Go Somewhere Else!!!!!!!!!!!!This is the worst company possible to do business with. I ordered a go cart and then canceled the order the next day before it shipped. By their own contract I should have not owed them anything. They charged me 20% restocking fee. Several employees told me that I should get a refund but it never happened. These people are incompetent with no integrity.Run away as fast as you can!

Very dissatisfied. I paid $2196 for a go kart for my grand daughters. It took 5-months to get it. You shipped it to my daughter with the understanding that you were going to ship her a new dash because when you received it the dash was broken. That was over 3 months ago so my grand daughters have never been able to ride in it at all. Can you please fulfill your obligation and ship it ASAP. PLEASE

Absolutely do not do business with this crooked company. I ordered a go kart for my sons birthday, a week after placing the order I go to log into my account to check the status and my account no longer existed. Every time I tried to call, I got hung up on. Finally I was able to reach someone via email and requested to have my order canceled. I paid 1880 for the go kart and received a refund of 1660. So they made off with over 200$ free money. This was their fee for refunding me my hard earned money. A terrible experience

They ordered me a new throttle handle allegedly over 2 months ago and I have not heard anything from them. Have sent several emails on why its taking so long, and have not gotten any promising or real responses. The 150cc super hornet I purchased from is a good acooter, just needs a throttle handle. I dont like being jerked around or waiting for long periods of time

Bought a raven 250 sent wrong title first of all they did correct that but now i rode my bike 1 time put 100 miles on it and now it will not start called service department guy was helpful but i did what he said still nothing paid 2330 for a piece of porch art have requested to return numerous times never get response to those emails very dissatisfied with this company and their product

Wholesale ATV is a joke. They do not care about customer satisfaction or customer retention. They handle business very poorly and will not hold themselves accountable for botched orders & refunds. They cancelled my order and did not care to contact me or give an order update until I called them for an update almost one month after the cancellation occurred. I do not recommend doing business with Wholesale ATV. Spend your time and money elsewhere.

Ordered my ATV July 18th received email ATV ready for delivery on 8-3-21. As of today 9-9-21 I haven’t received my ATV. Don’t buy from them trying to get my money back.October 5th They finally sent my order, however, it didn’t come with everything as ordered. The seats have stains on them. A rim was damaged.Call wholesale ATV they stated I had to file a claim to have the items replaced. Claim was denied because it’s considered cosmetic damage…… DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Took about 3 months to receive a go cart, wasnt even the one I originally ordered. Paid 400 for it to be shipped fully assembled which it was not. Ive called numerous times and the manager is always busy. Bunch of crooks. Save yourself the hassle and do business elsewhere

Exceeded expectations! Ordered ahead of our daughters birthday due to the disclaimer on their page stating it could take up to 6 weeks for the order to process. Received her Tao Tao 110 B1 Boulder today and decided to give it to her 6 weeks early. Her face has not stopped smiling since we let her open the crate. Quality machine, quality service, and prompt delivery. I would absolutely order from them again!

I didnt receive what I ordered! I purchased a kids atv in November 2020. I have had issues with it. I spoke to Daniel in sales and John in warranty numerous times. Here we are in May of 2021 and nothing has been resolved. I was promised alot by this company and the have delivered zero! I have over 20 emails back and forth, mainly me to them!THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU, THE CUSTOMER!DONT BUY FROM THEM!IT WILL BE THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF YOUR LIFE!They have been reported to the BBB!Attached are photos of what you will receive from them. I was sent the wrong color with no notification and promised the correct kit would be sent to me. The package arrived damaged. The body was chipping and leaning to the left. The bearings wear out of the tire. The body was scratched up.Daniel instructed me not to refuse the shipment because its in the agreement. John promised me a new body kit, then told me a $.98 can of spray paint will fix those scratches, then told me to take the tire (which keeps leaking air) to a tire shop to fix it!What the hell kind of customer service is that!Completely unexceptable!***UPDATE*** As of 6/2 I still have not received any communication from this company. After reporting them to the BBB, in hopes they would resolve my issues, still nothing! What a pathetic company! Do yourself a favor, spend the extra and go buy local! These people are con artists!

Arrived before expected. Easier to build than expected with help of video and manual that comes with cart. Extremely fun, and a great family project to build, and use. Wife loves it, 14 yo son loves it baby too. Fear not this is a good company selling a good product. Have owned since Jan 26 2021.

SCAM ALERT!!!!! SCAM ALERT!!!!! BAIT AND SWITCH!!!!! Do not purchase!!!!I Saved up money to purchase a ATV for my son and was robbed of 10% of the money. After looking at there website I found what I thought was a great ATV for a good price. I called the number at the top of the website to confirm that the ATV was in stock. I was assured that it was in stock and would ship in 3 to 4 weeks. After 2 weeks of hearing nothing I decided to call and check on the status. I was then told that the ATV was actually never in stock and I would have to choose a different model because they did not know when the model I ordered would be available from the factory. I choose a new model and again waited 2 weeks and called again to check on the status. After being hung up on MANY times and speaking with multiple very rude people I then spoke to a so called manager. This manager put me on hold for 20 mins and then lost my order. I then had to go over the entire order yet again with her and after being told that it MAY take 6 to 8 MORE weeks to SHIP my order I canceled the order and was charged a 10% processing fee. I now can not buy My son what we have saved so long for and will have to save for next year. Do not get Swindled as I have spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

No it is not safe to ride would you let your kids ride with safety items missing ie 2 pieces of the roll cage. Its a shame that you dont answer emails or return calls great business practiceCheck with BBB before you purchase. I have a side x side I can not drive because I have pieces of the roll cage missing. Been trying to get parts since March had unit for 6 months and zero miles.

The item took a little longer to arrive than what was advertised 7 week in total. The item had minor damage and quite a lot of rust. However the item went together in about 3 hours with okay instructions. If you are mechanically inclined you will have no issues. There were no missing parts which is huge for something like this. I have put on almost 9 hours at half throttle and one more to go then I will get toService it and see how it drives at full throttle. For me it is worth the money for my purchase. I will update my review as the months go buy if anything comes up.

I had pre ordered an atv from this company. They charged my credit card for the full amount, and then later when they raised their prices they went and sent me an email telling me that they have cancelled my order after I had been waiting for almost 6 weeks. They then told me that my credit card would be credited the full amount within the next 10 days. It has now been one month they still have not given me my money back. Do not buy from this company especially a pre order. They cannot be trusted. It looks like now I need to find a way to get my money back from them.

I bought a 150cc scooter online, I called ahead to check availability and wait time. The person on the phone verified availability and told me 4-6 week wait. I chose the option that was not completely assembled, it was easy to assemble just back shock, front wheel and securing the handle bars. I received my scooter in Pa in under three weeks. I am very pleased. When it reached the local freight company they texted me to schedule delivery for the next day. It came in a large box truck, the scooter was in a steel cage inside a large box. It came in perfect condition. The only thing that disappointed me was I got the wrong color but it was correct on their paperwork. Make sure you order the title online also it does not come with it, I am now waiting for it, it was no extra charge. If you are thinking about buying a scooter on line I recommend this company.

Worst experience ever. Ordered an air filter for my wheeler and paid almost $40 for next day air. It’s been over 2 weeks and I haven’t received the item or even heard anything about it. Tried calling and emailing them numerous times with no reply! Do your self a favor and shop elsewhere! This company is nothing but some scam artists!

I recently placed a order with Wholesale ATV for a dirtbike for my son. They have the widest selection of bikes and the best prices that I have found to date. I have always been able to reach someone when calling with questions and they are very prompt about returning phone calls. The staff I have talked to are very friendly and well spoken. Once the dirt bike arrives I will update my review with photos of the crate as well as photos of before and after assembly and the exact transit time.

Ordered bike last June and it worked for less than 10 minutes. I spoke with a person named Chad after taking 15 calls to get a return call. They had me send in video where the motor is clearly locked up (yes used right mixture, gas etc). They sent me a pull rope 3 months later to fix the problem. That doesn’t work on a locked up motor. Now I’m 8 months into this horrible mess and no one usually answers the phone. No one responds to email. Son still without his bike. Next up is lawsuit I guess since I’m nearing the 1 year limitation mark. I guess they can pay a lawyer $1,000’s to fight it rather than repair a $400 bike. Thankfully my state allows me to sue for lawyers fees also. Avoid this place like COVID!!UPDATE: This is a 2 stroke motor that came with a bottle of 2 stroke oil but Wholesale ATV is claiming it’s a 4 stroke motor. They lie right here on the review. You gotta love it. I have the receipts and paperwork showing it’s a 2 stroke. They also claimed it was just the pull rope and sent me a new casing with a new pull rope… for a locked up motor. Ha

The way this establishment is conducting business is illegal, ordered a dirt bike from them, heard nothing for months then out of the blue I get an email stating the bike I ordered wouldn’t be coming in and I had to choose another unit. This is Illegal. I wasn’t offered a refund but I pursued and eventually got my money back. Do Not Do business with WholesaleATV.

Wonderful company to deal with!! We ordered 2 adult Bull 200. They came as pictured. The only complaint I would have is they were stacked on top of each other. We had to get someone with a Bobcat to lift the one off the other. But I would definitely order through them again.

The product is wonderful and my kids love it! Easy to assemble, started right up as soon as I had it assembled! My only issue was the time it took to get my ATV. It was 4 days shy of 6 months before it was delivered and I couldn’t get any answers from their sales team. But I give it 4 stars because the product is everything I needed it to be!

They are an awesome company to work with. I bought 2 Tao Tao Boulder 1 4 wheelers and the customer service was excellent on the sales side. They arrived exactly when they were suppose to for Christmas and in excellent condition. Spoke with James in service/parts a couple of times and I could not of asked for a more pleasant gentlemen. I will definitely buy from Wholesale ATV again.

As far as the Electric Children’s ATV, the 5 year old loves it . The description states up to a 15 year Old child can drive it . the 10 year old knees already hit the dashboard even with the seat all the way back... The 4 wheel drive works great.. I hope either the seat or dashboard can be modified to accommodate the 10 year old because that is who it was purchased for.. The communication from them was horrible. I actually had to track down the shipper to find out where and when it was to arrive in NÉW YORK .. Good Luck

You need to read the top of the web site page. it took 2 months to the day to receive my off road go cart. The delivery was right on time. I am still putting it together fairly simple if you have ever worked on cars. I am impressed with the cart. Will follow up in a week or so. On how it runs.

The bike arrived in excellent condition. The only problem we had is the screws that attach the lower triple tree immediately stripped the screw hole on the brake side.Other than that everything is great

I was very disappointed!!! I tried to order a helmet for my daughter to start her race season. I tried emailing them several times to ask them a couple questions I even tired calling a few times as well no one would answer and no way to leave a message.!. Maybe if they had better communication.

We ordered an in stock gokart in January. They promised it would be delivered by the first of March. Found out in April they no longer carried it and wanted more money for a different gokart. We said no. They refunded our money but kept 10% even though they could not fulfill the contract. Check their Better Business Bureau Rating (F). They are definitely running a nice little bait & switch scam.

I received my ATV about a month and a half ago and have loved it so far. I bought the raptor 200 and it has plenty power for me and I weigh 170 pounds. I had to tighten a few bolts up but I expected that because of the shipping but overall it’s been excellent and customer service was top notch.

Buyer Beware, In Stock does not really mean in stock. Ordered a bike showing to be in stock. Payment processed immediately, e-mail received indicating my order was received. I waited 10 days, due to message on website relating to slow processing times because of Covid, to get an update. After 5 phone calls and an hour plus of hold time, someone finally answered and asked if I was aware the item was a preorder. It clearly stated in stock when the order was placed. Now because it’s outside the 24 hour window, they will keep 10% if I want to cancel. “Management” called and advised it may have been in stock when ordered but by the time order was processed it was out of stock. They never called me to ask if I was still interested since it was no longer in stock. They’d be happy to cancel my order as long as I pay them $200. What a racket.

Save your time and money! Good luck getting your order for an in stock item. I called to verify it was in stock before ordering and was told yup, it will ship within 2 weeks. I ordered it under this information from their associate, and Ive been told now for a month its shipping the next day, shipping isnt that backed up stop making up excuses. Lies after lies and then they steal fees out of your money after fighting to give you a refund. Ive asked for a callback from a manager many times just to be avoided through emails. If you like gambling it sounds like some people got lucky, unfortunately I didnt.

Terrible experience. I placed an order on May 31st 2020 and never received my order. I talked to multiple people on the phone over the course of almost a year and they always told me oh just a few more weeks it’ll be shipped out. About a month ago I spoke to Kim and Carol and they said for sure it will be shipped out in 3-4 weeks on March 20th 2021. I sent an email last night asking what was the status of my order since I had not received anything and I got an email saying I requested a refund (which I did not) and that my order was cancelled. I understand that I ordered this item during a pandemic BUT I’ve seen people order the same item after me and receive it but I never did. Just be careful taking a chance on this company!

They sent me the wrong Go Kart. I paid for Trailblazer 200EX EFI. I got a trailblazer 200E no EFI. Then it quit working after 16 miles. That is when I realized I was sent the wrong Go Kart. I have called and sent emails to resolve the problem so many times I lost count. I get disconnected on all calls and no return emails. I got no refund for paying for the EFI that cost more then the carburetor one. And I cant get ahold of the warranty department to get it fixed. What a scam horrible company that care less about their reputation or doing the right thing.In addition, they have an F Rating with the BBB.

I ordered a motor from them almost a month ago. I have sent emails and made multiple phone calls. I only managed to get ahold of someone 1 time. They said they would pass my info along to the manager and I would be called back. That never happened. For those of you having these issues instead of filing for a return with them and having to pay their restock fee you can call your credit card provider and put in a dispute. Your money will be refunded and they wont receive a penny from you

I ordered an ATV for my son on July 31, 2020. The ATV I ordered was on back order and they stated it would take six weeks for it to come in and then two weeks to ship. I did make numerous phone calls which were answered by the call center. The call center was a little concerning as they did not seem to have a lot of information and make you ads the customer feel as though it was more of a scam than a legitimate business. I was told that the item should come in by the end of October. When I called back the ATV had not come in and I needed this ATV for my son’s birthday on November 19. I spoke to someone by the name of Chuck who was very helpful and even gave me his cell number to text him. He provided me with photos of another ATV that was in stock in the shop which was a smaller size but the same price. I switched the order, it was shipped two weeks later and my son did receive it on his birthday. Definitely need to be patient with this company but overall it was a successful experience!

This has been a terrible experience! It’s been over a month, almost 2 months since we received our go kart and it was missing parts. If I didn’t follow up with them, I didn’t hear from them. They still haven’t gotten us the parts and told us we could source the parts locally. This has been a large expense for something we can’t even use! I am so disappointed and wish we had gone with a different company!

Was more than patient with their time needed to get my grandsons 4 wheeler in. They had no problem charging my card for the full amount. A creditable business would send you random updates on your purchase.. not here. After more than 8 weeks and a threat to contact better business, i cancelled my order. I was charged a 100.00 restocking fee. Please justify that! You have no inventory. What happened to Southern Hospitality? Be weary

I purchased a go kart for my children 2 months ago. I received it and it was missing bolts for the headlight cover and a piece on the manifold was cracked. I contacted the company and paid for the piece to be shipped to me. The company took my money and has refused to answer me by phone or email. I have tried contacting parts, warranty, and sales and after being on hold for 10 or 15 mins it hangs up. As of today they still have not returned my multiple emails. I called every atv company in our area and they do not work on Chinese made atvs and I can not find the part elsewhere to order (which I should not have to do since I already paid for one) I would not recommend this company.

I ordered an atv from them on February 26 2021. Was told 7-14 day delivery it’s now April 28 2021 and still no atv and they don’t know if or when it will ever be delivered . I contacted my American Express card company and will let them get my money back. Save yourself don’t buy here

BE AWARE, once your order is placed and they contact you to let you know they are out of stock, you will pay a 10% cancelation fee!!! Also even though it says it is in stock, most of the time it is not. Placed an order for a scooter on March 11th, which they took my money right away, a month later I called to check on my order and it had been cancelled because my item was out of stock. No phone call no email nothing informing me that my order was not coming. Then to keep a 100.00 because of their mistake is beyond me. Very disappointed and heart broken.

Did the $99 ecu tune on my XMR 1000r, no more speed limiter, runs cooler, and the Bike runs MUCH better performance wise, seems to be using less fuel as well. Had a PCV with one of the power commanders tunes, for full exhaust / and air filter. The tune is a much better value and better performance gains.

We were so excited to get our ATV- it came earlier than we expected which was awesome. It runs great and we are very happy with it.

Bought a TOA go kart from them and broke within the first 10 minutes. Front ball joint popped out and wont stay in anymore. Still trying to get up with them to get them to make it right.

If I could give no stars, I would. I purchased a go-cart for 3k in December 2019, it stopped working the next month. They scheduled me for a repair 5 months out due to COVID-19, I came in and they told me I wasnt on schedule. its been over a year and the go-cart still hasnt been repaired. Now the go-cart is out of warranty. Cant even find the parts online that I need. Wouldnt buy a pencil from these people.

Ordered handlebar grips for a dirt bike. Get a text saying they will send shipping info when it is shipped. Ok no big deal I understand. Then a about an hour later I get a text saying that my order was canceled without explanation. I try to get in contact with someone to resolve this bc they are a Birthday gift only to sit and listen to an annoying automated message for 5 minutes and then get hung up on. I dont really leave reviews however yalls customer service sucks!

This place is awful. The employees lie about being “managers.” Shipped late. We paid for it to be delivered at our house, and it wasn’t. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere that the staff doesn’t treat their customers with zero respect.

I ordered clutch cable on April 1st 2021 and paid $8.26 for 2 day shipping. My order wasnt shipped until April 8th. It now April 13th and no part. Unfortunately I couldnt ride with my fellow veterans for our ride along fellowship. Sad thing is that the warehouse is located in a neighboring state about 4 hours away. I will NEVER order from them again. I recommend going elsewhere for your ATV needs. I tried to cancel shipment and they informed me of a 15% restocking fee Yhanks but no thanks👎.

Only if I would have read the reviews before purchasing a go cart from this company, I ordered my go cart on 27 October 2020 and as of today I have not received a shipment update. I have made several attempts to contact the store and sent numerous email inquiring about my order but as of today no response. Christmas will be here before you know it and my kids wont have a go cart because of the unprofessional actions of this company. If the go cart isnt available please just let me know so I can makeadjustments on my kids Christmas gift.

Arrived later than expected and shipping company that delivered to my house was difficult to deal with and get ahold of. Overall, experience was fine and would do it again. THIEFS, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! YOU WILL ONLY REGRET IT LATER. I ordered back in December and was told 8-12 weeks due to COVID-19. Followed up on my order two weeks ago and was told there is not ETA on my order. That I could choose an in-stock and wait another 8+weeks. I asked to speak to a supervisor and spoke to “Carol” and she was supposed to contact the company and find out more on my original order so that I could make a decision on changing the product or not. She never called, I called a few days later and “Carol” denied talking to me before and would not get on the phone (I could overhear conversation). Kept talking to another person who kept being the middle man, she stated that “Carol had been off all last week and there is no way I could have spoken to her, that someone must have acted like they were Carol.” I keep explaining why I was calling and eventually Carol says, “I remember now, tell him I have not heard back from them and that I will call him back.” To which I asked if she was off all last week, how come she remembered having a conversation that supposedly never happened? Of course, no answer from the lady on the phone. I was told she would call back Wednesday. (In 2days). I told the lady that I did not want to cancel my order because it would put me in the back of the line and I’d have to wait longer. Everything should be recorded anyways. Anyways, I never got a call (shocker right?) Three days after this call they cancelled my order without warning or calling. I called back and the system said I was willing to trade for an instock, but no other notes as to why it was cancelled. The won’t let you speak to a supervisor, the lady’s that answer don’t have answers. They tell you that a supervisor will call you back and they never do. They tell you to email headquarters and they don’t reply. You ask for a phone to headquarters and they only provide the same email. They will take any order whether they can fulfill it or not. Then they will cancel it and keep your cancelation fee. It’s almost as if this is free money to them. They tell you what you need to hear in order to pay and then they avoid your calls and emails like the plague whenever you want them to make good on the contact you both entered. I will continue to reach out and get the rest of my money, but I won’t hold my breath. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, LOOK INTO THEIR BBB COMPLAINTS AND WARNINGS. THEY ARE CROOKS, SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. AND SAVE YOUR KIDS DISAPPOINTMENT FROM TELLING THEM THAT NOW WE HAVE TO START OVER SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Bought an ATV for my 8 year old Granddaughter and she loves it. Wish it came with assembly instructions but watching the videos and taking my time worked out real good. Assembly is relatively easy. Would recommend this product to anyone looking to purchase an ATV. The one I bought is orange and white, its real sharp!!

I was so excited to get my scooter. It arrived in a decent amount of time and in good shape. My only complaint was there were no instructions on how to put the scooter together properly and hard to find videos online.

I WAS SCAMMED!!!! They had my $3,500. for 5 months and when I questioned where my ATV was, they told me they had no ETA and to chose a different one. Obviously this is a BAIT and SWITCH tactic. Customer service is that absolute worse!!!! Not worth the good prices. I lost money on credit card interest for 5 months and now they are crediting back the original cost. They never answer your emails and took 11 attempts before anyone answered the phone. Re-flash definetly improved throttle response and power, but, it did not change the cooling fan cycling. I was told it would. Inorder to change the cooling fan cycling (to lower the operating temp.) you must replace the thermo-switch on the radiator. I do recommend the re-flash for all Odes 800/1000 machines. From the factory, these machines are way too lean. Wholesale ATV were very good to work with.

Was sold an overpriced go kart and had to bring it back a week after Christmas b/c it was put together terribly. The vehicle wouldnt start and the 40 point checklist was not completed at all. The breaks came apart and when we took the vehicle back for service they charged us for labor and parts. They also did not provide a title at all. Look for an ATV elsewhere, this place is owned by someone who lives in California and the people running it rarely answer emails and phone calls.

The only damage from shipping were ripped roll bar pads. Hubby had it together in a day fir our grandkids to enjoy! Thanks.

They had excellent prices and were truthful from the beginning about how Covid19 has made a mess of orders and deliveries. Though it took 8 to 10 weeks which was disappointing to us because that was most of summer. They answered my emails and stayed to their word. Bikes arrived with some damage to package but bikes were fine. We look forward to running them this weekend.

I bought ATV TAO TAO RHINO 250D and dirt bike APOLLO DB21. Arrived In Time. No damages. Very GOOD Store. Will buy another ATV from them soon.

I have absolutely the worst experience. I bought a bike in April here it is November and I still cannot register the bike. I haven’t received the title or any paperwork adequate enough to get a tag. They haven’t even reported the purchase of this vehicle. I am sad and disheartened by this whole experience with all that is going on you need something fun to do that is why I purchased it in the first place. I pray that God has mercy on me and I get a title. I just wanna ride what I paid for.Respectfully

As most have said, as I found out later... They stock nothing! They say on the website that it is in stock, I even called to verify they had one, which they said they did... They do not! They tell me this now that I have paid! They will hold my $$ now until they receive one from the OEM, or I can pay the restocking fee. I ordered from them because they said they had one, I even paid more because of this... They LIE!

I ordered a Go-Kart in November for my daughter for Christmas (she knew it wouldn’t be in until supposedly a month after Christmas) well here I am 18 weeks later and no go kart just an email saying it was cancelled because they couldn’t fill my purchase. Not a call seeing if there was a different one they could ship. Just a text and an email at 9:40pm saying my order was cancelled! Sooo disappointed I will never attempt to order from here again!

After 18 weeks of waiting they just cancelled my order.After repeatedly talking with the sales department and others at the warehouse, I was told that they had it assembled and ready to ship. They were just waiting on the delivery truck. I was always pleasant while talking with them and never yelled and made it personal to those I talked to. I spoke to a lot of friendly individuals with awesome TN accents.When I asked why my order was cancelled, they told me I was rude. Truly unbelievable. But the entire process was unbelievable to me. I have never seen a company run this like one is. It is a miracle they can stay in business.I do not recommend you buy anything from this company as the only thing I got from them was stress and the feeling that I was bothering them when I asked about the status of my purchase from last June.On the other hand, I did get a full refund. Phweh!

For the money the go cart is absolutely priceless worth of fun

I’ve been waiting for about 6 months now to get my Apollo dbx-16 and I still haven’t received anything. Like a week and a half ago I emailed them to give me a update and they told me that my order was fulfilled. They also told me that they were waiting for my item to be picked up by the manufacture and once it was picked up tracking information will be sent. Hopefully this is true and I get my order soon, as in like 2 weeks from now.

I had a great experience with Wholesale ATV. I made the purchase and I think the ATV was here in three weeks!

These atv’s are well worth the money they stripped a couple bolts when they put what they put together when shipped but nothing I couldn’t fix

I will need to have the back brake rebuilt as the way it mounts it has come loose and makes a rattle noise all the time. Nice bike overall and it was packaged well.

Ordered a scooter said in stock. Fins out April 13 it is a pre order now and takes 8 to 10 weeks. But I order this back in March and still havent gotten any updates bout it. They barely return emails to. Just stay away.

We ordered an ATV on October 8 and have yet to receive a tracking number or communication with anyone!!!!! I have sent 4 emails(Nov 28, Dec 1, 7, &18) and countless calls that go unanswered. They now have a message stating due to pandemic don’t expect orders until after Christmas!!! Excuse me sir, but that should have been stated in October if due to pandemic cause newsflash....we’ve been in a pandemic!!! Had you read my countless emails, we’ve offered to drive the 6 hour distance to your warehouse to pick up the atv to avoid seeing the disappointment on my son’s face come Christmas morning when he finds out Santa did not bring him the one thing he asked for!!! My husband and I are beyond livid and we will never spend our hard earned money with your company again!!Signed,Sad and disappointed on Christmas Day!

I am also a victim of “Wholesale ATV”s” scandalized business which is not ethical at all to just take our money like you have and not respond to any of our emails and make us wonder where our monies have gone. I understand I ordered in a global pandemic but your website did not at the time mention a min 6 week processing time and for you to say it has said that is not moral at all your on here trying to defend yourself making you and the “company” you represent look like your a scam knowingly selling merchandise that you didn’t even have or know when you would be able to acquire the units you are selling and for you to charge such an insane restocking fee which I don’t think is ethical either because the unit technically hasn’t been shipped you guys aren’t right is all I’m trying to get out of this hopefully others don’t fall to be victims too I hope we all some how join together and have some action taken against your very scandalous “company”.
