Took my bike in for full service and also to replace rear left axel which I had and also replace all four boots on the front which I had and a according to another reputable shop they didnt do What they charged me for and winch was working when dropped off and didnt when I went to pick it up so Charged me for a solenoid they said they put on dropped off 8/23 picked up on 10/15 worst SERVICE EVER.

This place close to early on a Saturday. The reason I say that is because by them closing so early. Give people a chance to look elsewhere if they a drove a longway. But they really have nice and friendly people working for them.

I went in with $5000.00 to put down on a side-by-side. The customer service rep asked me how he could help and when I told him what I was looking for he states” GOOD LUCK”. He then preceded to tell me I could purchase from a list of what the might be getting in. I asked if I could special order one and was told no. I left and went to the Polaris dealership was greeted very friendly and told they would have no problem ordering what I wanted and it would be there in a few weeks. I then went to Bass Pro and was told I could take one home today. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.

Apparently they are one of the only powersports dealers in the region that will work on jet skis. I took my old Yamaha in to have it fixed since it stopped running. I was told they have a guy that can do it, bring it in! So i drive 45 minutes and drop off. Cut to the chase - 4.5 months later, they messed around with it, a little. But spent more time complaining about it than doing anything to fix it. So i drove another 45 minutes to retrieve it, not fixed, and the only words i got was have a nice day. Ive never seen a business that tells a paying customer to bring them work, then declines to do the work. Service at FRS is garbage.

Great service, answered all my questions about my Sea Doors an 4 wheelers

Ensure when you drop off your machine for service that you don’t accidentally leave ancillary equipment in its normal storage location. Otherwise, like mine, it’s likely to disappear to someone who obviously thought they needed it more than you. Also, it’s a good idea to inspect your machine to ensure it’s at least as clean as it was when you dropped it off. ‘Nuff said’........After being able to communicate with senior management, the problem with disappearing ancillary equipment has been resolved at a very satisfying level. Thank you to Ryan and Jake.

Dealt with the manager by the name of Harper in the service department. Incredibly respectful, prompt, and helpful young man. Seems to know more than your average service manager...especially compared to other local dealerships. This place is always busy so make an appointment ahead of time.

This facility is every mans personal ecstasy and Polaris fan but they arent authorized back-to-back service warranty and best prices on the only commercial grade or residential riding mowers on the planet that will hold up above and beyond a deer or anything else and that is the bad boy elite pro series zero turn and if you need trailers I highly recommend that you go down and talk to Mitch because you get what you pay for and you wont have to come back enough said great place

Called to have turn signals installed on my Suzuki Boulevard. Determined that the job could be done more successfully by myself. I had hoped to meet the staff at Powersports, however over the phone conversation I had with their service department Im glad that I didnt not work with them. I must have talked with the male employee on a bad day or maybe he lacks conversation skills because he came across stressed and sarcastic. I had a few questions for him pertaining to their services and he snickered at my questions. After thinking it over and understanding that the rate for the job was over priced and the duration of time suggested for the job was 2-3 days for installation (that I did by myself within hours), I decided to leave this review. I hate to admit I was not impressed and hope to see their customer service improve... Leaving 3 stars in good hopes. Live to ride and ride to live!

Got it 2016 CanAm Commander here and have been happy with the initial and follow up service! The initial service is very pricey, but somewhat understandable.

Store had poor selection. Most of the products didnt have tags and when you asked what the price was they didnt know. Out of the 4 employees there was only one person seemed to know anything. Really disappointed.

Picked up a leftover for a reasonable price. Received impersonal feeling on overall purchase from this dealer. Customer service was very poor. Team spirit was nonexistent. Travis and Marion are the only considerate staff at this location. Browsed the floor for over an hour looking at the bikes, apparel, and accessories without anyone offering assistance. They didnt care if I was there or not. If it werent for Marion, I think this dealership would be out of business! They are not professionals. There organizational skills are lacking significantly. They failed to order aftermarket parts that were paid for in advance. They failed to know when the parts actually arrived once they did arrive. The front desk folks failed to communicate with the service department mgr. Had the bike serviced but the service department was not capable of fixing the issue. Took it to another dealer that got it right the first time in. Thus, FRS is either very inexperienced, simply not knowledgeable, or didnt care to address the problem. If this is the Triumph Experience and loyalty to their brand of customer then I will PASS. Anxiously waiting for this machine to sell and I will never purchase this brand again nor will I recommend Triumph to any of my colleagues. My 50+ years of experience with other manufactures over the years surpasses the Triumph “adventure” by far! This experience will be shared with all I have an opportunity. I’m sure there are reputable Triumph dealerships but this isnt one of them. If you are really interested in a Triumph, I highly recommend dealing elsewhere.

Travis Alexander was the sale person who patiently explained the differences between the two brands and the additional benefits of Sea Doos. I just bought a pair of Seadoos from FRS. My experience in buying these was excellent! FRS has a huge variety of Seadoo models so its easy to find the right machine that fits your needs/wants. The sales team there is also great! Elderado was our sales guy and helped us throughout the entire process. He was a really nice guy that was very knowledgeable about every machine and made it super easy to find what we were looking for. He was open for negotiation and I truly believe he found us the best deal possible. If I had to do it all again I wouldnt hesitate to go back to FRS. Great store with great customer service.

Travis and FRS Powersports made my Triumph Street Triple R buying experience quick and easy. I was in the market to get myself back on a bike. I knew I didnt really want a Japanese bike or an American Bike. Was trying to figure out how to get an MV Agusta but all the logistics of having it in Memphis kept me from pulling the trigger. I happened to see the Street Triple and Daytona during a demo day for some BRPs that my friends went to. Travis told me the Daytona 675 was doing great on the tracks... so I went home and researched the engine and bikes. Great reviews... so a while goes by and I decide that a test drive was in order. Test drove the base Street Triple and I loved the transmission, engine and ride. Very refined. I figure the Daytona has the same engine etc so maybe that was a good option. The Street Triple R also has the same engine with upgraded suspension and brakes so Travis worked with me and I now own the Street Triple R. FRS Powersport and Travis made the process simple and easy... and I have myself a great bike that I recommend highly to anyone looking for a naked style bike with a refined manner.

I purchased my frist Can-Am off of Travis at FRS. I was initially going to buy a Grizzly 700 but after speaking with Travis, he sold me on the Can-Ams features and benefits and I felt great about buying from him. He has called me several times after the purchase just to check up which I really appreciated. Since making the purchase a year ago, not just Travis but both Eldorado and Denny call me by first name when they see and are always extremely helpful with any questions I might have. THe FRS team is a high quality group of people and I would highly recommend FRS Powersports to anyone looking for an overall excellent buying experience!!!
