Zero Indian motorcycles on the showroom floor. Called Indian motorcycle customer service and they said this was not an authorized Indian Dealership. What’s going on here? Was this place a dealership at one time and not anymore? I couldn’t get a straight answer out of the salesman. Seemed shady.

My Slingshot would not play a zip drive with music on the USB Port. Service tech checked it out for me and it was my zip drive format not compatible with the player. He showed me how to fix the issue. Kudos to you for the help.

Purchased a $12,000 machine from them. Later had them put on a winch and light bar at TOP dollar. Needless to say they had it “ready” for pickup and the winch was NOT even bolted down, falling off. plus I find out a year later, sunday, that the winch would only release 12 inches due to the rope being all tangled up!!! Not to mention both of my 12v ports were disconnected upon pickup. Yea DO NOT GIVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO THESE CARELESS LAZY WORKERS. THIS GOES FOR THE mt. Moriah location as well. They Never give straight answers as to what a standard service costs. Oh yea the SERVICE SALES guy had a meltdown discussing the service price and walked away, like a child could not have business discussion regarding Why he always changed the price of service of fluids. Completely shady operating practices.

Great dealership. No dealership fees. Only bad thing was some dried wax on the bike I bought. Looks like splattered on it and it was hard getting it off.

We bought two new Victorys from this shop..2016 cross country touring and 2017 cross country. From new, the 2017 Cross Country had an oil leak coming from the rear cylinder. Their shop could not find the leak after many attempts and blamed me (the customer) for overfilling during an oil change. In desperation, I took the bike to another shop 168 miles from my home. The oil leak was immediately identified as a hair line crack in the valve cover, from the factory, and repaired. Blaming the customer hardly ever works. Needless to say......we deal with the shop that is clean and has the expertise to fulfill our needs.

Disappointed that you didnt have hardly any logo shirts with your name on them, we travel and stop at as many Indian dealers to get shirts, you had about 5 all small sizes.
