These people don’t know how to do their jobs at all!I went to the store to see if they could help me unlock my new iPhone that automatically locked itself when putting in an old android SIM card. They gave me a bunch of excuses that they couldn’t help me or that I should go to where I got the phone from to get help.They didn’t even bother giving a single try on helping to fix the locked phone. Not even a small advice on how to deal with the situation personally by myself. I went back home and the very first thing that popped into my mind was to reset the entire phone and see if it would fix the issue. Turns out, it actually did! A simple answer for a simple problem and these employees in the store are just there for a pretty face and nothing short of unskillful people in there. I highly recommend to avoid going there if you wanna save yourself the headache of dealing with people that don’t even know what they signed up for.

Dont waste your time coming here. Employee seem to be too lazy to work. They only have one customer but still they want you come back in half in hour to just look at the phone. I will filling a complaint with their cooperate office. 3 employee including manager but still cant provide assistance to buy a phone on top they told me goto different store. Doesnt make sense what customer services is this.

I wish Sprint never sold to T-Mobile! Customer service at this store is terrible. Maybe they need customer service training from Sprint! I already emailed the corporate office with my complaint. Don’t come here!

Do not waste your time here!!! They scammed us so bad. We turned in a phone and they never put it in their system so we were being charged for the phone in our sprint bill for months. Customer service was able to fix it eventually, but besides this we were charged a lot more money for mistakes they had made! This store is run by people that do not know what they are doing...Shoutout to the Atwater location for breaking down our bill and helping us find all the mistakes they did that cost us hundreds.

Iam being asked to review a sprint store, what am I supposed to say better then any other one iv been too I havent been to enough to know the standard or average so I guess its an average store

Best customer service I’ve ever had at a sprint store. 10/10 would recommend. Don’t go to the Yosemite one they are 3rd party while this one is corporate.
