I walked in on Thursday to be greeted by Mr. Curvan Hampton. He was very friendly and informative especially since this was my first bike. It was a fast and easy process. Also since this was my first bike I didnt want to hop on and drive it one hour so they held the bike until the following day for me and my brother to come back and get it. While the process was going through for the bike, they took me into the gear section and Steven just knew what size I was wearing and was spot on. I got a nice helmet, gloves, and a jacket for a really nice price. Gary Gentry is the general sales manager and he is straight forward. I like that. All in all it was a great experience and Im hooked. I love the bike that I got and will purchase my future bikes at motonation.

I had determined that my next dirt bike was going to be the Kawasaki KLX-300R. I walked into MotoNation of Memphis and sat down with Saleswoman Brooke Shepard. Though I had missed the last KLX-300R by an hour, Brooke said that she would work hard to find one for me. She did caution me that this might take 2-4 months. That sounds like a long time but I was willing to wait on finding this specific dirt bike. I made a deposit and began the wait. I had searched the web and found 1 in stock in Dallas for $700+ more than Brooke had quoted me as my final price. I found another 1 in stock in Huntsville, AL for $1200+ more than Brooke was offering her KLX-300R. As it turned out, even if it was by chance, I gave her my deposit and prepared to wait the 2-4 months. 2-3 days after giving her my deposit, she informed me that my bike was on the truck headed to her. She had the dirt bike in her shop before I could finish setting up financing. Brooke and Gary Gentry, the General Sales Manager, were easy to work with and made buying this bike a really pleasant experience. I highly recommend buying your bike/atv/SxS from MotoNation of Memphis for the $avings and the excellent customer experience. Bravo Zulu, Brooke & Gary!

10/10 would not recommend to anyone. We came in shortly after opening to look at some 4wheelers. Curve told us they had a brute force coming in and when it got there he would call me. He also said we could put a deposit down. I asked if we put one down and decided we didn’t like the item would I be able to get my deposit back? As to which he replied no. So you mean to tell me I’m just gonna lose my money? Absolutely not. I will never step foot in this establishment again. I don’t care if they call and try to give me one. I will also tell everybody to not come here. Bunch of crooks.

Here’s the short version:June 4: Dropped Off at MotonationMid-June: Informed that I needed a valve adjustment and Throttle Sensor.Late June Early/July: Advised that the repairs were complete, but that part of the problem was actually the air intake. Approved also replacing that.July 17: Delivered Air Intake Part that Motonation couldn’t get.July 22: Informed the four wheeler was ready. Paid for repairs and test drove in parking lot before loading it onto the trailer. Was not fixed. Left with Motonation.August 6: Advised that the initial repairs were not the source of the problem and that it was actually the wiring harness.September 16: Still not repaired. Requested GM or Owner contact me with no response.

Very NOT impressed with their staffs knowledge of manufacturer names and nomenclature. I asked for parts for a K6 GSX-R 1000 and was asked THREE times what year the bike was. Any DECENT Suzuki dealership would know IMMEDIATELY by my saying K6 that this was a 2006 model. Hmm, wondering if they have an L0 GSX-R 1000 on the floor?

Gary helped me with my ATV purchase and he was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to even open up on a Sunday to accommodate my schedule. Even though he opened up to assist me he still took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me and answer any questions I might have. I cannot recommend this place enough.
Took my 4 Wheeler, told them it bogs down in higher speed attempts, backfires when letting off gas, barely brakes in rear, and had been told it was jetted for race fuel and id like that undone. They called me in one week, said were done. Said it wasnt jetted, even though they didnt tear the carb off to see, adjusted the rear break lines and said they were fine now and essentially charged me $221 for a tune up for which I brought the oil,filter,&plugs. put a little front brake fluid in and topped off the rear end fluid. They drove it around their parking lot for a couple minutes and called it good. I got it home and it still has ALL the same problems. If you dont want to take on the project, dont. Its really that simple. Needless to say I will never come back. I understand that I have a rare and slightly difficult bike, but like I said, dont say youll do it if youre just gonna half a$$ it.

He rudely says it has been purchased & brought back & fixed ! So I ask if they will take any less since it states it was new & isn’t!! He rudely says No!! I’m getting on there and changing this !! Being nice goes a LONG WAY !!! Look on line for yourself I took a snapshot of it !!By the Way !! Bought a Pioneer 1000 less than a month ago from them from a different salesman!!T
While on a recent motorcycle trip, I encountered some mechanical difficulties along the way and stopped in without an appointment. Bo Reed (Service Manager) was extremely polite, understanding and professional. Understandably, due to there being other bikes already scheduled for service, he indicated that they would not be able to do a deep diagnosis, but he was more than willing to pull one of his mechanics to perform a topical analysis to see if there was perhaps a quick fix for my issue. I was back on the road within 45 minutes! That is nothing short of EXCELLENT customer service and I am deeply grateful to everyone who took the time to assist me. I cannot thank Mr. Reed and everyone at Motonation enough for their efforts in getting a fellow biker back on the highway!
Treated me with respect. They went above and beyond what they had to doing warranty work for me. An unnamed Mississippi Honda dealership told me there was absolutely nothing wrong with that motorcycle and it must be because I didn’t know how to ride considering I’ve had Harley’s and Honda‘s most of my life I find that funny and insulting . Motonation took on the warranty work And told me even after it was done that they are at Honda dealership they hold up their name and that’s what they’re about from now on I will only go to this Honda dealership I will buy my bikes here and have my repairs done here.

Everyone in the shop is very knowledgeable and will happily answer any questions you have! Dealt with Cody and Gary with our purchase and couldnt be more pleased! Gary did everything within his power to get us the best deal possible! As a short rider, they made sure that my bike height was as comfortable as possible and that I was a satisfied customer before leaving with it! On the second bike, we were worried that it wouldnt get approved but put your trust in them and they wont disappoint you! Bought a 2018 ninja 650 and the staff Curvan and Gary were super helpful and patient. They made sure my questions were answered and needs for what I wanted were met. Only down side to getting a new bike is having to wait for all the paperwork to be completed. Bo was excellent in giving instructions about the bike and how to operate it and when first service is due. Even though I am an experienced rider it was nice and helpful. Overall the staff is great. One of the best and easiest experiences Ive ever had in purchasing any power sports vehicle. The sales staff had quick responses to online questions and all details were exactly as they seemed( no smoke and mirrors, that always seem to happen with the larger dealerships once you arrive). The service department answered all of the questions I had about my new bike. They also made sure I was happy with the set up before I left the dealership. I will defiantly be buying from this dealership again in the near future.

I have dealt with a lot of shops and bought a lot of bikes, but Bellevue is by far the best dealership I have worked with. Chris and his staff are the best. The only dealer in the Mid-South that gives back to the local riders. These guys have supported the local motocross group from day one. Cant thank them enough for what they do. They make the choice easy for me on where to buy Kiefers bikes.

I just completed purchasing a 2017 Suzuki GSXR 750. Gary has been excellent and made the entire purchase seamless and a breeze. He had all the paperwork ready to complete we were in and out after a few signatures and we were done. This is not the typical dealership with pushy annoying sales folks. I will purchase from him again and I will certainly refer folks to this dealership. When I have had correspondence with Cody, he was also excellent. A lot of other shops in the area have long wait times for service. Not Bellevue.For example, Olive Branch Motorsports told me they would need my quad for an estimate of 2 weeks and they wouldnt take appointments so I was suppose to just drop it off with the hopes of having it in a few weeks. Bellevue took 2 days and called me with updates. Its the only place ill have it serviced and I drive by two other big name shops to get there.

Hard not to like it when I got my first back from them. The craziest part about it is the person that sold me it remembered me, my moms name, and where she worked. That was two years ago. Means a lot when I come back and they remember me as just not a sale.
Just bought a new 2016 Kawasaki Mule Pro FXT EPS. Dealt with Cody, once in person, the rest by email and text. Great experience. Not pushy like typical salespeople. Negotiated an excellent deal with no strings attached. When I went to pick it up, brought a cashiers check for the price quoted, handed it to Gary, and I got the vehicle. No hidden costs at all. The Service manager went over the vehicle with me, and said the first service would be due in 150 miles, but since logistically it wouldnt be easy for me to return the item to them, he told me what needed to be done and what fluids to buy, which I did from their parts department. Overall I was very pleased and satisfied with this transaction and would definitely return when the wife allows me to buy more toys!!!
Yesterday was my first time doing business with Bellevue. Usually when doing business with dealerships and part stores, I have to wait an extended amount of time for service. Joe and Gary were prompt and patient. They assisted me with ordering parts for my bike past business hours, without rushing and complaining. Bellevue is the store to do business with for all motorcycle, UTV, and ATV lovers.

I certainly miss the way Bellevue did business. Motonation have some things to learn about customer service. Pitiful experience.

How can you replace a belt and less than 5 miles later it is broken when it couldve been a defective belt? They could have at last looked at it. But I get blown off with Im sorry man, but I just confirmed with my manager and theres nothing I can do but it will be 225 dollars to get it done AGAIN. As a business person myself, they could have done at least an attempt to help. I dont post things like this but it is not fair to the customer to have to go through something like this. Taking it elsewhere, hopefully it wont happen again to someone else.
