The experience of getting hearing aids was made an exciting adventure with the help of the Person welcoming me and the one who fitted me with aids. She listened. Carefully to my needs and carefully explained exactly how this all worked. Each step of the process she explained so I understood. Knew exactly what to expect. I returned the first of next week with questions. When we encountered a problem she took care of it explaining until I totally understood. That process has continued with each visit. There are no non answered questions n I’m very satisfied with the product n the exceptional caring Service. Thank you

I totally recomend them, when I first went here, Pam helped me get into a pair of hearing aids I would be comforable with and could afforf as well.Since she had taken the time several times to clean them for me and is alwsys so nice about it. Nothing but trouble with my hearing aids. they turn off and on several times a day...The batteries dont seem to last very long...Not very happy..Not happy with customer service either...I suggest you go somewhere else..

Very disappointing, to the point that if my wife hadnt stooped me I would have contacted the State consumer protection agency. Paid 1,100.00 in trade and cash for one year of adjustment and repair. I was not happy with the results of the repair so I ordered another brand online and when I took them in for a very minor adjustment to enable the volume control I was told it would cost me another 500.00. this is my first review ever anywhere. I asked for a call from somebody in management and no calls. My opinion run.
