Every time Ive gone into textbook brokers (which lets be real, has been a lot because well college student), every one there has always been so helpful and kind to me. They are such a friendly group of people and are extremely helpful with helping me remember to return my rental books too! 10/10 recommend

I rented a book from Textbook Brokers in January. I found the same book at another place for half the price so I did not pickup the book from Textbook Brokers. In early May, I turned the book back in to the cheaper place. In January, I needed the book ASAP, but the guy from Textbook Brokers told me that he could order it, but it would take a week. I did not think to cancel or get a refund at the time. Three days ago, I received a message from my bank saying that my account was overdrawn. I hadnt made any purchases or withdrawals since April. I looked to see what the charge was and it was $68.81 plus a $36 fee. I called Textbook Brokers about 13 times to see why I was charged but I got no answer. I tried once more and someone answered.The guy told me that I had not returned a book by the due date. I then asked what book he was talking about. He described the book that I rented from them. I told him that I hadnt picked up the book but he said that I did and hung up the phone. So I walked to the store to speak to someone else. The guy told the same thing, so I asked him what day did I pickup the book. The records did not have a date. He then checked in the back and the book was there. He then told me that he could refund the $68.81 to my account and there was nothing they could do about the overdraft fee. So I will never rent from Textbook Brokers again!

I am a student at the University of Memphis. Buying books is always the most painful part of the semester. Textbook Brokers of Memphis always makes it a little easier.The manager is very kind and puts himself in the college kid position.The merchandise selection is vast and they always have books before the other bookstores. As long as I am in college TBB of Memphis is where I will shop!

Best place for textbooks in the Memphis area. They always have books at the cheapest prices, and they carry University of Memphis specific books.

I have noticed that typically at any Textbook Brokers, used books will be significantly cheaper than campus bookstores. However, official school merch is generally cheaper at the campus store.
