Edit: changed review to 2 stars for the following reasons:- price by line was 10$ more than they told me in the store. I was told the plan cost/month is 85$ and will be 75$ with applied discount. However it was noted in the bill 95$ and charged 85.50$ With discount- I was charged 30$ activation fee (Which I was expecting) plus 12.67 for 8/19-8/22 (I did not know about)- he added a device protection plan for 15$ that I specifically declined and he added nevertheless - I later removed it myself- 1.20$ tax for protect advantage that I did not ask for.- the coverage in the area I live in is spotty and 4 LTE only- check the coverage map before buying/ zoom in on the map and check specifically where you live.The rest below remains accurate.I was helped by Nick, store manager who is very professional, helpful and courteous. He worked efficiently and was very patient answering all my questions. He personally held the door open for every customer including myself at the end of the consultation. He had a good attitude and was helpful to his team members.

I drive from Ashtabula County to work with this store. Everyone is so helpful and never make you feel like your questions are stupid. Very patient. A great experience!!! 👍

Be prepared to wait if you end up coming here. They have been very understaffed every time I have come here. The majority of their demo phones are plastic look alikes, so if you are looking to try out demo phones in store, this isnt the location.

I enjoy my experiences at AT&T as there has never been one time that I haven’t been treated royally. My questions have always been answered. Nick especially helped solve my issue today with great speed and friendliness. I greatly appreciate being a customer.

We had a bad experience in this store today dealing with a Tyler. He did not seem to know what he was doing. He made mistakes when we tried to get a new account and we had to go down the road to the other AT&T store to have them fix the mess that was made at this location.

I totally agree with Erica.. Left another carrier after very poor support lately.. Only concern was selli g me a new phone... Well,, came to At (& Cameron was the best. Everything Erica said about Cameron was spot on. I feel he went above & beyond! Would highly recommend Cameron. Actually Joe was pretty cool & helped went the store got busy.. Best Mobil phone service Ive had in ages!!

Great customer service!If you’ve tried this store before, and left as dissatisfied as my ex-wife the night of our Honeymoon, I’d urge you to try it again. Whatever they have done differently, seems to be working. I’ve been to a few AT&T stores, and have never left impressed, let alone, awake.However, this visit was different. Considering it’s still “2020”, my expectations were rock bottom. For the first time in my life, I was wrong. Joe was absolutely amazing. He has a great sense of humor, product knowledge, patience, and confidence in his product. If he didn’t have an answer to a question, he found the answer. Joe listens to what your cellular needs are, and finds the best applicable solution.Nick, the Assistant Manager was very knowledgeable, personable, and professional.It was an enjoyable experience. We left with what we went for, and informed on what we had received.Thanks Fellas!

Me and my mom came into the store in the evening to get a new iPhone and we were helped by Nick and Isaiah. They both made the experience enjoyable and helped us save money on the bill. They even helped me after hours when my phone glitched while transferring data

I purchased a new phone online and visited this location to help me transfer from my old phone to the new one. I was so fortunate that JR was available to help me. We ran into all sorts of difficulties, yet through it all, JR was so helpful, considerate and kind. He was always professional and so engaging. Three hours later, I left with my new phone working perfectly. If you’re looking for someone with knowledge, personality and kindness, ask for JR!

Switched from Sprint to AT&T today, had Cameron as our service rep.... AMAZING! He did a stellar job explaining every step and every question we had. He also did a great job upselling without feeling pushy. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Came in yesterday because a store in my area was out of the series 6, Apple Watch Isaiah help me they were very nice the store was clean the seating was very comfortable I will be back if I’m ever in the area or need something I love my watch

Much better than the corporate store around the corner- if you want to buy everything under the sun go to the corporate store and get zero help for what you went in there for OR go here.... Joe was great. Seems to be the only one that knows how to figure out what to do exactly. Other staff did try to be helpful though. Only complaint took wayyyyyyyyyy toooooooooo long for basic transfer of service and set up of new account/phone, 3+ hours. Need more knowledgeable staff in store.

Rico, Nick and Joe made the experience of my upgrade more than pleasant! They were extremely friendly, listened to my concerns and helped make the best educated decision o could to what phone I wanted and the process to make it happen. Nock spent the most time with me and went above and beyond in setting all my changes to my account. Never once did he seem bothered by all my questions and requests. Great place to go!! I will be back there for all my ATT needs from now on.

I go out of way to go to this specific store. The first time a gentleman named Rico waited on me. He was extremely helpful and was very nice to work with! The second time a gentleman named Nick helped me and he was just the same very outgoing nice and helpful! Each of them helped me with exactly what I needed and wanted when I went to the store! AT&T used to be the number one place I hated having to go to. The wait was awful and most of the employees were no help at all. I actually look forward to going to the AT&T store on Old Johnnycake! This AT&T store has the BEST customer service I have ever encountered. Isaiah welcomed me right away and was incredibly attentive. He helped me get the exact phone I wanted at a great price, answered all of my questions clearly, and was very knowledgeable. If I could give this store ZERO stars I would. I have had the most disappointing experience working with this group of AT&T representatives. It is true they are super friendly, however it is very unfortunate for AT&T as a company that this stores work ethic, customer support and follow up is well below standards. This ineptitude creates serious issues and frustration for a customer. In my experience It has been 6- months and counting to try and get resolution for an incorrect account set up. I was looked directly in the eye and lied to about my contract and terms, my bill and the phones I purchased. I have not once received a follow up call and have had to spend countless hours on the phone with customer service reps trying to help me. If I could do it all over again I would never go here. Go to a real AT&T store and not this authorized dealer because if you run into any issue they will do NOTHING to help you come to a resolution. Too much of my time has been wasted on this, I hope you dont fall into the same trap.

This was our first time visiting the Mentor store. We were greeted as soon as we walked through the door and within 5 minutes we had an associate helping us. Rico was very friendly and knowledgeable. If we asked a question and he wasn’t sure he didn’t guess and give us incorrect information but went to another coworker for help. They all worked together as a team which was nice to see. They didn’t make us feel like they were out to sell us products we did not need or couldn’t afford. They joked and laughed with us. We felt very comfortable with them and will definitely be back for their great service!

I was asked to take my mask off after i entered and look into the camera for security proposes. I didnt and was told to leave. After that i watched people take there masks off in the same spot one by one. Called the heath department and at@t corp. Please stay away from this store. They are spreading covid 19.

Robert and Nick were fantastic. I had a number transport and two upgrades. They were extremely professional and efficient, took time to answer my many questions, and a real pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them.

We were helped by Nick. He was very professional and helpful. He even helped me programmed HBO since I did not know how to do it.

Robert & Rico were outstanding in helping upgrade a phone on our corporate account and took the time to review all the options that were beneficial to us. In addition they were outstanding in having one of our lines cancelled and moving a phone from another carrier to our business account. Both went above and beyond what I would have expected and took all the time that was needed to setup the new phone and transferred all info from our old phone to the new one. I would highly recommend both of these gentlemen for any of your phone needs
