I am a big believer in first impressions, of persons, places, or things. Upon entering the Viera office I was surprised how bright and cheerful it looked which does put you at ease immediately. Theresa was most pleasant and Gerald was very welcoming. He was very knowlegeable and before the test explained, in detail, the steps involved in the hearing test. I had never had one before so that helped me to relax. After the test, he again explained the whole process of hearing which I was not aware of.so it was an educational experience for me as well. 8/7/21I have had the pleasant experience of having my annual hearing exam by Gerald Brown, Hearing aid Specialist. In addition he performed the task of molding a new microphone for my right ear. I was having issues with the fit of the normal microphone and the new custom unit has vastly improved my hearing and comfort. This once again reinforced why I am a satisfied client of Miracle-Ear. I escort my 97 year-old aunt to her Miracle Ear appointments and we are always treated to a lovely reception room and clean testing rooms. I am able to accompany her if necessary and her needs are well taken care of at every visit.

The Suntree Miracle Ear staff are very professional, the receptionist is very friendly and made me feel welcome. My husband and I are very happy with Miracle-Ear and we replaced our hearing aids just over a year ago! It was perfect timing after 5 years with an ENT and audiologist who were just okay—it was much harder to schedule appointments and the hearing aids were never as good as Miracle-Ear. I suffered from severe itching ear canals and could barely keep hearing aids in my ears—the doctor tried many options but never solved my problem. Miracle-Ear ear did solve the problem and don’t think the doctor’s office knew about this option! And, the fittings they gave me are amazing and I have better hearing now, without itching and a great fit. It’s so easy to reschedule now when we have a conflict. They figured out how to make the Covid issue bearable and keep our checkup schedule too—by allowing 1 couple or person in at a time.

They are kind and caring and take good care of they patrons. Jump in pool once I can right in with then and they saved me hearing aids yeaI thank them for that.
