First of all I want to say good morning and I want to say that the people are respectful and are pretty good people they’re awesome they’re well-prepared they know their job the service is easy theY are courteous help you to get what you need is the main thing that they try to do a lot of the workers there a courteous respectful hard workers and I think they deserve a raise

While not there for a purchase, the lady running the front desk, Elizabeth G I believe, helped a close friend of mine with the purchase of a tv and refrigerator. Her multi-tasking skills between dealing with us and answering calls were on point and should be definitely given some kudos by management here. Should I need something in the future, I know exactly who to go to.

Rented a mattress and a stand for a month. It was very comfortable, brand new and my experience was very pleasant. The price was good. Will highly recommend. Meagan was very helpful with everything.

Friendly atmosphere they work with your budget and help you find what you need. They also provide free delivery. They have great promos on cash buy out so you can avoid interest but of course if you choose not to buy out you will get interest so always make sure to read any contract you sign regardless of what type of credit you are using.

Easy no credit but finance was too high. Price of a set of washer and dryer for 1,200 total cost of finance was 2,500. They charged an extra $1,000 on top of the washer and dryer. Ripe off!!! I wouldnt finance through Rent-a-center I rather pay cash out the door.

I went into this store hoping to buy some furniture. Theyre was two employees and only one customer when I walked in. It took ten minutes to even get noticed. The other employee just started at my direction and proceeded to ignore me. They have the worse customer service. That same day I walked into Aarons furniture and they acknowledged me as I walked into the store and that employee was helping a customer as well. I will never go to RAC or recommend them to anyone.

Refrigerator stopped working. Received a rented one for one month quickly!

Good deal for short term rental or 90 day same as cash.

Their system malfunctioned and would not accept the credit card and the website will not let you pay off merchandise. The person I spoke with had attitude when I said that I would be paying my merchandise off after having it less than a week and could not navigate their website and phone payment options effectively.

Would have gotten 5 stars if Adam was still working there.
