Totally amazing 1st. Visit. Been dealing with Tinnitus for almost 2 years and has gotten worse to where it is effecting my daily life. Have been to 2 other hearing clinics. Been tested and offered to try hearing aids to overcome issue. Unfortunately my insurance does not cover and they are quite expensive. Thought I would try one more which I am glad I did. Saw Glenn which explained and was super easy to understand my issue. And instead of going right to the hearing aid solution he actually is starting with a FREE app. On my phone that has smoothing sounds and relaxing activities which hopefully will calm myself and my brain to learn to control and overcome. I feel this clinic will be a Hugh success due to the fact that not only do they look for your best interest but also seems it will be a ongoing care and maintenance. Thank you very much.

I had a very pleasant experience with all of the EarCare staff. They are very professional, but personable. Dr. Cowan-Oberbeck gave me the most comprehensive hearing test I ever had. She explained it in terms I could easily understand. Glen was excellent with his part, helping me to choose the right hearing aide and ear pro. I really am looking forward to driving 2 hours in a couple of weeks to see them again, for fitting and programming. They are that good!

I had an appointment with Glenn today because I thought I had wax in both ears. So he took a look and said good news bad news. There was no wax in either ear! He asked if I have allergies, which I do. He said the sinuses are all tied together with the ear canal, and I need to use a daily allergy spray like nasacort. He was professional, knowledgeable, kind, and then said no charge today!! What doctor does that nowadays?? Highly recommend and I will go back if I ever have an issue with my ears. Thank you Glenn!!

I went to Ear Care today for my scheduled appointment that was for actually next Wednesday instead. Glenn and his staff made it work and saw me anyway. I had some bad wax blockage issue. My hearing was degraded and my tinnitus was ringing off the charts. My primary doc was taking the slow road with drops and wait & see approach. Dr. Oberbeck is terrific! He set me up with specialized hearing protection for use while using firearms. I got both, an electronic set for when I need to hear other people and a set of plugs for maximum sound suppression. I couldn’t be happier with the devices and especially the wonderful service and attention given by everyone at EarCare. If you have any hearing needs, I highly recommend Dr. Oberbeck and his staff.

Always a good experience with Glenn and his team. All very professional but also friendly and kind. They are very efficient. I am usually in and out in less than 30 minutes with everything taken care of including the next appointment and new filters in my hearing aids. They are the best.

The Ear Care professionals are the best at caring for the hearing needs of my parents! I was particularly pleased on this visit when they moved my appointment to accommodate me and then had me in and out in five minutes which included fixing my hearing aid.12/18/2020 Yet another good experience with Glenn and his staff. Had to move the appointment. That was easy. I got reminders of the appointment ahead. In and out in 10 minutes with ears inspected, filters changed in hearing aids. and a set of filters with changing tool in case I need them before my next appointment. What could be better?

I have been hearing impaired since my early 20’s, and have seen MANY hearing aid specialists in this area. I am almost fifty years old now. No one knows hearing aids like Glenn Oberbeck, absolutely NO ONE. And his wife shares his office and is an Audiologist, so together they’ll take care of you without ripping you off. They’re the superstars of the hearing impaired in this community, and let me tell you, so many of these little “pop up shops” have people who say they’re specialists in hearing aids, and they are clueless. I am heartbroken over the many elderly people who I KNOW must be taken advantage of by predatory hearing aid salesmen. I have referred probably a dozen people to Glenn and Dr. Karen Oberbeck over the years, and all have been satisfied and thrilled with their service. Just don’t go anywhere else, it’s that simple. I have worn hearing aids since my 20’s, and thank God I found EarCare right away. I am nearly fifty years old now, and I have been to about a dozen “hearing aid specialists” in this area, and NONE of them have the level of expertise that Glenn Oberbeck has. Not one of them. My heart breaks knowing how many elderly people are ripped off by these dubious, pop-up hearing aid places. Trust me when I say...I have worked with Glenn and Dr. Karen for many years, and I have referred family and friends to them more times than I can remember.
