The owner, Tony, is an awesome dude. My truck broke down while traveling through the area and was towed to his shop on a Sunday when they are closed. Tony happened to stop by and spent time, assisting me to get the repair done so I could get back on the road. He even ordered parts to be delivered to me and put it on his account. Only an honest, good person would do something like that. I would trust any work this owner says my vehicle needs and any work they do. I wish I could give 10 STARS. Sincerely...Thanks Tony

I love G Street Auto Care. Tony and Joe are my heroes. If something goes wrong with mine or my wifes vehicle I take it straight to G Street Auto Care. They will fix or repair your vehicle in a timely manner. They do great work and are reasonably priced. So if you need work done on your car G Street Auto is the place to go. Give them a try you wont go wrong.

My little cousin is out in that area attending college and throughout our conversation about how everything is going. She told me she took her car to this place and the guy was very rude to her, even raised his voice at her and spooked her, she got in her car so fast and left. It’s sad how a lot of people treat young people like this. It’s not ok! You’re way older then she is, set a freaking example for these young people. You’re lucky I’m over 7 hours away. I wouldn’t go with this guy at all. Keep looking!

Very professional and knowledgeable and kept me up-to-date every step of the way... Tony and all his team that I dealt with were absolutely awesome I felt comfortable with them from the moment I spoke to him on the phone... I found out more about my car and what was wrong with it and how much it was going to cost me to fix it in one day then I did with the actual Ford Company in 3 weeks..... They are honest, knowledgeable and highly qualified mechanics we recommend. A most important thing also is I trust them with my car. Their rates are very good.

Had simpler work done by them before and felt they were ok to use but it turned out that we had the worst experience ever with a car repair place. If they didnt know how to properly diagnose and repair an engine I wish they would have just said so and saved us alot of money and time. Whole situation was very disappointing!

These guys were really helpful in helping me diagnosis of my vehicle problem unfortunately my vehicle had to be totaled but the price was good the place was clean and the people were nice very helpful

I went in to install a retrofit kit for my AC and unfortunately my relay was bad For the ac compressor which was fine, the problem was the next day after they worked on my car it started to sound like a weed eater. Turns out the pulley connected to the crankshaft wasn’t tighten properly. The belt connect to the crankshaft, ac compressor, and alternator was torn up due to the pulley not being tighten properly. Now I have possible damage to my bearing surrounding the crankshaft.

I took my car here a couple weeks ago because my car had a oil leak. They did fix my oil leak when I had it checked up the first time. But after a week and a half, on 5/19/20 I called G Street Auto Care to have them check on my car again because my car was flashing the oil check engine light (my oil check engine light had never flashed before until I took to have my car checked here the first time). I bought the car in around 1:30 PM and around 3:15 PM they called me and told me that my car was shaking really bad and it was making loud rattling noises. They had my car at the intersection of Kibby Road and South Bear Creek. They asked me if they should call roadside assistance or if I should call. Of course, I decided to call because my insurance would cover roadside assistance and I did not want to fork out money to have them tow my car back to my home. I did not appreciate how they took my car out there and yet did not have the decency to call roadside assistance and bring my car back to the shop instead. I waited at least 45 mins-1 hour for roadside assistance. Not cool that they drove it so far and I had to call roadside assistance. Yes, my car is broken and does not work anymore. I recommend not going here and rather you go somewhere else because I dont want this same thing to happen to anyone else.

I highly recommend this shop. We brought our vehicle in not knowing what was wrong and Anthony let us know they would take care of it and get it fixed. They are fast and dependable! The prices are hard to beat and their customer service is outstanding! We will definitely return in the future.

Had to replace oil filter (my friend had done oil change for me) and I had the oil filter with me. Got charged over 65 dollars just to unscrew the cover and place it in.

The customer service here is the best I have ever experienced. They do noy make you seat there for hours waiting for your car. If you need to be somewhere they actually give you a ride there. Their diagnosis is usually thorough and they break it down in ways that those who do not know cars can understand.

I wanted to go here because of the reviews. I called just to ask if getting the check engine light code read was free because some places do it for free. The response I got was in a kind of rude tone and the guy said oh no its not free. Someone has to take the time to look up the code and figure out what it means. Before I could even ask how much it costs, I was hung up on. I was still planning on going to get it checked. I just wanted to know if it was free/ the cost.

The customer service was excellent.With a phone call, they were able to help set my cars idle levels that were causing issues at stop lights. They were friendly and absolutely understanding.

So about a year ago I had my timing belt and everything that gets replaced with it done at this shop (pulleys, serpentine belt, etc).Less than a year later, and just shy of 12,000 miles, which is what they warranty their work for-- one of the pulleys that they had replaced broke, throwing the timing belt, and subsequently destroying the engine.Unfortunately, the shop I had the car towed to after this managed to throw away the old pulley and belt, despite me asking them specifically to save them because of the warranty issue. G Street Auto said they couldnt do anything about it warranty wise, without seeing the broken components-- which I can understand-- but still, it pretty much sucked for me. They were nice enough to take a look at the car and give me a second opinion about it (bent cylinder valves, same as the first place said), and didnt charge me for that. But at the end of the day, my car was still destroyed, and it was probably due in some part to the work performed or the parts installed (DELCO), by these guys.If I had been able to save the defective parts, maybe it wouldve been different. They seem nice enough. Hourly rate is a bit high ($85), but I always figured you get what you pay for. Now I am not so sure.Take your chances.
