My friend recommend me for the phone repair guy. Last week I visit the mall and I found the local repair store Cell Gallery’s repair guy TituMir did a great job of fixing my phone Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max and he did it very efficiently! (Less then 20 minutes work done)! He were also able to make case recommendations. Reliable, quick and quality professional service in the city. Phone cover also very reasonable price. They have most phone repair service; premium quality parts and superior quality wireless covers that give high-level protection and innovative design.

Amazing customer service, showed me all the different options for my phone very satisfied with my phone case excellent quality. He also repaired my cracked screen with no issues done quickly and will definitely recommend to others!

If I could rate negative stars I would. Do not use this place. He lies about his warranty and services and does not stand behind his work. He charge me and my husband nearly $800 over 2 screen changes. Both screens were defective and he refused to work with us. His attitude is garbage as well. He blamed my husband for the screen malfunctioning on the 3 return for the same issues. Bogus and unprofessional from the start. Currently seeking civil suit to try and recoup monies lost. Hopefully the papers will be served to him by Tuesday this week of this post.

Cell gallery at Merced mall I talk with repair guy TituMir to my needs and explained my options for repair of my new iPhone 11. Repair was perfect. No issues and done quickly in (15 minutes). Negative star location for sure! The owner/operator is a straight up thief and liar. Charged multiple times for the same terrible services. Had a screen replaced and with in two days it was defective. I was told by the man working that he would discount my 3rd screen. When pressed to fix the issue for free it was stated that I was the one that broke the phone not his second rate Chinese knock off screen. I’ve also read that he has asked others to leave 5 star ratings for cheaper final cost. Scam scam scam. Stay away.

My Wife cracked her screen on her Samsung. Never had a cracked screen before. Needed to replace the screen or get a new phone. Decided to replace the screen and the did a spectacular job. Terrible person. Lies cheats and steals to get work. Terrible terrible business owner/operator. Wouldn’t get my flip phone worked on here.

I paid 44 dollars for a tempered glass and installation. They blamed my phone case for the creation of the bubbles. Later on in the day, my glass kept bubbling more. I came back so they can have it replaced and he refused. He gave me a new tempered glass and told me that he wont reinstall it for me. I went to my local MetroPCS and they installed it for me for free. No bubbles or anything! 2/5 stars because at least he gave me a tempered glass;However, I couldve bought the tempered glass online and had it installed for cheap or free. I feel like I wasted my money.

My Iphone 7 was fixed in about 30 mins or so and it looks amazing! The man who helped me was very friendly and did a great job! 10/10 would recommend for screen replacing!

Over priced, which shows in their haggling. Additionally, they do not honor their word and are very set on selling to you before you leave to look elsewhere. Friendly, talkative customer service with quick words, using bait and switch verbal agreements. Ill be purchasing on Amazon for a fraction of the price or through my service provider as both will honor their words and make their agreements clear. Heed! Once the owner/sells guy man-handles your phone and prints up your screen to fit a case upon it, his tactic is to prevent it from being taken off and sell it to you. He is persistent. Red flags of the saying for, Used car salesman. Dont let your concern for your urgent phone safety sway you. Try to be patient. Ive learned my lesson.

I went here around decemeber and got my screen fix for my iphone6s and maybe aBout month later my screen started to flicker so i thought maybe I droped or something so I went back to the guys to see if he could fix he stated he would but he would charge me again not the full 65 so he charge me 45 for the screen. Its being about month in half and my screen started flickering again and i havnt dropped it ever since then. idk if there screens are cheap or idk. but not going to them again
