This is a little late, however, I definitely did not want to prolong this review. I would first like to say that I ABSOLUTELY LOVE my vehicle. 😊Everything about it!!!! Secondly, I would like to say that from beginning to end my experience was fantastic. I initially worked with Tesh but closed the deal with Ron Counts. Both of them were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I do not believe I could have asked for a better experience! Thank you all sooooo much for everythingPlease go by Mercedes of Memphis. I made an early appointment to have the brake fluid flushed and was told I could use my $150 coupon. I was informed I needed two new rear tires which I agreed to, but after completion was then told the coupon was not valid (no restrictions on the coupon). 4hrs later I still do not have my vehicle even though there are virtually no customers here!So the car appears out the front of the dealership but no one comes to see me. After 10 mins, I head to the service desk and they cannot find the paperwork. 15 mins later, I am summoned and I complain about the coupon. I was informed that it was only valid on a full service (not mentioned on the coupon itself). And to top it all, another service guy (mine is at lunch) tells me that I saved money by NOT using the coupon!TL/DR: Shoddy business from a respected brand!! I definitely won’t be coming back. Went to Mercedes- Benz of Collierville and was underwhelmed. Purchased my new Mercedes from Mercedes- Benz of Memphis and I couldn’t be more pleased! Tesh Dotson sold me my new car and she was awesome! She’s knowledgeable, funny and professional. Jonathan and April, Product Specialists, were great to work with too! I wish I could give this place zero stars. They are so unprofessional and unorganized!! They start out telling me they don’t honor my tire package which I specifically just utilized last year at the Collierville location. Then they go on to say they aren’t even affiliated with the Collierville location, which I now see why, Collierville DOES NOT want to be affiliated with them. When it was time to pick my vehicle up the lady at the front desk of service states she didn’t have the keys!! Why the HECK would the keys not be in a location to where the person at check out can access? After asking for the manager after being there for over 40 min that’s when all of a sudden the keys were tracked down. They act as if it took a work from Congress to obtain the keys even though services were paid for prior to pick up. I will NEVER go to this location again.

Greatest Mothers Day Ever! I searched for another vehicle for my wife from Texas to Florida. I came upon the Mercedes Benz of Memphis were I received phenomenal customer service from the Sales Representative ( Mark), Sales Manager (Doug), Finance Manager ( Desmond), and (Product Specialist) April. The vehicle was priced exceptionally well and the process was seamless to acquire ownership. Oh my goodness!! The best exceptional customer service I have received at a car dealership. Tesh Dotson is phenomenal!! Her customer service exceeded my expectations !!! I browsed online prior to going to dealership, scheduled an appointment with Mercedes of Memphis and another dealership (not a Mercedes). I had choose the vehicles I wanted to test drive; Mercedes had the vehicle ready to drive, however the other dealership did not and offered to allow me to drive a car that I did not want.... comparing the 2, I give Mercedes 5+ stars!! If youre in the market for a luxury vehicle go no where else. Gunther the owner operates a 1st class business. Tom Hammond and McKinley Singleton are my go to. I brought my wife here looking to test drive a GLC300. She has narrowed her next purchase down to a couple models. Since she has never driven this model before, we asked to test drive any GLC300. The sales rep refused to allow her to test drive the vehicle because “We don’t just let anyone test drive these.” She also insisted that we were not serious buyers and said “you wouldn’t want anyone driving your new car before you bought it would you”.Perhaps we were not dressed appropriately to be considered serious buyers? Perhaps we were profiled because we are younger?Honestly the experience was dumbfounding. I have never been treated that poorly at a dealership before.We then drove to dealership in Collierville. Walked in and again asked to test drive a GLC300. The salesman immediately got her the keys and allowed us to drive the vehicle.The Collierville dealership was welcoming and very informative. We are returning there next month to purchase. I recommend you to drive the few extra miles out there and you’ll get a much better experience.-Dr. S

After leaving the dealership with a loaner car while my vehicle was being serviced, I couldnt figure out how to connect to media/CarPlay. Coincidently, I ran into a Mercedes Benz of Memphis employee Jermalle entering a nearby restaurant and asked for help. He kindly agreed to assist and thats when I realized I didnt have the correct adapter. Jermalle quickly offered to loan me his adapter until I returned the loaner car. My husband and I were driving home to Texas after a visit to PA. We stopped in Memphis for the night and the next morning, ready to get on the road, we discovered we had a flat tire. We purchased the total tire/wheel warranty through Mercedes Benz so we decided to reach out to the local Memphis MB dealership to see if they could help us. Jeff, in service, said to bring the car in. They had the same tire and would be able to squeeze us in between their appointments. When we arrived, we were helped right away. The replacement of the tire took about an hour, which was great since we wanted to get on the road quickly and came in without an appointment. Jeff and the entire service team took very good care of us and we really appreciate their help! We were very lucky to find Jeff and THANK YOU Mercedes of Memphis!!

I took my Mercedes to Mercedes-Benz of Memphis on Poplar Avenue on On July 23, 2020 at 10:0 am. I took my car for a Schedule A service (basically an oil change) to Mercedes Benz of Memphis. I scheduled my appointment a week before. Service Advisor Shaun Owens told me that my car would be ready by 12:30pm. I didnt want to wait for two hours so they gave me a ride home. I never got a call from Shaun Owens at 12:30pm so I called Shaun Owens at 1:00pm. The phone went to voice mail., I t called several more time and texted him. I left a voice mail for Shaun Owens. Shaun Owens called me back at 2:30pm telling me that my car would not be ready until 4:30pm.We got there at 4:30pm and saw Shaun Owens and he told me my car still wasnt ready yet. They closed at 5:30 pm. I asked to speak to a supervisor ( I dont think the guy was an actual supervisor). I was given a lot of excuses about them being real busy. I feel he was blowing me off because every car that was there at 10:0 pm was gone.At 5:10pm we told the supervisor that we wanted the car back whether the service was done or not. At 5:25pm Shaun Owens came out and said the car was ready and they were going to wash the car. We told them him we would wash the car ourselves.This is the worst service I ever had in my life and I will never go back there. I told the manager that this was the first and last time I would ever come there.

On July 21st, I wanted to test drive a Mercedes Benz GLC. I went to Mercedes Benz of Memphis and was assisted by Mark Kennedy. He was awesome!! He was knowledgeable, honest, and straightforward!! Right away, he showed me an amazing car!! My husband test drove it first and loved it! I told Mark that I had no experience driving an SUV and he convinced me to drive it prior to agreeing to purchase it! I did and I was in LOVE!!! The car is sooooo smooth and quiet!!! Had to have a recall repair completed on my Mercedes. The Mercedes notification flyer stated it would take 30 minutes. The dealership stated it would take an hour. Actual time, 3 and a half hours. Repair time would have been fine if the dealership would have just been upfront about it, rather than leaving me to just wait to find out when it would be finished.

Mercedes-Benz of Memphis was really rude, and showed zero courtesy. I originally purchase my car from Mercedes-Benz of Collierville. So on my front tag it states Mercedes-Benz of Collierville, by the way they are great. The man in the service department stated to me I don’t think we have a tired that size with out even checking. I also let him know that I have tired insurance through Mercedes-Benz and he stated to me “oh we don’t take that insurance, you’ll have to go back to Collierville” with a really nasty tone. Tesh is an absolute super star, there is no limit to her awesomeness! There is something unique about this dealership that makes it stand out from the rest. I was late to pick up my vehicle and Tesh and team stayed late to make sure that I get the delivery on the day promised though I was the one who was late, the could have asked me to come back the next day but they took the extra effort to make sure that I wasnt disappointed. I’ve been there three times. The first time it was a scheduled service (which means I called made an appointment and took time off work) took about 4 hours. Which wasn’t too bad. The second time was a scheduled service. They did great on time I dropped it off at 8:00am it was out by 9:45am. The third time I called to schedule an alignment my appointment was at 8:45am I was on time. 11:05am they come to tell me it’s going to the alignment rack three hours later. Reason being not enough techs certified to do alignments. Which is a fine excuse but why have an appointment at 8:45am? Poor scheduling. I’m not from Memphis but it’s the closest dealership I live 1hr 20mins away. I didn’t leave the dealership until 4:00pm. Over 7 hours sitting at a dealership. Good job guys!

I called the dealership at 3:45 pm on a Friday because my tire hazard light was on. The person that answered the phone told me to bring it in. I called back a few minutes later to see if I had road hazard, she said that I did but I couldn’t bring my car in because they were already shutting down for the day. At this point I’m six minutes away. I arrive and now it’s not that they’re shutting down, it’s that they have too many cars in front of me. There is a knot on my tire and the tech offers to put air in it. These are the exact same people that advised me that a knot was dangerous in the first place and it put me at risk for a blowout!! I’ve spent almost $2000 on tires in 3 years. I was literally at Firestone and could’ve just purchased the tire while I was there rather than trekking across Memphis only to find out that I cannot utilize a service that I paid for. I am welcome to schedule an appointment for Monday, figure out a way to get to work (as all of their loaners are out until the 26th) and try to find a ride back in order to retrieve my car. If I could give them negative stars I would!

It took two days to get an answer from this dealership on an inquiry Id put through via their website. Once engaged in an email dialog, I was promised a call back with more information. I waited. And waited. Ultimately, I got tired of waiting and then had to chase them for information. I was ready to purchase an E-class sedan but this dealership couldnt be bothered to make a few phone calls to get me a fair price for my trade-in vehicle. Very poor sales experience. Maybe this is normal at luxury dealerships in the south, because this seems to be a recurring theme. Its not that way in larger markets like Arizona and California where the dealerships are eager to serve customers and interested in selling cars. MB of Memphis is a major disappointment. Other reviewers who have given high marks to this dealership probably dont know how good customers in other markets actually have it, and theyd be disappointed by MB of Memphis if they knew what they were actually missing.

My 78 yr. husband took our car in a couple of times due to our dash constantly showing a tire was low in air, would show 35-20 .my husband would always be assured that it had been completely checkedAnd nothing was wrong! But dash continued to show tire was down to 20.He returned last week had a 9:30 am Appt. at 11 still had not been seen and dealership drove him to our Daughters office where he once again had to wait in a waiting room (no Lunch)- dealership called him at 3:00 that car was ready and our daughter drove him to pick up car. We live 25 miles away.Once again Air went down - he took car to local garage they found A Nail and A hole in tire.

Amazing! My car was experiencing bluetooth connectivity issues. Mike and the rest of the MB team helped the most they could, and because they couldnt fix the issue they didnt charge me as much for the service they performed. Unbelievable customer service. We had some unfortunate issues with a used car that we purchased in August. The used car manager and the Mercedes dealership went above and beyond in helping us with our problems. They were helpful and accommodating at every turn. We can not rave enough about how we were treated. This level of service is hard to come by these days. The service I received from Mercedes-Benz of Memphis was outstanding! First, I would like to commend Shaun Owens in the service department. His level of professionalism was exceptional. Next, would have to be Philip Thompson. His demeanor was so accommodating. I somewhat borrowed his office. It was no problem and he was extremely helpful with some information regarding the area. I was traveling from Texas to Illinois and had to make a stop at the Memphis MB dealership. Without going into detail, everything was handled the way you would expect from a luxury dealership. Thank you so much! The Dallas-Lemmon Avenue Mercedes dealership does not show the same level of professionalism and acts as if you should not even be a customer. I travel to the Plano location instead. The only downside would be the dismissive attitude of the front desk receptionist, Sharon at the Memphis dealership. Even after I returned to Dallas and called to get names, her phone presence was somewhat rude and agitated. That is exactly the same way she was in person when my mother and I was there in Memphis. Another employee even noticed how ugly she was when she motioned to the sitting room as if she were herding cattle, in lieu of telling us exactly where the waiting room was. That employee promptly showed us and the look on his face showed his distaste with Sharons attitude. Next Mercedes we purchase, I will look into purchasing from the Memphis location. I was on a road trip from Florida to home in OK and had some issues with my brakes on my 2006 E350. I had no appointment but the people at MB Memphis were gracious enough to get me in, diagnosis my braking problem and I was back on the road within two hours! The service manager is a theif. He wanted $2,500 cash to try something. Then sabatoged my car by taking out the fuel pump fuse and relay when I refused to pay/try something. I went to redwine auto on mendenhall for half the price and better service.

This is a first class place hands down no questions asked they are first class to the Bone the other Mercedes dealership here in the city of Memphis is not a first-class place it is very noisy and very unprofessional but Mercedes-Benz of Memphis are the best in the Southeast Forest class they are very prompt they are very professional and it is really good place to take your Mercedes very peaceful very nice staff
