Tabitha is awesome! Was having an issue finding a location for my RV with enough space for me to park on the end. She was very accommodating, assisted in every step of the way and the prices are very fare! Very highly recommend and will continue to business with them for short and/or long term storage options!

Well my personal experience here at this storage facility is very very different I’m sorry but this many five stars just can’t be the front desk staff are nice but it’s the owner he tacks on fee after fee if you are maybe a couple days late here comes the fees I personally chose to store a big ticket item that I chose to store at this storage facility if you store your items here please pay attention to your due date because management is treating this as a predatory business hoping your late hoping you late a payment slip I looked before I wrote this review I’m like the way these reviews are written this is paradise..just be careful

My experience this weekend with Corrie the property manager was so refreshing. Not only did she show us multiple sizes, she told us about the property & the advantages of it. Rates were great & she advised us the importance of making sure our items were packed correctly, and covered properly. We are glad we chose this facility & the best part is we felt more like family than just another customer. We know her name & she knows ours. Something to be said about that. As busy as she was she was effective, efficient & thanked us all for our patience. So refreshing. Thanks Corrie.

India is easy to talk to, and was extremely patient. She showed me 3 different units to make sure that it was the size I needed. She told me that the unit I wanted would not be big enough, but was still patient enough to show me. I got exactly what I needed, and I thank India for that!

This is a great place gated, secure, police constantly driving through and are called if anyone is there after hours. Corey, the manager there, is a very sweet, very helpful and very accommodating . I would give it five stars, but the area that its in not so good.

Had a storage for less than 45 days.. Remove my items out of storage in had over 6 baby rats coming out each bag I had.I had to throw over 10 bags/boxes of clothes. Spiders took over 2 beds, plus Mold built up on dressers.If it rains enough the water gets on everything in the storage space. Its a bad rodent infestation! Lori the manager gave me some bs speech about filing a insurance claim because insurance comes with the storage. Which was a big lie. Insurance dont cover anything I listed. Customer Service was good when I paid my money but after that, Customer Service when out the door. Lori asks customers to take a review but I urge everyone to do it after you remove your items. I wouldnt recommend this storage to anyone. Lost lots of items & money!!!!

This was the easiest & fastest process EVER thanks to Corrie Lagrove the property manager!! I was VERY nervous being that this was my first experience. Upon arrival Corrie greeted us with open arm’s! The office also smelled absolutely delightful 😏 She drove us around the property to see the units we inquired about. She made the process so easy, helped us use the gate for the first time, it was amazing! I’m super happy I chose to rent from this property if it stays this way I’ll sure be using this property in the future!

Today was a hectic day, from the start. But being able to get a storage unit WITHOUT a reservation, like last minute situation made the rest of the day bearable. The property manager was absolutely a god send. I definitely love her. Very upbeat, professional and very pleasant and patient. I appreciate her for today.

The manager made me feel as though I was just conversing with my family....Corrie Lagrone is the store manager and she was like warm apple pie in the summer... perfect. I’m so happy with my decision. I had a great experience at this storage so far. The young lady at the property called once i made the reservations almost everyday until i actually moved in. She was very polite and professional. When i came in she was patient and very helpful. She even had to do alot of multi-tasking and still got the job done.

Corey LaGrove, the property manager, is the epitome of what Customer Service is all about! She is always available either by phone or on site. Her office is neat, very clean and smells nice and inviting!. She is very knowledgable of the storage business; offering details and explanations when asked. She is an excellent property manager; effective in managing her staff and the facility grounds, i.e., debris and trash picked up, & units clean. The units themselves are just the bare necessities, which was fine for me, I gave up fancy for lower monthly fees.The Watkins facility was far our for me - but I am so glad I choose it - so worth it! Corey deserves a raise - great gal dont loose her or youre business will suffer!

Simply Self Storage on N. Watkins has caused so much despair and turmoil in my life. I trusted them to provide a safe, clean place to store my things (again). But I was SO WRONG. I had water damage in my storage. My Locks were tapered with. And My MOST IMPORTANT things were locked in the office for two weeks and I was denied access to them. The management showed NO REAL CONCERN for rectifying the situation. I keep getting the run around about insurance claims all while accumulating charges ...with NO COMPENSATION from the damages to my things in the storage or to the things that were held in the office for two weeks.I WAS DENIED ACCESS TO MY OWN THINGS WHOLE it was paid for at that time.I had to go out of town with basically nothing. I had to BUY more things that I already had in my storage or in the office. With NO COMPENSATION or TRUE CONCERN. I recommend a storage that treats You and YOUR THINGS like THEY WANT TO BE TREATED.

Corrie was very helpful when I came out to look for a storage. She showed me different size storages and she encouraged me to select the one with the first month free special. There were a few spiders and webs in the storage when we opened it, but l told her about my fear of spiders and she cleaned it out and provided me with spray. I felt like a customer for the first time in a while and theres not many places in Memphis that are customer service friendly.

Because we got robbed and peopleAre still being robbed. Because of the fence in the last row on south side is always cut. And all the debris which makes it easy to climb the fence from the outside. And plenty of mattresses piled up to throw stuff over. Back fence was cut open and left that way for a week or 2. Razor wire and barbed wire cut for easy access

I give this location 5 stars.Ive rented here several times and especially this time recently march I occupied an Unit and Cori was very professional nice and instructional.I was able to view the one I needed and also was offered first month free.I love it.The storage is safe and just the size i need.I also had the pleasure of meeting Tim he was very helpful and understanding about me getting my payment day right.Im on track now and I will always rent from them.Close to home is always a plus!

Johnny, the gentleman behind the desk is absolutely the best! I had made a reservation online and he called me within 10 minutes and after we talked for a second I was convinced that was where we needed to go. I let him know we were headed to him right then (I thought they would be be closed on a Sunday so I had reserved for Monday). On the way, our trailer came undone and we had to pull over. I called johnny and told him that we wouldnt be able to make it until after they closed and he actually told me to still come on and he waited for us! He was awesome!
