I have a nice Pulsar watch that recently stopped working. I took it to LaBiche Jewelers. The owner, Steve, explained what was wrong with the watch and how to fix it. I asked a few questions and Steve patiently answered; he is clearly an expert on watches. Steve was honest about my my options and the costs. Since the watch has sentimental value, I elected to fix it.Steve sent the watch out for service and kept me updated on its progress. The watch is now ready and I am 100% pleased. The cost was far less than I expected and the service was wonderful.I give LaBiche Jewelers my highest recommendation.

LaBiche revitalized my grandfather Garland Reeves 5-diamond, golden ring which he left to me before his passing in 1994 and the ring has never looked better than it now does heading into 2020. I had a special engraving project I needed completed on a piece of (very) old silver plate so I stopped in at LaBiche Jewelers and met with Elizabeth. The engraving was on a rounded surface and the script was one used some fifty years ago. I just picked up the completed project today and can honestly say that Elizabeth and LaBiche Jewelers did a fantastic job. Not only was the script matched as closely as possible, the silver was all polished and even wrapped and in a gift bag. Very impressive - Thank you!
