The staff at the store was great and very helpful. Its very upsetting that the merge with Sprint has made things difficult for sprint customers to continue their service with their pre-existing devices without being able to take advantage of promotional discounts.

The fiancée and I were having problems with our phone. And did not want to go back to the Willoughby store (stay away). So after reading some reviews about this store we took a chance. OMG. Vinny is the man. Asked questions to make sure we picked a phone we would be happy with. Excellent customer service from beginning to end. Made us even more happy we stopped and Vinny engaged in conversation made us feel like he knew us. I must say we our very happy with our LG V60 . please make sure you acknowledge him. And if anyone wants to be treated right make sure you go to Mentor and see Vinny or the rest of the team who also was very friendly. Thank you.

The manager that was working the evening shift on 9/9/15 was rude and kept interrupting while I was talking with another associate. He was also VERY uninformed about promotions going on in the store and gave wrong information while putting down anothee T-Mobile store. Turned out that the store knew what they were talking about. It took calling into T-Mobiles customer loyalty center to find this out. I WILL NOT be going back to this corporate store again seeing how their management is uninformed and extremely rude to loyal customers.

I stopped in to T Mobile this evening to look into switching over from Sprint. I was greeted by Brian Remaklus. He answered all of our questions, took amazing care of us, and exemplified what customer service should look like. He made sure we got everything we needed, and showed us all of our options. I ran into a small issue once I got home, but even more than two hours after the store closed, Brian was more than happy to work on things for me and make sure that I was 100% satisfied. He did just that. If you need any help, Brian Remaklus is your guy!

The manager who was also the one I was talking to about switching companies was arrogant and rude. I never switched. He had little knowledge and only wanted to up sell me on what was a goodphone but wasnt what I needed.

Younger lady was not very excited, warming, or even knowledgeable. She tried to sound intelligent but it came out as irritating and dull. Didnt try to make a customer out of me or even gain my business. Terrible

The employee that looked after us at this store was the most grumpy miserable person that I have ever encountered, she wasnt helpful in any way, it made me wonder if she even enjoy doing her job...please be nice and pleasant to us the customers, we are the ones who do pay your salary.

Went in on 4-3-16..had a small problem with a phone case I bought. Just wanted to swap it out for the EXACT SAME CASE I GOT A DAY EARLIER. HAD THE RECEIPT…. the pretty boy tells me in the 5 years Ive worked here I havent had THAT problem and gives me my phone case back. I have good service here till now. My opinion… go to the tmobile on mentor ave. By Walmart close to painsville… WAYYYY BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE
