Jordan was absolutely amazing!!!! I couldnt complete what I wanted to do at the Eastlake store, went to mentor and they completed what I needed done plus was able to lower my bill by an excessive amount. I am very pleased with the help and customer service I received today. 😀

Please do not spend your money at this store. The manager Katie outright lied to me and sold me a product I could not use. I hadn’t even left the store when I asked for a refund and she refused and said it wasn’t her problem and she didn’t give refunds. When I spoke with Cricket customer service they told me to go back to the store and have her call them and when I did that she refused again and said she wasn’t going to help me. Terrible, terrible service. I will be making a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Went to return a cell phone purchased with the original receipt in less than 24 hours of original purchase . Store said they dont accept returns. Their own store receipt from the purchased phone states a 7-Day window to return a cell phone if unhappy. The manager Katie offered no help.

Went to Cricket after a lot of frustration with MetroPCS. Chris at Cricket was extremely patient with me and helped me get my number transferred when Metro would not. He explained everything fully and walked me through the whole process. Great customer service, I highly recommend them.
