Thiz Verizon is very busy on weekends. Needed help in pairing my phone for Bluetooth in my car. Upon check-In was given suggestions on how to watch the connection on my car and the phone, eventually it would find my phone and give the code. I decided to try right there in the parking lot. It took about 3 minutes for the car to find my phone, then it all clicked quite easily. Thanks Verizon rep, for saving me a lot of wait time. I always go to this Verizon store, as I get the best advice and service.

Salesperson Amanda was irritable, rude and insulting toward me, my son and literally EVERYBODY she was in contact with and after 40 minutes of feeling like I was walking on eggshells to pay them hundreds of dollars she told me that my son would not be able to get a phone. Instead of fixing the problem or finding a resolve (after all I was willing to give her a few hundred dollars) she literally said I was rude and left work leaving me unsatisfied, unfinished and without a phone. Stomping out in a huff! These people dont care about you at all. Looking to report her so she could be reeled in or whatever, nobody would give me even a Managers name. Terrible Customer Support, not even a 1/5. Avoid this store unless you was to have your day ruined for you!

Due to lack of staffing (honestly dont think Id want to work there, customers are rarely happy due to the high fees Verizon charges) and he doors were locked and they had a service person take your name and cell number to call/text you when it was your turn to enter. Line was fairly long, took about 25 minutes before I could enter. Was told incorrect information and also that they basically have minimal amount of new phones in stock due to the heavy demand. That is the story everywhere these days, it seems. Overall, not too pleased as I then went home and spent 90 minutes on a chat with another service rep, who tried to upsell me all kinds of things I didnt want. Not to reflect on this store, that is just Verizons way I guess.

They have always been good to me here. Nice honest people. Ive been with Verizon for 20 years. This location has always given me options to save money. With the pandemic thsafely protocols in place which may annoy some people but ideally its for Safety / liability reasons. (I get it.. some people have different views on this) just chill, be patient and they will work with you. If your experience was different. I hope they can make it right.

This place has turned into a joke. You cant go in the store until you get screened at the front door while you stand outside. We purchased a new phone and charging station. They were shipping it to the store from another store 10 miles away. Ten days later its still not here. After 17 years contemplating leaving Verizon for good. You still have to make an appointment to get inside. Will that ever end? I watched as the poor guy working the door had to explain to drop ins that without an appointment it would be at least a 2 hour wait. You can guess the outraged reactions. But the guy never lost his cool. I,explained to my daughter how that guy has the worst job, just disappointing angry customers all day.He helped us make an appointment and we returned 2 days later. They were helpful and friendly and got our issue resolved.

My 6S Plus died on me in the middle of trying to download the newest software update. I went to the store after work on Friday and was set up to receive a replacement phone unfortunately the phone would not be delivered in time for work on Monday, I need my phone for work. I went back to the store frantic and received help from Deron and Nick who both showed a great deal of patience and concern. They both dug deep and was able to think of a solution so that I had what I needed before I walked out of the store same day! The service and care provided today reminded me why I have chosen to be a Verizon customer for so long! I wanted to take time to leave this review because it’s important for others to know that there is still some excellent customer service out there!!

I get that COVID has really messed everything up but the speed of service at this location is absurd. First, we go to the store to buy a new phone and get told that we either need an appointment or we have to order online, it would be GREAT if anyone at this store picked up the phone so that we can ask questions like this. Then we order the new phone online and it said it should be ready in two hours and that we could pick it up the same day that we ordered it. It has been five hours and it is getting close to closing time. This is absolutely ridiculous.

I would give this store a 0 if I could so a 1 will have to do. I ordered a new phone yesterday because my old phone stopped working completely. I have been told by customer service workers that this store has the phone I ordered in stock, the manager is just too lazy to sign off on the order more than 27 hours later. Mind you, this was supposed to be a same-day pick up. You cant even contact the store because their phones go straight to customer service and you cant speak to anyone in person because Verizon makes it virtually impossible to make an appointment. So now I have to go straight to apple. Thanks for nothing.

Very unhappy with this location. I went last week to buy a new phone. Would not let me in said buy online. I get that Covid has changed things. Sometimes you just have to see something in person. So I did order online and I was told I could take it to the Verizon store for setup. Again I went to this location only to have the woman hand me a paper and said do it yourself we dont do that anymore. If my husband did not get a discount from his employer I would switch to another provider because of this store.

Yesterday was a really rough day. I received my new phone with. Verizon and literally spent 7 hours trying to get my phone activated. I spoke to so many different representatives and NOBODY knew how to assist me.....until I came to this location. HUNTER jumped in right away and helped me. He stayed past closing time to make sure I left with an activated phone...even with a different number for a few days. Story short, HUNTER was very patient with me, and was determined to make sure I left a happy & new customer. Hunter’s personality as well as his professionalism was unbelievable!!!! Very useful and fairly knowledgeable staff. I highly suggest checking online from both Verizon and the phone manufacturer site for pricing being offered on the phone. It may be cheaper to just buy online after playing with the device in store to see if you really like it.All accessories in store are marked up over retail, either at a major chain or local device repair shop. Often best deal can be found on manufacturer site along with warranty registration with purchase. Be mindful of warranty. Some offer only one replacement while others will cover the lifetime of the phone.

Verizon didnt actually want you to shop around in their store, they wanted to know exactly what you wanted before you even took step in their door. This is a Verizon store. I will only come here during odd times(1:00 on a tuesday) as this store gets super busy. I never have an issue, the salespeople are always nice. There is almost always a promotion going on too, as I got a tablet along with my phone. Cool.

Ended up paying more for a new phone than I wanted to because I was forced into a corner due to my past phone having software malfunctions and a faulty GPS chip. I originally wanted to just replace the phone with a claim but they refused because my screen was cracked. EVEN BETTER, the phone didnt even work initially and I had to come back the next day only to find out the sim card in my new phone was faulty.Edit: After receiving the first bill, the supposed FREE TABLET I was pressured into buying was NEVER FREE and our seller even created a separate phone number for it to charge us more! They even are trying to say we never paid for my new case and screen protector even though I have the receipt! SHAME ON YOU VERIZON FOR BEING MANIPULATIVE AND DISHONEST.

Was lied to by sales representative Hunter and when I came back because my bill was incorrect based on what Hunter sold us on the manager said, Hunter wouldnt have said that because hes not trained to and he doesnt make mistakes. Hunter told me the HUM came free with the 4 phones we were getting and that the first bill would be really high and not to call him for that because the second bill would make up for it. First bill is over $500, second bill is still high, so I call customer service and they said because I waited Im outside the return window for the HUM. Well played, Hunter. After several calls to customer service they have resolved the issue, Ingia had it fixed in minutes, but the store refused to do anything. They work on commission so no surprise. They certainly dont work for a good reputation.

I needed assistance in finding the owner of a phone that was turned into the police department. My local store was not too helpful. I called the Mentor store and spoke to Andrea. She was very helpful and helped me find the information I needed to return the phone to its rightful owner. As a Verizon customer, I have always found the corporate store to be much better than an authorized retailer.

Its pretty decent, its been kind of inconsistent over the years but most times Ive gone, Ive gotten decent service.The sales people usually know what theyre doing and they get you in pretty fast usually. However, they will NOT get you out quickly.I will also say theyre accessories are WAY WAY to expensive. They need to understand, so many brick and mortar stores have gone out of business because of these high in store prices. Ive gotten smarter with my money so most of the time, I find ways to buy online but it can be hard to come up with $1000-$1500 for a new phone, especially when most people go because their phone broke unexpectedly and it makes more sense to get a new one. Soon I will just buy my phones on ebay and save huge.

Lazy no work ethic no knowledge on any issue. Simply tell you call customer service with out even looking at you. They couldnt even transfer a number. I needed to instruct the associate on what to do.I went into my local Verizon store after they didnt answer the phones again. I asked for help about an update with my phone. Its an older model. The store Associate simply tried to sell me a new phone. When I wasnt interested and left an insult was thrown my way. Thank you lazy store employee.

In then minutes she returned with my phone working!!! I highly recommend this location if you are in a family plan because they do not ask to the account manager to be present or give any kind of authorization. Cant stand going to this Verizon. I waited a long time. When asked what phone I wanted I told the guy. Then I said is there any promos he goes I need to go check. He came back saying yes we have a promo you get a tablet if you raise you pay 2.00 more for your bill said cool. Go home to see a line added. Called verizon and she said no the tablet is 20.00 a month and its 2 years. The guy MARk never mentioned that. Not only did he lie to.me how many other.people did he tell thus too. Elderly parent lost their flip phone who has been with Verizon for over decade. Went to thisLocation for another Verizon flip phone and was quoted $149. Saleswoman lied to me, slammed me with a new line and was rude. Long wait, always. No prices are listed on phones or equipment that are placed out for sale. We went in to add a line and upgrade to the unlimited plan. The sales woman told us that if we got a product called The Hum our bill would actually be cheaper. I foolishly trusted her after debating and questioning her and also telling her I did not want the product and would not use it, nor would I activate it. She explained to me activation was not necessary, the discounts would go on the bill regardless. I left the store with the new product and was never even told what its function was, how to activate it out that theyre would be a $30 activation fee got it! After 3 weeks of the Hum department calling me to figure out why I hadnt activated it and help me activate it, I finally started to question things a bit more. Turns out we were getting charged $25/month more by adding the hum product. The saleswoman completely lied to my face over and over. She also slammed our new line with features that we did not want and she did not tell us about. Being in sales for quite some time myself I trusted her because I know myself, that when you lie to a customer, the truth always finds its way out, any sales person worth a dime knows that. But I also know that a sales person who cant sell - lies. Be very, very, leery about the sales representatives in the store. Im sure Im not the first person that has been completely lied to and slammed in this store.Management has done nothing about it. Customer service has helped me correct the problem and I plan on talking to the store manager today but I cant believe this is the first time that this has happened. It has taken me hours on the phone to get this fixed to this point and I still have to drive back 45 minutes to the store to return the Hum. The store manager was of no help and actually gave me attitude about it. He set up a meeting with a different sales rep to solve the problem not even himself. so I drove there which is more than 45 minutes from my house and the sales rep was not even there! then the sales rep who I did talk to told me I needed to pay additional money to upgrade I was so disgusted I walked out I upgraded somewhere else without paying the additional money. Choose another location. Wish I could have rated this store less than a one star.
