Overpriced. Try Tiger bookstore for books and local stores for merchandise. One jacket was $125 there and $40 in Target. Only good dor renting books and that still costs $93

My daughter is back on campus and they were helpful with getting her what she needed for her classes.

The books are too expensive, I can go down the street and rent them for cheaper. Beyond that everything else is pretty expensive too, except for the scantrons and little stuff.

Staff was oddly unhelpful or maybe he was new. But it took us asking someone else to get the answers because well the other guy didnt even respond at all when asked. Hopefully he is over his shyness and kicking butt

It was up to code due to the pandemic. It took a few minutes but we were able to figure it out and found the book we were looking for without assistance. There were a lot of surplus possibly used books but not quite in alphabetical order. Other than that, it was okay.

On the 2nd floor the book store has a Bank, which is good for student banking also a coffee shop in the 1st floor.

Parking is SO much better since the bridge!

My daughters new school is amazing and we couldnt be more proud of her! The bookstore has everything she needs for school and since she is living on campus, this is comforting to know. And it even has a Starbucks :D

Shalinda, the textbook manager for the bookstore, is a godsend! I am a faculty member for the university, and had some issues with textbooks and materials for some students taking my classes. Shalinda was very professional, accomodating, and has outstanding customer service. I had about 8 books to return on a students behalf and instead of making me wait at the bookstore, she took care of it herself and said shed notify me if there were any issues.There was a bit of a mishap issuing the books in the first place (which I believe is out of Shalindas hands to begin with), but she reassured me that there was a plan to remedy the situation for next semester, and it was just an overall pleasant experience to work with her. Thanks, Shalinda!

The linea moved quickly and they were fully stocked. Help was available to find everything I needed.

Decent book selection, depending on classes. A lot of books are new and not for rent or not in stock so you have to wait. Def check the other two stores right off campus. DO NOT BUY APPLE PRODUCTS HERE. They are simply a reseller and if those products are opened AT ALL, you can’t return them; regardless of the reason or what the employees might tell you. The Apple products are no less expensive here than anywhere else, so buy them from a store that allows for returns if necessary. The people are nice enough, there are plenty of university branded clothing choices and it’s a decent place to get some work done before classes, but as far as actually buying books and electronics, there are better options.

The bookstore is very convenient. I was able to find everything that I needed with ease. Some things are a little pricey, but its all worth it. The customer service its also great as well!

Pretty spacious and organized, just always a long line. They were sold out of the calculator I needed. Overall, not a bad store.

They offered me 4$ this weekend for a graduate level book but the is to much history I cant stay mad. You can play 300$ for a book never use it, then not get hardly any money back, thats just cooperate the clerks have nothing to do with that (they are good ppl)

The employees were great. The drinks at Starbucks were exactly as I ordered, would recommend.

The people that worked there were very helpful and they asked if I needed help.

I was visiting from out of town and was near the University which had the nearest ATM location. The clerk was very kind to inform us of where to park, to contact her through the Callbox so she could allow us to exit the parking structure without paying.We conducted our transactions and left. Thank you, for the kindness demonstrated, it reflects on the staff and Administration.

Usually there is someone that is capable and very good at helping me locate things I cant seem to find. There are some days when no one there knows where anything is so thats the only problem.

Friendly service but long lines and not clearly marked where online orders need to be picked up so had to stand in a long line twice.

The University bookstore has long lines but its a great place to study with a Starbucks & little grocery amenities

A great book store On-campus. They also have a wide range of stationaries. However, it is expensive as it may cause damage to your pocket :PThe other book store with the same name is located out of campus, so dont confuse between the two.

Dont waste your time here. The books and materials are twice as expensive and they are very unorganized. They sold me the incorrect book, then gave me a hard time when I came back to return. Do yourself a favor and check Amazon, Chegg and Textbook Brokers before buying or renting here. This Bookstore should be your last option.

You cant call them because it goes straight to voice mail which you cant leave a message because their mailbox is full. Seriously? And they ordered a book and told me it would arrive no later on that certain day and it didnt. Cmon guys, get it together!

Overpriced like most university bookstores and does not have enough textbooks on had especially at the beginning of the semester. But the convenience is nice being right on the university property.

I would not recommend ordering your textbooks online. I ordered two at the same time and only received one. Fedex and the store manager went back and forth on who should file the claim and Im disappointed in how this entire situation has been handled.The manager incorrectly assumed that because it was still through Fedex the reimbursement process was still the same (which it is not).Once again I strongly recommend never ordering online, customer service is poor.
