Great service reasonable prices. When I needed my vehicle towed they were quick to respond the price was good and the tow truck driver (Kenny) was very helpful and friendly he went above and beyond to provide great service. I will definitely use the again.

Matthews has helped me a few times....once the day after my daughters wedding when her gas tank literally leaked all out in the parking lot. They totally helped me out. They towed it from Collierville to Byhalia. Then this week we needed a car moved and Eric was super. It was an antique car and he took such care with it. We hope to see him next week for the other one. Matthews and the Hodnett family are awesome people and have been incredible to me. Thank yall. 💯❤️

I was originally told that the cost to repair my vehicle would be roughly $1,100..Joe did a thorough check and stated I did not need the unnecessary repair quoted. I was only out $40. I highly recommend this company but make sure you consult with Joe (My mechanic Angel)

Dropped car off to be repaired. Paid a roughly 800$ When they call for me to pick it up! Left shop wasn’t gone 15minutes car started knocking and not wanting to accelerate. Dad looked under hood wasn’t any oil present. Oil change was done also during repairs!!!!!! But no oil in car 🤦🏽‍♀️.. so I will not recommend there services!!!!

I just had my car towed, was told about an hour wait. He came in less than half hour. Lady on the phone was helpful when i was was freaking out about my car still rolling and couldnt think straight with my babies in the car. Polite, fast response what more could i ask for.

These people are con artists! They will give you the wrong information and forge documents to steal your car or truck and try charge you like crazy to get you stuff or car back. The owners or the coworkers are racist and rude. If you get your car towed there you better have all you stuff together because 10/10 they will cheat you over.

These dumb a@ses towed my car for a insurance claim and managed to damage my headlight and daytime running lights!!! Said they would fix it, then kept giving me excuses why it wasnt ordered.. and they would order it...funny cause it never happened. I got rid of the car and have no need for it now.. but they didnt care what they caused!!! Beware stay away!! Dont trust them!!!! I dont think there were EVER gonna replace it.

The lady that I spoke with on the phone was very nice and helpful and professional, but the driver did not listen and took my truck where he wanted too. I gave him the address and he still took it to the wrong place and told the lady in the office he took it to the right place. Im sure he has GPS please use it next time and not waste 2 hours of someones time.

The driver delivered our car and we found the mailbox was pushed straight back. We called several times about the damage that was done and we only got very rude responses from the owner, the driver never called us back and the owner stated that the company would not use their insurance but it would come out of drivers pocket. Customers beware and use at your own risk

2 bad experiences.. First time the wrecker driver drained my battery by leaving my door ajar. 2nd time the driver Locked my keys in the car after i specifically told him to put in drop box.. Both times customers service was rude to me instead of being apologetic for their mistakes.. BAD BUSINESS

These people are prejudice and unprofessional, the sorry ass mechanic JT tore my engine up in my Infiniti and the owner Rose Matthews lied to me like she would make him fix it, I paid these low lifes $700 to tear up my car, took them to court and lost because I didnt have an expert witness, they are lower than low, but God sees all, and you reap what you sow! Dont dare take your vehicle to these people.

Had brake pads and rotors put on my girlfriends truck, a couple of weeks later we took it to another shop because of a noise and vibration in the front end, turns out they didnt tighten any of the bolts on the brakes and some of them actually came out, she could have wrecked her truck and been seriously hurt, if not worse, please dont take your vehicle here

Do not waste your money here the mechanic acts as if he know what he doing,but in actuality he doesnt,please dont waste your time nor money I promise you will regret it.
