun to do. I really liked that none of the employees there work on commission, they all perform the work that goes into their awesome rings with no personal incentive to up-sell you. The ring was custom built and completed within my time frame of about two weeks and on budget. I highly recommend you check them out for your jewelry needs.

Given that my knowledge in the ring/diamond industry is pretty limited, he was patient as I tried to describe what I was looking for. We selected a ring that was close to what I had envisioned. Because Diamonds Fine Jewelry designs and makes their own jewelry Lance took the description I had with the ring we selected and was able to modify it exactly to what I had in plan using AutoCAD drawings. Not only that, but I was able to physically touch and hold a wax replica of the ring prior to making my final decision. Working with Lance and the process this store uses made everything a dream. I recently went in with no idea as to what I wanted to get my wife for our 10 year wedding anniversary. I don’t do jewelry often so had no idea. Lance stepped up and helped me CUSTOM build her a very special and beautiful vintage looking platinum and blue sapphire ring with diamond accents. He worked with our budget, and left room in the ring for us to add bands later without it looking unfinished. I wish I could add a picture because it’s jaw dropping. Todd was tremendously helpful and kind and endlessly patient as he worked with me to design and redesign and redesign again until we had made the perfect ring for me, always making me feel important and special. His expertise, experience and eye for jewelry allowed him to advise me as I considered different ideas, and the end result is a unique and beautiful ring of much higher quality than the manufactured rings in the other stores in the same price range, and I absolutely LOVE it!!! I would recommend him over and over again!!

They help with the design and have great ideas so I know my piece will be made to the highest standard. I know the jewelry is original. After 10 years of keeping four 1920s dark green peridots in a safe, it was time to kick-start the designs I had in mind. The entire process from paper sketches to the finished pieces was flawless. High-end, quality heirloom pieces (pendant, jacket earrings and ring) reflecting the time period desired were the result. It brought me to tears when I saw the final products. They are absolutely stunning!!!

My whole experience was fantastic! I walked in not knowing exactly what I was going to find, but I had an idea of what I wanted to build for an engagement ring. They were super helpful, and very willing to help me build a ring that matched what I and my girlfriend wanted with a modest budget. The ring was ready to go in about two weeks, and they provide cleanings and sizing for free. Highly recommend!

From the first day I went into the store for a custom quote, through the ordering process, and into a timely completion of the ring these guys were awesome! They built exactly what I wanted from a picture that I had along with my small tweeks. Todd is THE man!!!I went there to have my wifes engagement and wedding band made after being referred there by my brother-in-law and man was I ever happy I went.Let me start by saying that Id been numerous other big box jewelry stores shopping so I had an idea of what to expect when I walked in and boy was I was wrong. From the start Todd and his crew were nothing but awesome. They took the time to find out what I wanted and proceeded to draw it on a notepad. It was great to be able to bounce ideas off them and get their input. Todd took the time to explain differences in the quality of diamonds and showed me what those differences looked like side by side. Todd and his whole crew have been awesome time and time again. Ive referred several people to him and every one of them came away happy. Whether its a simple piece or something extremely elaborate these guys will do it and do it well.Its an awesome mom n pop shop feel. No one has fancy clothes and a name tag. Its just regular good ole boys in there. No high pressure sales tactics. No frills. No super mega one day sales. Just great people, great prices, and great pieces.

I have never had a custom diamond ring designed. Mat walked me through the entire design process (I didnt like my idea when I saw it on the 3D image). He was patient and kind as I aked him to re-design my ring several times.We finally got to the 3D mold (I never told him, I still couldnt see it!).When my ring was finished, I remember walking through the door saying to myself, like it a little bit .........OMG....IT WAS STUNNING........I LOVED IT!!Mat you are a genius!!
