T Mobile Store #83D 4850 N Wickham Rd, MELBOURNE Florida. The person who helped us, Christian was and is the most helpful of any phone store clerk we have ever dealt with. Not only did he explain just what we were paying for but took the time to answer all questions we had We were impressed with the appearance and cleanliness of the store. It was funny because they talked to me about the airline I worked for and yes we have the best customer service which as a phone store they definitely have the best Phone Store Customer Service! I recently decided to switch to T mobile after having a horrible experience with another carrier and was nervous about receiving the same customer service I had with the other carrier but this team at the new T mobile was the furthest from poor Customer Service and was in fact the best I had ever received . I was helped by Jose who is the Asst Store Manager and he understood the importance of what I needed and went above and beyond to help me. The whole team also including Christian and store Manager Greg helped as well. I would recommend this carrier as well as this location because of the Outstanding Customer Service and Willingness to go above and beyond to help
These folks are top notch. From the manager all the way to the new employee. A customer came in while I was there whod lost his contacts. Not only did the young man help him find them, but explained what happened and TAUGHT him how to fix it the next time if it happened again. The whole helping me explained things so that I understood, and spent the time showing me how to use my phone. Im happy I chose this store. A bit hard to maneuver the parking lot to get to it but well worth the effort.
I use to go to the viera store where Giselle use to be . found out she was relocated and decided to make the drive to her new location ! everyone in this store is super helpful always welcoming and best of all the store always smells clean !

For a non corporate T-mobile store this had to be the best store I have dealt with. I was very hesitant to deal with a non corporate store but Im very glad that I took a chance on the store. The staff was AMAZING and VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. All 3 gentlemen all took their expertise and helped each other. Greg, Christian, and Matthew definitely will have return business with myself and I live 35 to 45 minutes from the store. Well done guys. Way to change the view of the astigmatism of dealing with a non corporate store
All of the employees at this store are excellent at their job at explaining all of the products and services they offer. I highly recommend stopping in store to see some of the current offers and promotions they have.
I went there to check out the phones ! the guy was amazing and very professional, however the girl that works there very rude, i told her have a good one maam before i leave she staired at me and not replying i found it very rude as customer service ethics.
Worst customer service in the history of retail shopping. They will lie, cheat and steal to sell you anything, then when you get the courage to stand up for n yourself and bring it back, they charge a $50.00 restocking fee just because they can. Love T-Mobile, but the drive over n to 192 is well worth it. This place isnt worth your time even if it is closer to home, and believe me, just because its new doesnt mean its better.

Waited for 10 minutes to be helped and another customer walked in and the agents working helped him before us. We waited another 10 minutes before walking out. Agents did not seem to care that we walked out. Was wanting to upgrade my phone, but will be looking else where.

Super helpful during the Initial sale dispite all the hiccups that occurred. Ted was especially good. Helped me get set up well. Had to take a star off for the bad service on follow up visits and lack of knowledge of some of the other store employees. That lack of knowledge caused me to loose a lot of my contacts and create more hiccups than I would have cared for. A couple weeks after the initial sale I tried to buy an S9 to replace a phone on my account. I kept getting hassled about closing time coming up. Then when I got there the came up with every excuse to avoid having to make the sale. I don’t care if it’s close to close. I ended up going to Best Buy and buying the unlocked phone there. Ended up getting it for $600 which was a better deal anyway than the $720 over at T mobile.Overall excellent service but they need to remain open till closing and they need to not make you feel like your out of the way even if you get there last minute. I own a business. I don’t care if it’s near closing or not. Money works 24/7. Dispite this I do recommended this location however do not come within in the last hour. Unless it’s Ted because he gets it done no matter what time.

The only complaint I have is that they need to be at the sarno and wickham t mobile store which is much more convenient for me. This store just saved me ! I signed up with the store on 192 and they screwed me. My bill was way higer then they said ! I just came to this new t mobil and they fixed it in minutes !Icalled and originally went back to the ithwr t mobil and got the run around. The new t mobil that fix everything is the only one ill go to now. Greg and Diana were so helpful but the whole staff helped. It was really 5 star service and it was nice it was so quick since I had my toddler with me. Thank you guys !

My older and non-tech savvy mother came here to get a new phone to replace an existing one.She inquired about adding her Facebook account to said new phone, in which the person helping her told her I will make you a new one!.This person set up an ENTIRE FACEBOOK ACCOUNT and PASSWORD for someone else. Did not attempt to retrieve her existing one, completely convinced her to create a new one on the spot, in the store, with them.My problem with this?1) My mother had an existing Facebook account she simply wanted instructions on how to login on the new phone. This sales associate ignored her request and convinced her to create a new one.2) This sales associate now had the login and password information for my mothers private social media account. People add their CREDIT information on this platform to purchase things. Aside from possible theft of my mothers banking and credit information, they would have had access to everything they needed to attempt to steal or assume her identity. And God knows what else.3) Lets imagine this sales associate had absolutely no malice in trying to do this for my mother for their own personal gain. Guess what? They not only spelled my mothers name wrong on this new Facebook account, they misspelled the password as well. What was the reason for this? To make sure she couldnt access this account on other devices using the correct spelling?This reeks of fraudulence and incompetency.I want answers from Management. I have the receipt with the sales associates ID number if you care to reach out. This is beyond not acceptable.
