Very happy to sell you a Hotspot but after 15 days wont accept it back. $200 down the drain. The problem with the Hotspots they only give you so much usable data. Once that is gone youre literally at dialup speeds, despite what they tell you. I bet a lot of research went into knowing how much data most people will use within 15 days. They told me to call corporate. Corporate tells me to call them. No one cares they just want youre money.

Awesome workers there to help in any way they can. Excellent customer service. Saved me a lot of time and frustration. So happy with my new phone and the set up didnt take nearly as long as it has in the past.

If I could give them a negative score I would. Im traveling and got Verizon service for the added coverage. Because Ill be in some rural areas I needed the extra coverage. I love the service I love the phone but the customer service is atrocious Ive had nothing but problems with the first billing Ive been double billed for an activation fee Ive been told that the first act he was not an activation fee it was a setup fee. And then as I drove an extra hour just to get to a retail store instead of dealing with the consistent text messages are you happy with the service did we fix the problem. And me responding no the problem is not fixed. I drove an hour to the retail store only to have them tell me that they cant do it because theyre not a corporate store I have to drive another hour Im curious absolutely furious dont ever use verizon.

I always go to this store and there’s a reason why... they have excellent customer service! Maribel was really sweet and very thorough. She even explained how to transfer data on my old phone that I was gifting to my husband 🥰 Thank You Verizon for being the best phone service out there!!

My experience was good but it took way too long just to update from my old iPhone to the new one. When I say long I mean like 1:30 long. And I was supposed to get $20 off of the accessories which I didn’t get and didn’t think about or realize until after I was gone. By that time i wasn’t about to go back. besides that, they guy was cool.

As part of a business plan I had unlimited data and text. When I bought a new phone with 2 year plan, they changed my plan to include unlimited data for $25 a month, even through I already had unlimited data. I was not aware of this change when I signed the contract and this additional fee was not made clear to me at the time. I should have read the contract carefully . I was being charged additional fee for a service that I already had. When I discovered the mistake they were very unhelpful. I had to contact Verizon customer service to resolve the issue. However, the company replied to my google review to resolve the issue, which I thought was nice.

Incompetent and inconsiderate. Could not help a customer switch to Verizon and when he has undergone a nightmare dealing with customer representatives, they transfer the blame on him by saying “I told you” instead of solving the issue at hand.

Went to buy a phone. guy keeps calling me sweetie. was willing to pay full price for a new phone. your job is to sell me a damn phone. your job is not to hassle me, judge me, or make me explain why i want a new phone, and why im willing to pay full price for it. after all of this...they were out of the phone i wanted. they wont be getting my business ever again.

Do not come here. One of the worst experiences I have ever had. When my girlfriend and I went in to look into switching to Verizon, we were told the early termination fees to switch would be covered as long as we turned in a phone that was about to power on and off. A week later we received a letter from our previous carrier saying the balance was unpaid. We brought it to the store and they told us we would have to pay the amount, and afterward we would receive a refund once everything was processed. A few weeks later after not receiving the refund, we were told by Verizon customer service that the phone was ineligible for the promotion due to a cracked screen. When we went back to the store, they admitted it was their fault for not letting us know, but said that there was nothing they could do. They offered to have their higher ups call us within a week, and we have not heard anything since.

I bought my iPhone from this store 17 months ago and paid an additional fee to have screen savers applied as needed in the future at no cost. Went by to have a new screen saver put on and was informed by a rather annoying employee the store is under new ownership and that was the first thing they got rid of along with the employees, offered a small discount towards a $50.00 screen saver! I’ll go elsewhere for my new phone.
