Wife took car in for an oil change at 10am, service writer told her an hour. My wife called to see status on vehicle @ 130, writer said that tech was on lunch and couldn’t give her an update. Then she called about 2pm to inform her that car should be ready about 3. It is now almost 4pm with no car or phone call. Will never do business with Ron Smith again 👎👎
The service techs did a good job. One of the men at the service desk was unprofessional. Asked basic questions regarding something being covered under extended warranty and never received a straight answer. He could have been a politician sense he never answered my question. At one point he began to talk down to me as if I didn’t have a clue as to what I was talking about. Terrible experience.

Parts were supposed to be in on Thursday, office closed during weekend and couldnt get parts until Monday. Down car for multiple days due to unavailable times.
I didnt get the feel that the service guy I worked with gave a rip. My truck was there for 3 days to make a couple repairs which took longer then expected. No offer of a ride or please and thank you for bringing the truck I bought from them back in. The girls in the payment area were very nice.
Thanks to the salesman who showed me to the parts department, and the great people there for the hats and their time, thank you very much, I greatly appreciate it.
