I went looking for a laptop waiting 1 hour only got 5 minutes help got upset wanted to get a good new computer. I left went to Best Buy bought a 1 terabyte HP 2021 27in all in one $1400.00 it was open box saved $150 was excellent service and got the only one left so went home set it up a breeze a beautiful computer. He cashed me out and loaded it into my car. Cant ask for better service. I got a TV LG last year from a different superstore and was wondering why they were available and your store ghosted me. I was there on a weekday morning this store wasnt busy.

Great beaches and the bars were not so packed you are close to others. You even can sit on the beach for a few drinks. Great selection to choose from. Store are fun and set up to make you really want to go in.

I love this Walmart. They are always stocked up with everything I need. The shelves are never empty. They have plenty of employees there to help you if you need it. They also have employees checking out people and its not just the self checkout. Which I hate because it takes jobs aways!

All our breakfasts and lunches were great. Mahi Mahi sandwich is excellent. But, we went there for dinner and my Grouper dinner was served raw. They fixed it though. We have been back since and will continue.

I went to the Walmart off Wickham Road, store #01702 yesterday. Upon returning the cart I cut my left hand on the rusty metal from the handle. I went to customer service & was treated with no empathy. A a man named Mark (an employee in a Puma shirt) & Tony were there to handle the issues. The man Mark was especially rude to me. The least they could do was offer a bandage or make me feel confident that they will remove the rusty carts as a safety precaution. They did absolutely nothing! I’m beyond dissatisfied.-

It was a good, clean Walmart, pretty well stocked, with a well lit parking lot & clean restroom. Wheelchair accessible, & plenty of free parking.

Walmart is the go-to store for a variety of goods, supplies, clothing, etc. Hit or miss whether I find what I am looking for. However, on this visit to the Walmart on Wickham & Sarno Blvd, I found the cutest backpack 🎒 purses for those who are Disney lovers

I love Walmart Supercenter and the only thing to complain about are the lines and lack of cashiers. Bring back the cashiers so I don’t have to bag my own stuff or give me an employee discount. lol. This last visit, I was actually able to get in and out with no problem. The store was clean and shelves stocked except nuts in the baking aisle. Everyone making pecan pie or making fudge with walnuts? They’ve been out a few weeks now.

Its alright, always need to wait a good while for someone to assist when Im trying to cut and price fabrics.

I recommend downloading the Walmart App & using the barcode scanner. if the online price is lower Walmart will honor the online price. Walmart+ is also great because you get free delivery

Pickup is a joke. This is supposed to be more convenient yet every time I do a pick up order I spend more time waiting than I would have just going inside. I have to wait at least an hour every single time just to get my stuff. Meanwhile, cars around me are pulling in getting there stuff and leaving. I’ve watched multiple cars get their orders and leave in the hour that I’ve been sitting here. What do I expect though, it’s Walmart! A complete joke!

Nothing special, the cashier was too busy talking to another customer, who she knew, to check me out. I literally had to say to her that I would appreciate it if she would check me out. She acted like I was being rude to ask her to do her job!

AVOID CURBSIDE PICKUP AT ALL COST FOLKS, or you will be waiting for a long time. Just save your energy and patience and go inside if you can or go to Publix. Its unbelievable how a major corporation like Walmart does not invest on customer service as they should, but WE the people keep coming anyway.

Publix doesnt have license make Mario cakes so we went with Walmart. Never again. It looks like a drunk person made it. Backside of cake didnt rise so its uneven. The grass that goes on the top was sloppy so it spilled over to side. Sides of cake missing icing so you can see cake. It looks like my 6 year old decorated his own cake. Horrible.

Walmart needs more cashiers they never have enough cashiers and it takes forever to get checked out and they never have the water I drink which is nestlé splash lemon and never have the size diapers I need when I go I do not like this Walmart at all the one on Griffin and University and the people that work there do not help for anything

Absolutely in shock at the utter disrespect of this Walmart’s customer service, we were transferred to customer service 3 times with no answer and when we called again the lady in the background said “oh its that annoying customer again”. Maybe this person can get fired and someone get hired who actually wants to do their job and we would not have to call 5 times to get someone to look for something in the lost and found. Nice store. Went and exchanged a kuerig coffee maker and found that it was one that was returned already, had a used pod in it already with a little water in the tank. So we bring things back that do not work, tell them and they just seal the box up and put it back on the shelf? That is just not right.

Whatever you need can be found at this wonderful store. Be prepared to walk a lot and get a good shopping cart. Mine yesterday had a bad wheel and didnt roll straight...not good!

I am sitting here waiting for a pickup order that I need in order to feed my baby. I have been waiting for almost an hour and no one has come out. I have called the pickup number and the main store and nobody has answered. I cant go inside because of how risky it is, so I guess my baby wont be getting dinner tonight. Thanks, Walmart.

What a joke! Was trying to call and speak to an associate but had no luck. Everytime I called, no one answered and the call would time out and just hang up. I even called multiple departments and NO ONE ANSWERED. How, after that much time and that many attempts can NOT ONE SINGLE PERSON answer a phone??? Beyond frustrated and this is one of the 552 reasons why I never enjoy shopping at Walmart!

Price on 1 lb. of Gwaltney bacon went up in price to $7.18! Believe I paid $4 and something for it the last time I bought it. Otherwise it was a pretty much normal shopping experience.

Because its a super center, you will find groceries, including meats and produce. I dont have either of these at my local Walmart so its worth the extra 15 minutes to be able to stock up on these. Ive only visited once as Im new to the area but will definitely be back regularly for my staples.

Only reason we shop here is the prices, otherwise Walmart customer service is appalling. Being asked to show your receipt on the way out after having checked out your own groceries to increase their profits, is nothing short of insulting. It wont take much more for us to stop using Walmart just for price!

I had items I needed to return which had the tags still on them and were still brand new. I had the receipts and were purchased on my card so I had proof of purchase. I didnt realize it had been after the 90 days though. They would not allow me to return them. However, their attitudes is what upset me. The CSR was extremely rude wasnt sympathetic or empathetic in anyway. When I asked, So I get stuck with items that I cant even use? She just nastily, uncaringly and rudely said, Oh well, thats our policy. It was her attitude.

Somewhat messy and poorly stocked. Please be aware that masks are not required for guests as of 28 July 2021. Florida covid-19 cases are spiking and vaccinations have lagged shamefully. This policy needs to change until cases go down and vaccination percentage skyrockets. Even fully vaccinated, I did not feel safe in the store, as far fewer customers were masked than at comparable stores. I dont blame employees for being less friendly than Id expect. Its not a surprise that theyre hiring. ALL of these issues are fixable. We just need to do better, collectively.

Brian was my cashier and I have to say, I have never had a more personable cashier shopping at Walmart. He had a positive attitude and made my shopping experience that much better. He engaged in conversation and was very pleasant.

Went to Walmart in hopes of getting a very good deal on a television I saw on FB group. The electronics Mgr.on duty name started with E.(sorry) he was amazing & explained the process very well so maybe next time.Bought a few items & upon check out (self check) the manager was so apparently irritated I asked what time they closed cuz I felt like we were holding him up with our 9 items he days 11 it was only 9:20pm. so I thought a little joke might help but no luck there.Guess we all have an off day .

I have been driving from SE Palm Bay since the Malabar store is filthy, never stocked shelves & very poor & rude service!1st time ever I couldnt get everything I wanted.A very nice employee who was about to go on vacation came to my assistance as I am Disabled & was about to pass out due to no AC in store. She got me a cart, checked out all my items & took them to my car since no lot people were available. She loaded my car & her true concern touched my heart.

They are out of so many things. I deliver for a company, I have waited for over 3 hours in one day on one trip. Came back to do another order and they couldnt find my order. This sitting in their parking lot was very costly to me trying to work for a living. And for the live of God answer the phone!!!!!!!

I prefer to order my things online and do the pick up option now days rather than go in and deal with the products (or lack there of) that they dont replenish as quickly as they used to (due to shortage, Im sure). The online process and picking up at the store is just so much more convenient. And if they are out of stock in a product, I no longer get my hopes up after wasting the gas to drive there and find out that way lol, but rather just wait the extra day or two for them to order it for me and I go pick it up, knowing Im not wasting my time! So for the pick up in store option, I rate them a 5, especially when I am pulling into and out of Walmart all of 5 minutes! The actual store, I would rate a 2. Terrible customer service inside, and it is nice sometimes to see a worker checking people out rather than people doing it themselves on a computer; but I do not want to wait 30 minutes in the one aisle they have open. Especially since it is the tabacco aisle and I feel like if you arent buying cigarettes or beer, stay the heck out of that line holding others that are up!

I previously rated it a one star because of Camilla the old manager. She was extremely unprofessional and rude. All the staff complained about her. She just acted like she had something to prove by treating humans like dirt. The store was ran like trash. BUT.... now she is gone and I see a difference in the staff. They look happier. The senior staff (long timers not elders) are relieved now. They are happy to be at work now. Shelves are staying stocked and Ive noticed the staff doesnt just walk away when you ask a question anymore. No this isnt one of the better Walmarts in the area but I see it changing for the better.

I was surprised that the Clearance sales was really good.I pick up a couple pairs of shorts for $3 each.and regular price was $ 11.94.

The set up was confusing. Got lost and turn down wrong lanes made me end up buy more things. The out side needs better maintenance bushes need trimming. The lot trash pick up would be a good thought. The pit crew well they are amazing and very helpful speedy service.

Very clean, no line, nice cashier. Did not have a tv/ dvd combo but all my regular items were there. Went to Walmart on line, got the perfect one delivered to my door a few days later. Thank you Walmart!

Not 1 person checking out shoppers . Multiple people standing around Spoke to 3 so called managers . Everyone of them lied to my wife who has an arm injury. After shopping for $230 worth of food she was told she must self check out. Also lied about that someone at self ck out would assist. Asked for store mgrs oh # . Was lied to again . When called it is just the store directory. Call was disconnected automatically. Horrible customer service . One of the managers I spoke to stated” what do you want me to do open a register myself “ . I asked if she was trained for that, she said yes but also there’s no way as she would be the only one checking out shoppers . I’m in business and managers help out anyway they can to accommodate our customers. Those days are gone and if I was in charge 3 managers would be fired immediately. Walmart sucks. Absolutely horrible people and even worse managers . Never and I mean never again.

This store is very seldom stocked properly, store conditions are questionable as well!! Never any cart wipes available and the shopping carts are in terrible condition. There seems to be a staffing and morale problem as well!!! I will do my best to shop elsewhere!!

BUT people are leaveing their buggies FULL OF STUFF BECAUSE they do not want to do SELF CHECK OUT and only the 20 Ct register is open and backed up way through the store,,, they need regular cashiers!!!! Do you see people at the service desk just stand and three and four and when you go up and ask them do they have any cashiers to open no they do not ! Or two or three people standing in front of the self check out having to watch everybody take the self checkouts and do regular cashiers . She came around took all my items outta my cart n put them on the belt, then she bagged them n place all bags in my cart. I love her n appreciate her hard work and the e tra help she did. When doing large shopping, this Walmart is not user friendly. I purchased well over 250.00 worth of food and there were NO cashiers. None. Plenty of folks stocking candy and chatting. This Walmart is failing in customer service, BIG Time!

This store is average, the same as you would expect from any Walmart. However, I noticed that every time I go in there, they never have any of the electric scooters for disabled people available. Also, the main entrance to inside the building is very narrow and small, looks kind of out of place, even sort of hard to find the entrance. I kept going to the bigger door which was the exit only. From what I observed, they do seem to keep things well stocked in that store, and enough employees to handle the crowds.

Its always a chore to shop here. I can go in circles just trying to find the aisle for my item. Probably done in purpose bcus I always leave w/things NOT in my list.🙄 Staff is usually helpful, not necessarily to friendly, but will direct or walk you to what youre searching for.

This is my go to Walmart everybody so friendly and nice just make sure you park a good distance away because you will get dings on your door 😊

Update: originally gave this location 3 stars but after a recent visit Im moving it down to 1. Went in looking for a box, and in my 5 minutes in the store I ran across two different groups of employees (about 5 or 6 of them in each group) sitting around in the middle of aisles eating and just hanging out. This store also does not remotely try to enforce mask-wearing. About50% of the customers I saw in this store werent wearing masks and I saw no effort from employees or management to correct it.Its Walmart, so you know what to expect as far as prices. Never had an issue with finding things or them bring out of what I need here, and the staff are generally nice and helpful.Keep in mind this is a fairly busy Walmart as well. Ive also noticed an issue with customers who shop here not being good drivers. Ive witnessed several near-accidents both in the parking lot as well as when we pull into this plaza from Wickham Rd. I recommend coming in the side entrance on Sarno Rd to be safe.

It closes at 11pm. Sure do miss the over night shopping sprees

Went and bought a television last night the team lead in electronics was talking to another person about someone getting lost in best buy store laughing and carrying on and not paying attention to the customer that I assumed works there also did not ask me if I wanted a warranty I said something about it to him and he I guess I have to start all over I said nevermind owed me $74 and change handed me change and receipt together got home and he shorted me 10.00

Someone needs to fire the store manager, walking into this store and trying to find anything in stock is impossible, just walk into the pet food isle and you’ll see what I’m talking about, this can’t be blamed on COVID as this store looked like this way before the pandemic. I could do a better job ordering and I know nothing about retail.

The store just seems to have no mission like its just there and no real care about how things are laid out, customer service is ok. But keeping things in stock and consistent product availability is below 1 star. In fact I barely go there except for certain items if they even have them. Hopefully one day this will change.
