All I can say is (wow) came down from michigan had problems with my brand new hearing aids that I bought in michigan. And I was taken care of with in a hour of calling this center no questions asked. Great person to work with she knew what was wrong as soon as I walked into the appointment. I was in and out within a half hour. great job florida beltone.

We had first hearing test. Test was easy and short. The lady was professional. After the test she explained to us about hearing loss and suggested wear ear plugs when doing noisy work. We asked for a copy of the test result. The whole process was about 20 minutes.

The hearing technician is extremely knowledgeable and informative and takes a sincere interest in customers.

The audiologist, Peter, was absolutely wonderful. I have never had any experience with hearing aids and Peter was very patient with me as we worked through the process of testing, getting the devices, and then getting them set up for me. My hearing loss wasnt severe but Peter was fantastic in explaining it to me and helping me understanding what my hearing issues were and how the devices would be set up for my specific requirements. Its amazing how much simpler things have gotten now that I can hear CLEARLY. THANKS Peter and Beltone for making my life a little bit better!!

Great hearing test very in depth
