I came here to have my oil changed and to have them check my AC that keeps going out and then coming back on whenever I hit a bump, I also wanted them to check any other damage that I might have to my car. The oil change and the AC inspection was $171.35. the oil change oil filter and oil with an environmental charge was $42.90 then $126.73 was for the inspection of my tires, AC, Horn operation, exterior lamps, turn signal, hazard lamps, wiper system, tire inflation, tire rotation, and brakes. The quote that I got for changing out my whole AC, the blower motor and the blower motor resistor front was $439.87 the quote I got on my brakes for hybrid pad disc set brake rotor, new caliper, left rear brake fluid, rear stud and wheel nut and an environmental charge came out to $907.79 the last estimate was for the right front CV axle assembly an axle shaft assembly to remove and replace an environmental charge came out to $351.03. The gentleman that was helping me at the front desk Bennie Sapien was very friendly and explained everything clearly. I love how everything is clean and inviting. I think this place is a tad bit high in pricing.. But it seems like theyll do a excellent job because they know what theyre doing! I did have to make a appt. They are booked daily. I booked my vehicle a week ago. They have a beautiful lobby with coffee while you wait, a restroom, a sitting area and a bowlful of candy for you. Very professional and all in uniforms that say Super shop. I will be back when I get paid for each thing that is fixed except the brakes.. a friend will help me do that to reduce the cost. Overall wonderful experience at this shop. Also they were not pushy at all to fix the other things right away they let me decide and Thanked me with a smile.

I was recommend this jewel of an auto repair shop. I am very pleased with the auto and customer service that I received here. Everyone here was super friendly and the issue with my brakes was resolved efficiently. Its been a few days since I had them replaced, and no complaints! I was also happy with the price that I was charged. I will return for more service and I plan to make this my new auto shop.

Ask a simple question to see if I was still able to drive my vehicle was told he just works in the front. To me you shouldn’t work their if all you know is the front.

I was smart and did not get the checking account emptied by Dave, found a guy on craigslist for a fraction of the quote of these guys to repair my car. SImply posted help needed on craigslist on got my car rolling again cheap

I would recommend using a OEM dealership for repairs for the labor costs etc and they specialize on your make and model of car

Super Shop and more specifically Andy is fantastic! I damaged some brake components and wheel bearings during a road trip in an old defender which can sometimes be tricky to source parts for. Andy took me in same day, made the process smooth and painless, and got me back on the road for a fair price faster than Id imagined possible. Whether youre a local looking for a good shop or a visitor just passing through this is a good place to have your vehicle cared for.

Seems to be a friendly and helpful staff, the drawback was they were to busy and couldnt except my business as a walk in. Availability was almost a week out before I could get work done, I had to go somewhere else.

Benny helped me out today,real cool dude..When you drop off your car, they offer you a ride home...who does that around here?? And they actually have the NECESSARY tools to CORRECTLY diagnose your car.. they switched out a split vacuum hose for vacuum switching valve and they didnt charge me at all..if you want a diagnostic, dont erase the codes before you go to supershop like i did so they can properly diagnose the car.this business is always busy for a good reason 👍👍👍👍👍👍6 stars out of 5

Uses deceptive practices

Brought in a 2019 Ford F250 SD that I had Firestone Air Ride Air Bags installed the month before at Sundown RV. Had a small leak somewhere and Sundown charged me an hour fee to supposedly fix it ($120). Still had a leak so I took it to Super Shop and they identified the problem and fixed it on the same day I was getting ready to hook up my 5th wheel for a cross country rode trip.They were very professional and courteous and seems like their ethics are of high caliber. I will continue to use them in the future

These guys are awsome!! As we were traveling home from Auburn, our car started to overheat, which has never happened before since it is a 2015. We encountered this Super Shop! What a blessing without hesitation they help us, quickly identifying what the issue was at hand, and immediately temporarily fixed the issue so we could get home safely. Best Auto shop in Merced.

I took my truck in for transmission problems. I have always worked on my own vehicles but am now disabled. I expected the normal How to run up the bill stories. Instead I found honesty.I have been back once to have my car engine rebuilt. We were able to find an engine out of another car in southern California for cheaper. It runs great.I will be back for anything I cannot do myself. These people are not just honest, they know what theyre doing.Thank you

Took my vehicle there and was not surprised to find out I needed a whole new engine, instead of taking advantage of me like other shops, I was told that it really wasnt Worth the 7000 it would have costed me to repair and then they didnt charge me a dime. Its refreshing to find a clean, organized, friendly and honest repair shop. I would recommend Super Shop to everyone and am now a loyal customer, great Service. I called and asked for general imformation, and suprisingly, the representative was very helpful. I have yet to pay a visit there, but, the person appeared to have very high knowledge of what my specific question was compared to others ive called around town.

I was very pleased with their service and honesty. I brought my Jeep in to them because I thought I blew my head gasket. Instead, they checked and told me it was just my water pump. Took them 1 day to fix and I was right on my way. I’ve had no issues since. Bennie was very helpful.
