0 stars!! The worse ever. Prejudice and very distasteful. I was over looked for 30 mins. Serviced and so kind to all the white customers first. The guy who is suppose to explain to me the problem with my car dont know anything. He act like Im irritating him by asking questions. I was just here last week getting a crack in my oil pan fix in which I was over charged. They charged me for labor twice for one service. I will never come back to this place for anything.

All I can say is Calvin was a man of his words. GREAT SERVICE!!!!👍👍

I got a flat near West Memphis on my way to Knoxville from Texas, brought my car in for them to take a look and replace it. My service advisor Calvin did a great job explaining what they would be doing and showing me where my tire messed up. Service to look at the tire only took about 5 minutes, so there was no charge! Unfortunately they didn’t have my tire size in stock because it’s an unusual size, but he recommended many tire places in the area for me to call and check. He did everything he could to make my visit pleasant, he even recommended some sights to see there in Memphis before I hit the road!
