Needed to replace my headlight and had no idea what to get. Stopped by this location during my lunch, as soon as I walked in I was greeted by a very friendly and helpful gentleman (whos name I unfortunately forgot to jot down). I told him what I was there for, he asked if my car was there and we walked outside. He had me pop the hood and took a look at the bulb, we went back in, he grabbed what I needed, I paid, and he very kindly installed it for me. all in less than 10 minutes. Nowadays, that type of customer service is rare and Im so appreciative. I will 100% recommend this store to all of my friends.

There seems to be plenty of personal employed, what I cant figure out is why is there a long wait time before I can get what Ive come for and get out?.However if time not an issue they sell just about thing youd ever need for your car.Prices are very competitive. More confident parking then you could ever use. There staff is experienced in auto repair.

They are always very helpful when I go in, and I like I have warranties on most of my part.

Hi, I needed a new headlight for my car. So I like the Autozone and have used them in the past for little things I needed. I’m not much of mechanic and thanks the internet for when I think I might be able to do it myself. I researched on how to replace the headlight but was going to wait for help from family just in case. So I entered the store and was greeted and I explained my predicament. He said okay let’s go to the car and see what you need, and after a few minutes he agreed on the light was out. At this point I figured we go in the store and look up the part, but no he said pop the hood and he proceeded to remove the bulb from the car. At this I was amazed because the internet said I had to remove the whole headlight. He then he replaced it after I bought it and didn’t charge me. It’s a 5 star store and more. 6/16/2021 about 1430 and I’m sorry I did not ask his name for his recognition he deserves.

Had to buy a battery and they even installed it for me. I felt sorry for them before they were in the hot sun.

Autozone is the best auto part. Especially the one located in G st and olive in merced. Most of the staff members are so helpful and friendly. If you need a tool they will let you use it, and even change your battery.

Found every single item I looked for and they also helped me with finding out what was wrong with my car by connecting the computer and giving me the codes. They speak English and Español.

I was able to find the item I wanted with ease. They are taking the necessary precautions to keep the customers safe during these hard times. The employees were great.

They went above and beyond to help me out with my rear tail lights and blinkers. I am extremely thankful for them taking time to come out and look at everything. I will only be coming to this store specifically.

Good experience cus the male employee helped me find what I was looking for and answered all my questions...But I came back next day and the employee lady was rude not the same of good customer service unfortunately!

Dont have the parts they say they have. Poor customer service people dont know what parts are what and I have to walk them through it every time.

Had my part. The guy was great.

They charged my dead battery here 15 months ago for free. This time, a staffer came out to guide me in extracting the burned out headlight bulb from my Toyota van so I could get a matching replacement.

Best place to go for quick access to tools and other car parts and accessories. Not far from a nice little shopping center I like to frequent too so its convenient as well.

LOVE THIS STORE!!! Ive been going here since the store opened as I live .09 miles away and I have to say this is a great place to get auto parts.I know everyone there by name and they know me, I am always greeted with a smile when I come in, all the folks say Hey Perry! what are we working on today? Its just a great feeling to have an auto parts store like this.I work on mainly pre-1975 stuff and everyone there is willing to go the extra mile to help me find what I need and get it to the store STAT!The customer service at this store from EVERY employee is a 12 and thats on a scale of 1 to 10.Thank you guys and gals for such great service.

I ordered a side view Mirror for my car and the associate Jose was very helpful and friendly. The whole staff is quick and friendly everytime i go in there. My part arrived in 2 days! So quick! The store is clean and well stocked. Sometimes the line can be long but dont be discouraged it goes quickly! Plenty of parking outside.

Sold me the wrong part and then gave me attitude and treated me as if it were my fault. I understand mistakes happen but the last 3 times Ive been to this store theyve sold me the wrong part. Each time Ive had to go back and exchange or return the parts. Its the closest store to my house so I figured I would give them another try. Never again. Horrible customer service. Ill take my money elsewhere.

My husband went into autozone today March 1, 2020. He received the worst customer service ever. He was ignored and bypassed even though he had two batteries in his hands that needed to be charged. The clerk who’s name started with an E was rude when he finally did acknowledged my husband. We will never go to the Auto Zone on G Street in Merced.

Nice new store. Well supplied. I liked that they had a large selection of all the oils and fluids for my car. The people working there were friendly and helpful.

Placed an order online and went to pick up and spoke with an April L., who was without a doubt, the rudest and least helpful customer service representative I have ever dealt with. Could not understand what an online order pick-up was and resulted to insinuating I was having a bad day when I asked if she was having a bad day. Made me feel very unwelcome and will never shop here again.

What is there to say? If you have a car or truck and you need a part of thay dont have it thay will get it most of the time same day.Theres almost nothing you cant find for your auto. in that place.

For some reason autozone is unable to help figure out what size bolt i need for my air filter, gotta do the footwork myself i guess. So disappointed i really thought that an auto part store would be able to help, i guess google is more helpful so skip this place and diy. If autozone is gonna make me figure it out why does anyone go there cause there are certainly cheaper places? My advice save your time, save more money and go somewhere else.

Acted like they did not want to help.. Such a disappointment not the same service as it used to be. Oreillys did more and no it was not the alternator. Trying to make a sale and take advantage of my daughters..Heads up you never know who you are assisting .

The alternator had going bad on my mini cooper. I bought one from auto zone for some reason the after market part didnt work on this vehicle. I end up taking the car to the dealer and returning the alternator back to the store hazle free
