Monica in the service department did a tremendous job. She took care of my car problem and put me in a rental while car was in shop. She really worked hard to take care of the car and seen that I still had transportation. Her customer service was excellent.Job well done Monica…!!!

I have been going to this Service Center since I got my car from the dealers, this place is very clean, efficient and has excellent customer service. Mari Duran is my go to person, she is professional and very forthcoming in helping you out when it comes to prices and getting you in and out to have you driving in no time. Chris is also very nice and easy going to talk to. The mechanics know what they are doing and I am always satisfied with the job they do. I recommend making and appointment just for faster service.

I had the best experience and I had all 3 of my kids with me. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and the young ones had entertainment. I will only get my car service from here.

Great customer service. Went in for A/C an Maricela was able to get our car diagnosed an parts ordered in a timely manner. Courtesy shuttle van was great too so we didn’t hav to wait in waiting room, driver Karina was polite an courteous. Even picked us up when car was ready. Service is 5/5!!!!!

I’ve been going to WM for quite some time. And the whole staff is not only friendly but professional as well. They greet you with a smile, Maria is outstanding. She always takes care of me. Pricing is very fair and service is ALWAYS done right. No complaints. And I highly recommend WM to anyone needing a general check up down to an alignment. I give them 5 stars.

I called to get an estimate on how much it would coat for them to examine my engine. i told them i that its probably a broken rod. the oil is clean, the water is clean. so the block is still fine. i wanted then to price me on taking it apart, seeing inside the engine, i was told i have to sign a weaver, they have to turn the engine on. witch is a big no no. and if it has a broken rod and breaks the block, they wont be held liable. i told them they cant turn the engine on. they said its just something they have to do.. yeah so you can break the block and then charge more money. anything around 500 for a diagnostic, yeah ill pay. but if you want me to sigh a waiver for so your not responsible for your wrong doings. hell no

I go to western motors every time I need an oil change and I receive excellent service starting from the front desk with Mari to the back with the mechanics when they take care of my car. Big thank you to Mari for always remembering me and making me feel welcomed with her good customer service.

They have a very good customer service faculty. They do put 100% in trying to resolve our issue. I especially love customer service of the clerk Maria she is very nice and helpful. If its the Los Banos location I would give them a five star theyre very kind and very nice people there. The Merced office speaking of the guys in the office and outside they dont smile and it just seems like if youre not buying a car they really dont want to help you out that much very disappointed with that store because they have been around for a long time and should know better. But the girls in the office are good call

My first time at this service center and it is not a good experience. They got the wrong parts for my brakes and didnt tell me anything. So Ive been waiting 2 hours for a job that is gonna take 3 hours and they haven started. They dont have loner cars for when they mess up and strand you here.

WORST FRONT DESK: The lady in the front desk is the worst representative I have ever seen. No proper reply. Shows too much attitude.BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE: Worst customer service. I asked for a shuttle to pick me up. They said OK and I was waiting for 50 minutes. When called them back, they put me on Hold and go away. When I got a uber to go there their response was I dont know what happened. Zero customer service.

New management made sure my car was taken care of. Monica went above and beyond to help and the staff was very friendly. They made sure all my fluids were checked and inspected everything after the job was done. They have competitive prices and make sure that youre satisfied before you leave. New management really went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase.

I just wanted my break pads replaced. I was expecting an excellent job since they kept my car from 11am to 5:30 pm and charged me almost $400. But just two days later the breaks started making scratchy noises again. I took my car back to the shop, they pretended to fix the problem and flat out told me that the breaks were not making any noise whatsoever. But after I took the mechanic for a test drive so he could hear the noise he said oh that!! That’s normal, you’ll always hear that noise, there’s nothing we can do about that. Seriously?? Then why did they lie to me saying that the breaks were not making any noise?? Very incompetent and overpriced!! Never taking my car there again!!!

We purchased a vehicle from choice motors and we came here to have a detailed cleaning . The first time we left the car the whole day from 8-6 and it didn’t even get vacuum. We returned it a second time giving them the benefit of the doubt and it was left slightly better but was very disappointing to see, there was a black mark on our car and a ding. The customer service was ok I supposed but due to our previous dissatisfaction i would assume they would make sure we left satisfied . From our experience we won’t be going there again. Since it was a courtesy from the dealer we didn’t pay but I rather pay somewhere and have the job done how it’s supposed to get done.

I bought my car from western motors about 2 weeks ago, the tire area was making a weird noise so I called and asked if they had time to check it out, as soon as I pulled in and went into office an available mechanic test drive the car and is fixing it as I type this out! Western motors name continues to impress!

Worst experience ever. Your better off buying a vehicle from Interprise who they purchase their vehicles from. They took four days to figure out my vehicle had an over flow of oil and the extended warranty wont cover the car rental they made me get as they couldnt figure out what was wrong with the car. I will never purchased a vehicle or get it services by this very unprofessional company.
