Charles is exceptional! He took the time to really explain to my grandmother and me what type of hearing loss she has and how her hearing aids will not only make her hearing better but also her quality of life! Him and Kimberly also assisted us in finding out if my grandmother had any coverage through herinsurance and if so what that would be. They were also so kind to help us file the claim which was a HUGE help! I will be letting everyone I know to bring themselves and their loved ones here! Thank you both so much!

Been trying to order new hearing aids for over a month. First they had no insurance forms, then had no idea how to fill out the insurance forms. Paid $1690 up front over a month ago and still no hearing aids

My husband purchased hearing aids at the store about a year-and-a-half ago. They have worked very well. We had problems with two of them. They wound up replacing them. Just $20 cost for shipping. The man their works very hard at making sure that you get the best use out of your hearing aids. We go in every few months. He checks out my husbands ears to be sure theres no wax buildup. Then he checks out the hearing aids to be sure theyre still functioning properly. They have been a real life saver for us both.

The office is small and easy to miss, but once you find them the service is great. The audiologist goes above and beyond to be sure you are comfortable and that your hearing aids are the best fit for you.Follow ups are met with the same level of friendly concern as your first pre-sale visit.

My husband and I started to go to Audible about a year ago because a friend referred us there. John is a true professional and has done so much for us. His expertise with the workings of our hearing aids goes without saying. We have never heard better! Thank you John!

What a wonderful experience! My mother is 89 years old and has been in and out of so many hearing offices looking for proper care. We have been told I cant help you and/or I will not touch your hearing aids unless you purchased them here. Initially just based on the friendliness and pleasantries of the staff, immediately upon walking into John Vicentis office we were feeling like we found the place we were searching for. Then, Later, we were sure we did! He spent 3 whole hours with us. From cleaning her ears (which no one else has ever done) to a complete hearing test to cleaning and servicing her previously purchased hearing aids. I cannot put into words how happy my mother and myself were when we left his office. My mom now feels like there IS hope for her and we are actually looking forward to going back for her follow up appointment.
