Sent our Polaris 6x6 for service after buying a used one. After 5 weeks off hounding them in when it would be done we finally went to pick it up. New carburetor and fuel pump… got it back and it doesn’t run. Fuel lines not connected, and no regulator at all. They have no idea what they are doing and we are still fixing it after they “fixed” it.

Bent an A Arm on my xp4 1000. Called this dealer to price a replacement on 6/14/2021. First call was answered and immediately hung up on. Second call was answered spoke to someone who again hung up on me. Third call answered and someone took my name, phone #, model of machine and part needed. Said he would look it up and call me back. July 3rd, haven’t heard from anyone yet. If this is their idea of customer service, I’ll be driving to another city or ordering aftermarket parts. Great job Polaris of Memphis.

Parts department is rude and unhelpful. I asked about a simple part, (clutch bushing) and if they stocked them. The rep said, yes, we keep them in stock. I asked if he could please check to be sure, because I was going to ask my wife to pick them up on the way home, he just said Hold on, and put me on hold. When he came back, he said No, we dont have it - somebody didnt reorder it.. Needing it quickly, I asked if he could give me the part number, so I could order it online, and Id course he said NO - WE DONT GIVE OUT PART NUMBERS.I would have bought it from them today if they had it, but because someone didnt reorder it, and there are no other Polaris dealers around, I guess I will have to hope I order the right one.Thanks for nothing Polaris of Memphis. Rest assured, I will travel to Abernathys Polaris before even considering coming to you again. You have lost a customer.

If I could give negative stars, I would. This, by far, is the worst establishment I have ever attempted to do business with. Kevin is a jack leg and will say anything that he thinks sounds good even if it is absolutely false. I have no idea how Polaris endorses this franchise. Who smokes on the sales floor in the year 2020? Never trust them with your personal info. Do yourself a favor, and spend your money elsewhere.

All smiles and handshakes for the purchase experience, when I had mechanical work done it was very unprofessional, jackleg mechanic bartered my front fork with a hammer to separate the ball joint.Bringing it to the owners attention he attempts to say it was done prior to the work, I had just bought it 6 months prior. Eventually owning up to the marring the owner said I was not a certified mechanic so I didnt understand what was involved and a definite no on my request to replace the fork.he loves selling them but keep your machine out of his shop.Polaris customer service gave me a blow off also.Ill go with Honda next time.

I am puzzled about some of the negative reviews on this business. For me the service and sales personnel were friendly and helpful. I am 100% satisfied with my interaction with this business. Sabotage by negative review? I think someone has an agenda. Trust me that these are good people.

I thought it was just me til I read these reviews. I walk in today, I walk around and look at some units and no one says, “welcome to Polaris” or nothing. I’m starting to believe this store is family owned the way they do business. Because after everybody is complaining about the same thing and no changes, they apparently don’t care. This is the second time I received this same service from them.

Dishonest and deceitful. Owner deliberately adds time to service work. Recently had a unit worked on and had over 3.5 hours added to the actual work time. The mechanic that worked on my rzr clearly told me what was involved in the repair and that time was more than doubled by the owner himself on the invoice. When confronted, he conceded an hour but was unwilling to honor the time actually spent on repair. Very unimpressed with the level of service and the overall time(5 weeks) it took for a relatively simple repair. I will not be using Polaris of MEMPHIS for any needs moving forward and highly recommend finding another shop for any needed repairs.

I give one star only because there is no zero star rating. This company has the absolute rudest people I have ever met. They do not care one iota about customers. They have the worst sales service, customer service and parts and repair service. If you want to buy, DO NOT GO HERE.

Have used a year or so ago with no issues . I took my Polaris sportsman in to be repaired on February 4, 2016. They called and gave me a price of under two hundred fifty dollars and said they were almost finished on February the 11. 2016 . Then he said he would have a girl call me right back with the exact amount so I could bring enough cash . She did not call me until three hours later, and said I could pick it up and the price is now over five hundred dollars.. They just told me John the owner would would not be in until Monday February 15.. No one can do anything with out John . This is freaking unbelievable . I will come back and let every know how I am treated !

Terrible business. Uneducated staff. Extremely hard to deal with after purchase ESP if the fix is under warranty. Highly advise you spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

Wish I could give zero stars. Complaint 1), Service tech scolded me because he drove my unit out front and I was unable to make it that day to pick up. Very rude because I had something alter my schedule. Complaint 2), I talked to another service tech and he mentioned to me that it was an easy service and all they had to do was add coolant but when I got to the place to pick it up, the owner charged me $300 extra on top of the $275 service without cause. Never received a phone call about additional work needed and the fact that the service tech told me that it was nothing to it, really shows that the additional money was not needed. When I questione the owner about it, he was extremely arrogant. It’s obvious to me that they are a struggling branch and robbing people to stay afloat.

They had my 2016 rzr highlifter for a month. When I got it back there were zip ties holding my front brake line on and the ball joint had popped out on the driver side. Btw This was an insurance job for left front end damage. When I picked it up the second time, I was going down the road and noticed the front bumper was crooked. I turned around and went back. I was told that the frame was slightly bent. Talked to my insurance company, they agreed take it to Abernathys get it fixed right. So that is where it is getting a frame swap. Do not take anything here.

Broke the starter while doing an estimate. They charged me 150 to clean the carburetor and 150 for an estimate. Brought it to work to work on it and found that they had cut a line to the carburetor and never replaced it or plugged the spark plug back.

I wouldnt buy anything here. Called to ck on price of a 4wheeler and salesman asked where I was calling from when I told him he said I should buy it from the town I called from. I hope the owner see this!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Worst service ever. My bike has been there for almost 3 months on a 2 week problem. They duck and dodge every question and rarely get things covered under warranty

The workers were hanging out in office with 3 families in showroom. No worker ever acknowledged these customers. I told them apparently they do not want to sell any units today since no one has helped me or any other customers. Their response Are you ready to buy, I replied I am but not at this dealership.
