Went in for spark plugs for my 2018 f150 xlt. They had them which was great because advance auto said they would have to order them. So i found that extremely helpful. Great customer service, just was a little bit of a wait.

11:45pm is not midnight. No one answered the phone, so I drive across town and theres a store full of associates inside. I get the pandemic hours, but theyre not even being honored. This makes my future decisions for anything automobile related easier.

I limped my car there at about 11:30pm. After checking a couple of things to make sure I was confident I was buying the right part, got to the door at 11:40...LOCKED!! I was stranded in the lot for 2hrs and as the employees left, didnt say a word, offer to help, make a call or SELL ME A $15 THAT WOULD FIX MY CAR!!! And this is the main hub?!?! What a joke!!

2 stars as the guy did come out and was not rude at all in any way when checking my battery, Lost the other 3 stars due to telling me the battery was not bad, when it was as i had to replace it thru a competitor and he did not try to verify the alternator which he has the equipment to test it with, which he said was definitely the problem and needed replaced which is lazy not to offer. Will keep the experience in mind when i am looking for future auto parts needs to go to more customer driven location.

It took almost 1 hour for all of my parts to be pulled. I purchased brakes for the front and rear, spark plugs, coolant and an air filter. Also, I was given the wrong parts for the front and had to return them for the correct parts. I wasted another hour of my time having to do this.

Don’t order nothing from autozone. I bought a very important senor and paid extra for 2 day shipping, also bought windshield washer-fluid cuz why not. The only thing that came in was the washer fluid, and the $150 dollar senor( for a bmw) was “undeliverable” and got shipped back to this store. Called up there multiple times and not once did they answer.

Went to the 24 hour Autozone on Summer Ave. I had replaced a power steering pump on a 97 Ford Ranger. Once the replacement pump was installed. I filledThe new pump with the correct transmission fluid.Now I am thinking all will be good. Not the case! The newly installed pump is whining very loudly. I took it out on the road thinking it will working itself in. Not the case! So I go into the store and explain my disappointment. The replacement took about 4 hours because the pulley removal is tough.Now the AutoZone counter person “Betti” was the BEST! She understood my disappointment and assisted me with my return. I want to say Thank You to Betti for being so understanding and friendly! Betti will be the reason I continue to be an AutoZone shopper!Keith W.

Autozone Auto Parts on Summer Ave is the BIGGEST retail auto parts store in the city of Memphis, TN! The multiple varieties to choose from might be the only problem that you may have to deal with. Their staff are professional, reliable & have a whole lotta knowledge about everything theyre doing..and what needs to be done !!!!

Came to the autozone at 8 o clock tonight and was told that they are about to be closed til 9 because they are going on their break. ALL OF THE EMPLOYEES WENT ON THEIR BREAK AT THE SAME TIME They are supposed to be open til 12 so this is news to me. I have never heard of a store doing that ever. I hate I had to even come here and even give them my business. I wouldn’t wish this on my enemy absolutely terrible.

One of the top three customer service experiences I’ve had in Memphis. I went to this location alone, after 9pm and felt completely safe. I was met with real, sincere kindness from each associate I interacted with and had a battery tested & replaced in under 30 minutes. The associate who tested & replaced my battery took such incredible care of me—he even took it one step further by sharing his discount to help with the purchase of the new battery. I was so humbled and appreciative of the care I received from the whole crew. Highly recommend this location. Huge thank you to the entire crew for helping me out & taking such great care of me!

Is Summer Avenue location pretty fair they always seem to have everything you need didnt wait in line long pretty much in and out fairly decent experience handicap parking Galore up front and they have plenty of staff to keep the Lines Moving if they were super busy

Such a busy store they do have to have us wait in line to enter the store sometimes, I know it is the climate they have to do business in, they could try harder. There is no effort to sanitize between customers or to povide hand sanitizer for the customers waiting in line.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I will never use Autozone again. Placed a simple order online for a tire gauge. I went to the location to pick it up and was told we have no record on our system. The employee called someone on the phone and was told by the lady the order did show up in the system. I was told I had to call the customer service number to take care of this. The funds had already been taken out of my account. So needless to say I left with no tire gauge and they had my money. Im sure my review will have no consequence but I have filed a complaint with my bank.

Long story short- Dodge dealership failed and I discovered a lug nut (the lug nut lock) missing Acer feeling my car slightly wobbling on my road trip. With it being late in the evening on a Friday, no Dodge dealership was open.EDDIE helped me locate a replacement (temporary) lug nut, and came out to my vehicle to put it on my tire. Outstanding customer service. Super friendly and very helpful.YOU ARE AMAZING. I appreciate you sir. ☺🤘

I gave Autozone only three stars because we work on many cars daily and weekly. Out of those cars that we work on on a general week we normally I have several of them where AutoZone gives us body parts, incorrect parts or when we call they tell is incorrect information, prices or whether or not they have the part and stock. What do you not have this problem with Advance Auto or OReillys hardly ever! There are a handful of employees though, so you can tell really do care about their job and helping people I have come through for me many times which is why I did not rate lower than three stars. Another reason I did not write any lower is out of all the auto parts stores AutoZone is open the latest and has the most variety of parts at usually the best prices. Between the goods and bads a kind of balances them out. I think you do AutoZone for your reply and would encourage yall to just improve on training your employees a little better to give out better information and correct information. Also, when they check their stock, they shouldnt just use their computer tell them if its there or not but rather actually walk back to the shelf and make sure that the part is on the Shelf as that seems to be the general problem with their stock. Absolutely incredible customer service!!!! Derrick has now helped me for the second time in three days! I had a front headlight out so I swung by to get a bulb. While I was paying he went and installed it for me without implying in any way that I couldn’t do it. (Most people are shocked when a chick fixes cars).Two days later my engine light came on and my brake light went out. He helped me again and had to use a wrench to install my new bulb this time. My engine light was a simple fix, but he still helped me solve that problem fast too!! I will never go to another auto part store if I can help it. He has truly shown me Auto Zone’s commitment to customer service!!! A++++

Friendly, fast service! Even made employee refund purchase because of coupon not applied. Only to not have it work at all. Employee had a great attitude. They were busy and was not rushed, no ugly look or anything.I am surprised at the great service I have received in my last visits. Will continue to be a loyal customer. I have been to this store many times but yesterday was the most excellent experience I have had to date. I needed a battery. I was greeted when I walked in. I was acknowledged and asked to come to one of the registers. Purchased the battery, he installed it, and then wham, bam, he had me on my way. Way to go people!! I will be back! Thanks!

I recently stopped in to purchase windshield wipers for my wifes new car. Having never purchased them before I asked a clerk to assist with finding the correct ones. She immediately jumped on a computer terminal found the right size and offered me multiple options from best to worst wipers. Great Job!

I was returning a loan-a-tool, which I paid $115+ tax for, and picking up about $20 worth of parts. The guy helping me out decided to cut me a deal and gave me the employee discount and tax-exempted my purchase, just told me to keep it on the down-low basically, which I was fine with. But when I went to check out they rang it up and it took off 10% of the $115 I was supposed to get back as well as none of the tax I paid on it. I got $81 back instead of the $98 I wouldve received no deals at all. I understood it was probably just an error ringing everything up at the end, but it took them an HOUR to get me my extra $20 to me and the manager that gave it to me didnt even ask for an explanation he just asked how much and went and got it. I couldve told him $50 and he wouldve gave it to me! Another instance of employees here not caring, I went to buy a belt for my hotrod, and I changed pulleys around so I had to measure it to get the belt length. When I told the guy what belt I needed, he very sarcastically and sorta derogatory how do ya know that?? And kinda chuckled after. I then proceeded to explain how to read belts and decipher the belt numbers which changed his attitude. There has been a few other instances as such, but this store in particular is very unprofessional in my opinion. If you need to go to AutoZone, pick one other than this one to go to.

Truck driver just trying to get some rest open parking lot, ask for permission, ( most drivers will not) to park and rest, for delivery next door at lowes( no truck parking due to mulch)Told to wait untill 7:30am to talk to gm.( it 5:am)My time runs out befor that time. So must move on to find a spot. Wonder why drivers are tired and aggravate. Asking for something simple and cant get an answer.It would suck if a driver got turned away and ended up in a crash and it just happened to be the family of the that turned a tired driver away.

Im posting this because public manners is the subject :The lady with the short hair /I went in to buy battery and it was a done deal as Im speaking to her she loudly just burps makes it ssss. After the manly burp I could almost smell her breath I was so grossed out I just want to throw up so I left . Mind you I work for AutoZone in store and at the call center that used to be on primacy parkway and I guarantee you my managers would have written me up on the spot. So at the next employee meeting I suggest someone remind this lady that what is acceptable in your home may not be acceptable in public. ( My 64 your old aunt was with me... said she will not spend her money at a store that allows rudeness. Because her money pays their paycheck.)
